Method for precisely cutting ostomy tray
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ostomy trays, in particular to a method for precisely cutting a ostomy tray.
Background
An enterostomy is a common operation mode in colorectal surgery, and generally refers to an artificial opening made on an abdominal wall by a surgeon for treating certain intestinal diseases (such as rectal cancer, ulcerative colitis and the like), and a section of intestinal canal is pulled out of the opening and is turned over to be sewn on the abdominal wall, so that an enterostomy is formed, and the enterostomy is used for replacing the original anus of a perineum to perform a defecation function.
For patients with an open enterostomy, it is often necessary to provide an ostomy bag at the enterostomy in order to receive and store intestinal fluids, faeces, etc. of the intestine; the two-piece ostomy bag is a commonly used ostomy bag in the prior art, the two-piece ostomy bag generally comprises a bag and a ostomy tray (or called a chassis and a ostomy tray), the ostomy tray generally comprises a tray body with a circular structure, the tray body is generally made of hydrocolloid materials or non-woven fabrics, an opening which is convenient to cut is formed in the middle of the tray body, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one surface of the tray body is provided with an adhesive for adhering, a protective layer for protecting the adhesive is covered on the adhesive, the protective layer is generally made of a film, the other surface of the tray body is provided with a first connecting part (generally made of hard materials) for detachably connecting the bag, the first connecting part is generally of a circular structure, the first connecting part is generally also provided with a hanging hole for connecting a restraint strap, as shown in fig. 1, a region between the first connecting part and the opening is a cutting region, in order to facilitate collection, in the conventional ostomy tray, the surface of the protective layer is generally provided with a plurality of concentric circular guide lines with different sizes, the circular guide lines respectively correspond to the cutting region, and the circular guide lines are generally provided with circular guide line marks at the edges of the cutting region, and the circular guide lines are provided with the circular guide line marks with diameters when the circular guide lines are used as the guide line marks for making reference to the circular text marks; and the opening of the bag is provided with a second connecting part which is matched with the first connecting part so as to realize the detachable connection of the bag and the ostomy tray.
In the prior art, the methods of actually using ostomy bags are: firstly, measuring the diameter of the stoma, then cutting out a corresponding through hole in a cutting area of the stoma disc according to the diameter, and tearing the protective layer to expose the adhesive so as to adhere the stoma disc to the skin around the stoma by using the adhesive, wherein the stoma is just positioned in the through hole, so that the stoma disc can be tightly attached to the skin around the stoma, the problem of leakage in the use process is effectively prevented, and finally, the connection of the bag and the stoma disc is realized by matching the first connecting part and the second connecting part, so that the stoma is communicated with the bag, and the purpose of isolating and protecting the stoma is achieved by using the stoma bag.
However, in clinic, the shape of the stoma of each patient is usually irregular, and a reference line is usually made in the cutting area of the existing ostomy disk by arranging a circular guide line so as to be convenient for a user to cut, but the circular guide line is only suitable for the stomas with relatively regular shapes and similar to a circular shape, and the reference and marking functions are not performed at all on the stomas with other shapes, so that for the stomas with the less regular shapes, the user cannot cut a through hole matched with the shape of the stoma accurately in the cutting area by using the existing ostomy disk and the existing method, thus being inconvenient for the accurate installation of the subsequent ostomy disk, causing a large gap between the ostomy disk and the stoma, being very easy to cause the problems of liquid leakage, unstable adhesion and the like, and needing to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aspect of the invention aims to solve the problems of inconvenient installation, easy leakage, unstable adhesion and the like of the subsequent ostomy tray caused by the fact that a user cannot cut a through hole matched with the shape of the ostomy in a cutting area accurately by using the conventional ostomy tray and the conventional method, and provides a method for accurately cutting the ostomy tray, so that the user can cut the through hole matched with the shape of the ostomy in the cutting area accurately, thereby being very convenient and efficient; the main conception is as follows:
the method for precisely cutting the ostomy tray comprises the ostomy tray body, wherein an opening is formed in the middle of the ostomy tray body, an adhesive used for adhering is arranged on one surface of the ostomy tray body, a protective layer used for protecting the adhesive is covered on the adhesive, a color developing layer is arranged on the surface, facing away from the adhesive, of the protective layer, and the color developing layer is made of a color-changing material when meeting water;
the method comprises the following steps:
step one, wetting the stoma or wetting the contour of the stoma with water or an aqueous liquid;
aligning the open holes with the stoma, and attaching a color development layer of the disc body to the stoma, wherein the color development layer changes color when meeting water and forms a color change area;
and thirdly, cutting the tray body along the outline of the color-changing area so as to form a through hole matched with the shape of the stoma in the tray body. In the scheme, the color development layer is constructed on the protective layer, and the color development layer changes color when meeting water, so that the shape of the stoma can be automatically displayed; because for the patient provided with the stoma, the stoma usually protrudes out of the skin of the patient, i.e. the stoma usually protrudes out of the skin of the patient, and the shape of the through hole to be cut needs to be matched with the shape of the stoma protruding out of the skin, the cut through hole can be sleeved on the stoma, so that the disc body is firmly adhered to the skin around the stoma; when the ostomy tray provided by the scheme is adopted, a user needs to firstly use water or water-containing liquid to moisten the ostomy or moisten the outline of the ostomy, then, the user can align the opening of the tray body with the ostomy and paste the chromogenic layer of the tray body on the ostomy, so that water at different positions of the ostomy can be absorbed by the chromogenic layer, and the chromogenic layer can change color in the area after absorbing water, thereby forming a color-changing area with obvious distinction from the periphery, on one hand, the color-changing area can be conveniently distinguished from the area with the periphery, the boundary is quite clear and striking, the problem that the user with poor eyesight cannot accurately cut due to the fact that the periphery is not clear in the prior art can be solved, on the other hand, the shape of the color-changing area is necessarily the same as the shape of the end part of the ostomy, the purpose of accurately displaying the shape of the ostomy on the chromogenic layer is realized, and finally, the user only needs to cut the outline of the color-changing area on the tray body, so that the shape of the ostomy is completely consistent with the shape of the ostomy, the shape of the ostomy can be cut on the side of the tray body, the user can completely cut the through hole, the shape is not exactly consistent with the shape of the ostomy, the conventional method can be remarkably improved, and the problem that the conventional method is not easy to install the conventional method is very convenient, and the method is very easy to solve, and the problem that the conventional method is not can be mounted to be very convenient, and the problem to be very convenient to install.
Preferably, the tray body is of a circular structure; and/or, the color-developing layer may preferably be circular or rectangular.
Preferably, the tray body is made of hydrocolloid material or non-woven fabric material.
In order to solve the problem of color change when meeting water, the color development layer is preferably made of iodine-containing test paper or PH test paper. So as to exhibit a different colour when exposed to water, so that a distinct boundary can be formed with the surrounding non-wetted parts for cutting along said boundary.
In order to solve the problem of protecting the adhesive, preferably, the protective layer is made of a film or release paper. The waterproof coating can protect the adhesive by covering the adhesive, is convenient to tear, has good waterproof performance, can effectively prevent water entering the color development layer from contacting the adhesive, can achieve the purpose of isolation protection, and solves the waterproof problem of the adhesive.
In order to solve the problem of detachable connection of the bag, further, a first connecting portion for detachable connection of the bag is arranged on the other face of the tray body, the first connecting portion is of a circular ring structure, and a set distance is reserved between the first connecting portion and the opening on the inner side of the first connecting portion. By arranging the first connecting part, the bag can be matched with the second connecting part on the bag, so that the bag and the ostomy tray can be detachably connected through the cooperation of the first connecting part and the second connecting part; the first connecting part and the open hole are provided with a set distance, so that a cutting area is formed between the first connecting part and the open hole, and the cutting is convenient in use.
In order to solve the problem of connecting the restraint strap, further, hanging holes for connecting the restraint strap are respectively formed at two sides of the first connecting part. So as to connect the restraining band, further strengthen the restraint and the fixation of the ostomy disk and prevent the ostomy disk from falling off.
The second aspect of the present invention solves the problem of precisely determining the posting position of the tray, and further includes a position mark, where the position mark is configured on the first connection portion, or the position mark is configured on the surface of the tray, and the first connection portion is disposed on the surface. Setting an azimuth mark, so that in the second step, a user aims the open hole at the stoma, rotates the disc body to a required azimuth by taking the azimuth mark as a reference, and then sticks the color development layer of the disc body to the stoma to form a color-changing area; when the disc body is posted later, a user aims the open hole at the stoma first, and rotates the disc body to a required position by taking the position mark as a reference, and the cut through hole can be right opposite to the stoma at the moment because the front and back positions are consistent, so that the through hole can be accurately sleeved at the stoma, and the aim of accurately determining the posting position of the disc body is fulfilled.
Preferably, the azimuth mark is two grooves which are perpendicular to each other and are formed on the surface of the disc body, or the azimuth mark is two straight lines which are perpendicular to each other and are drawn on the surface of the disc body.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, an ostomy tray 100 is provided, and the ostomy tray 100 includes a tray body 101, wherein the tray body 101 may be preferably made of a soft material so as to be attached to the skin 301, and for example, the tray body 101 may be made of a hydrocolloid material or a non-woven fabric material.
The shape of the tray 101 may be determined according to practical needs, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the tray 101 may preferably have a circular structure, a square structure, or the like.
To facilitate cutting of the tray 101 with scissors, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the tray 101 is provided with an opening 102 in the middle, and the size of the opening 102 is usually much smaller than that of the stoma 302;
as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, an adhesive 106 for adhering is disposed on one surface of the disc 101, a protective layer 107 for protecting the adhesive 106 is covered on the adhesive 106, the protective layer 107 may be made of a film or release paper preferentially, and the purpose of protecting the adhesive 106 may be achieved by covering the adhesive 106, and the adhesive is convenient to tear.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, a color developing layer 201 is disposed on a surface of the protective layer 107 facing away from the adhesive 106, for example, the color developing layer 201 may be disposed on the protective layer 107 in a bonding manner, and the color developing layer 201 is made of a color-changing material when meeting water, so as to change color when meeting water; a number of materials capable of color change upon water exposure are suitable for the color-developing layer 201 in the prior art, and as shown in fig. 1 and 3, for example, the color-developing layer 201 may be made of iodine-containing test paper or PH test paper so as to display different colors upon water exposure, so that a distinct boundary may be formed with surrounding non-wetted portions so as to cut along the boundary.
With the ostomy tray 100, the present embodiment further provides a method of precisely cutting the ostomy tray 100, comprising the steps of:
step one, wetting the stoma or wetting the outline of the stoma with water 303 or an aqueous liquid, as shown in fig. 4; for example, in the clinic, the stoma 302 may be first wetted with a cotton swab, and in one embodiment, the user may wet the entire exposed surface of the stoma, for use in applications where the stoma area is small; in another embodiment, the user may also only wet along the edge of the stoma 302, i.e. only wet the contour of the stoma, for applications where the stoma area is large.
Step two, the user holds the disc body 101 and aligns the opening 102 with the stoma 302, as shown in fig. 5, the center of the opening 102 may generally correspond to the center (geometric center) of the stoma, then the user may attach the color-developing layer 201 of the disc body 101 to the stoma 302, that is, the color-developing layer 201 contacts the end face of the stoma 302, and after contacting, the water-contacting portion of the color-developing layer 201 automatically changes color and forms a color-changing area 202, as shown in fig. 6, the shape of the color-changing area 202 is the shape of the end face of the stoma, and the size of the color-changing area 202 is the size of the end face of the stoma;
step three, the user can hold the tray 101 with one hand and hold the scissors with the other hand, and cut the tray 101 along the outline of the color-changing area 202, so that a through hole 203 adapted to the shape of the stoma can be formed at the middle position of the tray 101, as shown in fig. 7 and 8.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, by constructing the color-developing layer 201 on the protective layer 107, the color-developing layer 201 changes color when it encounters water, so that the shape of the stoma 302 can be automatically displayed; since for a patient provided with a stoma, the stoma will typically protrude from the patient's skin 301, i.e. the stoma will typically protrude outside the patient's skin 301, and the shape of the through hole 203 to be cut needs to be adapted to the shape of the protruding stoma, so that the cut through hole 203 may be placed over the stoma 302 in order to firmly adhere the disc 101 to the skin 301 surrounding the stoma 302; when the ostomy tray 100 provided by the scheme is adopted, a user needs to firstly use water or water-containing liquid to moisten the stoma or moisten the outline of the stoma, then the user can align the opening 102 of the tray body 101 with the stoma 302 and paste the chromogenic layer 201 of the tray body 101 on the stoma 302, so that water at different positions of the stoma can be absorbed by the chromogenic layer 201, and the chromogenic layer 201 is provided, the area after absorbing water changes color, thereby forming a color-changing area 202 with obvious distinction from the periphery, on one hand, the color-changing area 202 can be conveniently distinguished from the area with no color change around by virtue of different colors, the boundary is very clear and striking, the problem that the user with poor eyesight cannot accurately cut the stoma by looking at the non-round guide line 104 in the prior art can be solved, on the other hand, the shape of the color-changing area 202 is necessarily the same as the end shape of the stoma, the purpose of accurately displaying the stoma on the chromogenic layer 201 is realized, finally, the user only needs to cut the outline of the color-changing area 202 along the chromogenic layer 201, the contour is cut off the outline of the stoma area is cut, the user can cut the stoma is completely along the outline of the stoma 302, the whole shape is not exactly the stoma 302, the whole shape is not identical with the stoma is completely cut, the whole shape is easy to be completely cut, the problem is not can be solved, the problem is not can be completely can be solved, the problem is solved, and the problem is not can is easy to be completely can be matched with the existing, and has the problem is easy to be completely, and has the problem is easy to be matched with the technology with the traditional method, and has the technology, and has the problem is easy.
It will be appreciated that when the ostomy disc 100 is precisely cut with the through-holes 203 according to the present method, the ostomy disc 100 may be arranged at the stoma 302 according to the known method, as shown in fig. 8, which is not described here again.
In order to facilitate the detachable connection of the bag, in a further aspect, the other surface of the tray 101 is configured with a first connection portion 105 for detachable connection of the bag, that is, the adhesive 106 and the first connection portion 105 are respectively configured on two surfaces (surfaces) of the tray 101, for example, the first connection portion 105 may have a circular ring structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, and a set space is provided between the first connection portion 105 and the opening 102 inside the first connection portion 105; by providing a first connection part 105, it is possible to adapt to a second connection part on the bag, so that a detachable connection of the bag to the ostomy tray 100 is achieved by cooperation of the first connection part 105 with the second connection part; by providing a predetermined distance between the first connection portion 105 and the opening 102, a clipping region 103 is formed between the first connection portion 105 and the opening 102, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, so that the clipping is convenient in use, and the through hole 203 formed by clipping is located exactly in the clipping region 103.
It will be appreciated that the first connection 105 may be implemented using techniques known in ostomy discs 100, for example, it may be an external thread, which is not illustrated here.
In order to facilitate the connection of the restraining strip, in a further aspect, the two sides of the first connecting portion 105 are respectively configured with hanging holes 108 for connecting the restraining strip, as shown in fig. 1, 7 and 8, so as to connect the restraining strip, so as to further strengthen the restraint and the fixation of the ostomy tray 100 and prevent the ostomy tray from falling off during use.
The area of the color developing layer 201 may be smaller than or equal to the area of the protective layer 107, for cost saving, as shown in fig. 3, the color developing layer 201 may be disposed only at a position corresponding to the clipping region 103, and the area of the color developing layer 201 may be slightly larger than, equal to, or slightly smaller than the area of the clipping region 103; and the color developing layer 201 may preferably be circular or rectangular.
In the actual use process, in order to accurately determine the posting direction of the tray body 101, in a more perfect scheme, the method further includes a direction mark 109, where the direction mark 109 may be configured on the first connection portion 105, or may be configured on the surface of the tray body 101, as shown in fig. 9, at this time, the first connection portion 105 is also disposed on the surface, that is, when the direction mark 109 is configured on the surface of the tray body 101, the direction mark 109 and the first connection portion 105 are disposed on the same surface of the tray body 101, so as to facilitate the user to view.
In this embodiment, the azimuth mark 109 is set, so that in the second step, after the user aligns the opening 102 with the stoma 302, the user can rotate the disc 101 to a desired azimuth with reference to the azimuth mark 109, and then attach the color-developing layer 201 of the disc 101 to the stoma 302 to form the color-changing area 202; when the disc body 101 is subsequently posted (i.e. stuck), the user aligns the opening 102 with the stoma 302, and rotates the disc body 101 to a required direction by taking the direction mark 109 as a reference, and the cut through hole 203 is just right opposite to the stoma 302 because the directions of the front operation and the rear operation are consistent, so that the through hole 203 can be accurately sleeved on the stoma 302, and the method is particularly suitable for the stoma 302 with irregular shape, and is beneficial to achieving the purpose of accurately determining the posting direction of the disc body 101.
The orientation mark 109 has various embodiments, and as an example, the orientation mark 109 may be two grooves perpendicular to each other formed on the surface of the disc 101, or two straight lines perpendicular to each other drawn on the surface of the disc 101, as shown in fig. 9, so as to be used for characterizing a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation, respectively, so as to provide a reference for orientation adjustment.
As another example, the orientation mark 109 may be two grooves perpendicular to each other formed on the first connecting portion 105, which can also achieve the purposes of indicating the direction, adjusting the horizontal orientation and adjusting the vertical orientation.

In order to solve the problem that when the color-changing layer 201 changes color when encountering water, the water tends to expand along the color-changing layer 201 (especially when the water on the surface of the stoma 302 is more), resulting in the color-changing area 202 becoming larger, and the boundary of the color-changing area 202 being uncontrollable, the main difference between this embodiment 2 and the foregoing embodiment 1 is that, in the ostomy tray 100 provided in this embodiment, the color-changing layer 201 includes a plurality of color-changing pieces 204, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the color-changing pieces are respectively made of the color-changing material when encountering water, each color-changing piece 204 is respectively arranged on the surface of the protective layer 107 in a matrix (or called an array), and a set distance is provided between two adjacent color-changing pieces 204. That is, in the present embodiment, the respective color development sheets 204 constituting the color development layer 201 are separated from each other and are not connected to each other, so that water does not infiltrate from one color development sheet 204 to another color development sheet 204, thereby effectively preventing the problem that the color change region 202 becomes large due to expansion of water along the color development layer 201, enabling the boundary of the color change region 202 to be controllable, thereby effectively reducing errors, enabling the shape and size of the color change region 202 to be more consistent with the shape and end face size of the stoma 302, and improving accuracy.
The distance between two adjacent display sheets can be determined according to practical requirements, and can be preferably 0.1mm-1mm as long as the display sheets are separated from each other and are discontinuous.
Similarly, in this embodiment, the shape of the color-developing sheet 204 may be determined according to the actual requirement, and as an example, the color-developing sheet 204 may preferably be a circle, a rectangle or a regular polygon, so as to be convenient for molding, and each color-developing sheet 204 may be respectively disposed on the protective layer 107 by adopting a pasting manner. By way of example, in the present embodiment, the color development sheet 204 is square, and each color development layer 201 is stuck to the protective layer 107 in a rectangular shape and is rounded, as shown in fig. 10.
While the size of the color development sheet 204 may be determined according to actual demands, it is preferable that the maximum length dimension of the color development sheet 204 be 10mm or less, for example, when the color development sheet 204 is circular, the diameter of the color development sheet 204 may be 10mm or less, and when the color development sheet 204 is rectangular, the length of the color development sheet 204 may be 10mm or less.
Example 3
In order to solve the problem that when the color-changing layer 201 changes color when encountering water, the water tends to expand along the color-changing layer 201 (especially when the water on the surface of the stoma 302 is more), which results in the color-changing area 202 becoming larger, and the boundary of the color-changing area 202 being uncontrollable, the main difference between this embodiment 3 and the above embodiment 1 is that, in the ostomy tray 100 provided in this embodiment, the color-changing layer 201 includes a plurality of color-developing sheets 204, each color-developing sheet 204 is respectively arranged on the surface of the protective layer 107 according to a matrix, and two adjacent color-developing sheets 204 are separated by a water-impermeable separation strip 205, as shown in fig. 1, 11 and 12. That is, in the present embodiment, the respective color development sheets 204 constituting the color development layer 201 are separated from each other by the water-impermeable separation strip 205, so that water does not infiltrate from one color development sheet 204 to the other color development sheet 204, thereby effectively preventing the problem that the color development area 202 becomes large due to expansion of water along the color development layer 201, enabling the boundary of the color development area 202 to be controllable, thereby effectively reducing errors, enabling the shape and size of the color development area 202 to be more uniform with the shape and end face size of the stoma 302, and improving accuracy.
In this embodiment, the separation strips 205 are respectively fixed to the protective layer 107, for example, in one embodiment, the separation strips 205 and the protective layer 107 may be integrally formed, and the separation strips 205 around each color development sheet 204 may form a closed loop, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, and the color development sheets 204 may be adhered to the loop, so as to achieve the purpose of separating from each other; for example, in the present embodiment, the color development sheet 204 is square, and each color development layer 201 is adhered to the protective layer 107 in a matrix and enclosed into a rectangle, as shown in fig. 11.
As another example, the separation bar 205 may be made of plastic or rubber, and will not be described in detail.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention.
