as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, an adhesive 106 for adhering is disposed on one side of the tray body 101, a protective layer 107 for protecting the adhesive 106 covers the adhesive 106, and the protective layer 107 can be made of a film or release paper preferentially, so that the purpose of protecting the adhesive 106 can be achieved by covering the adhesive 106, and the adhesive can be torn easily, and meanwhile, the film or the release paper has good waterproof performance, so that water entering the color development layer 201 can be effectively prevented from contacting the adhesive 106, the purpose of isolation protection can be achieved, and the waterproof problem of the adhesive 106 can be solved.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a color development layer 201 is disposed on a surface of the protection layer 107 away from the adhesive 106, for example, the color development layer 201 may be disposed on the protection layer 107 in a sticking manner, and the color development layer 201 is made of a water-encountering color-changing material so as to change color when encountering water; there are many materials that change color when they are exposed to water in the prior art, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the color developing layer 201 may be made of iodine-containing paper or PH paper so as to show different colors when it is exposed to water, thereby forming a distinct boundary with the surrounding non-exposed portion so as to cut along the boundary.
With this ostomy tray 100, the present embodiment further provides a method of accurately cutting the ostomy tray 100, comprising the steps of:
step one, wetting the stoma or the contours of the stoma with water 303 or a liquid containing water, as shown in fig. 4; for example, in a clinical setting, a cotton swab may be used to dip in fresh water to wet the stoma 302, and in one embodiment, the user may entirely wet the exposed end of the stoma, which may be suitable for smaller stoma areas; in another embodiment, the user may also wet only along the edge of the stoma 302, i.e. only the contours of the stoma, which is suitable for situations with a large stoma area.
Step two, a user holds the tray body 101 and aligns the opening 102 with the stoma 302, as shown in fig. 5, the center of the opening 102 can be generally corresponding to the center (geometric center) of the stoma, and then the user can attach the color-developing layer 201 of the tray body 101 to the stoma 302, i.e. the color-developing layer 201 is in contact with the end surface of the stoma 302, and after the contact, the portion of the color-developing layer 201 which meets water automatically changes color and forms a color-changing area 202, as shown in fig. 6, the shape of the color-changing area 202 is the shape of the end surface of the stoma, and the size of the color-changing area 202 is the size of the end surface of the stoma;
step three, the user can hold the tray body 101 with one hand and hold scissors with the other hand to cut the tray body 101 along the contour of the color-changing area 202, so that a through hole 203 matched with the shape of the stoma can be formed at the middle position of the tray body 101, as shown in fig. 7 and 8.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, by constructing the color-developing layer 201 on the protective layer 107, the color-developing layer 201 changes color when it encounters water, so that the shape of the stoma 302 can be automatically displayed; since the stoma usually protrudes from the skin 301 of the patient, i.e. the stoma usually protrudes from the skin 301 of the patient, the shape of the through hole 203 to be cut needs to be adapted to the shape of the stoma protruding from the skin, so that the cut through hole 203 can be sleeved on the stoma 302 to firmly adhere the tray body 101 to the skin 301 around the stoma 302; when the ostomy tray 100 provided by the scheme is used for cutting, a user needs to firstly wet the stoma or the contour of the stoma with water or a liquid containing water, then the user can align the open hole 102 of the tray body 101 with the stoma 302 and stick the color-developing layer 201 of the tray body 101 to the stoma 302, so that water at different positions of the stoma can be absorbed by the color-developing layer 201, and the area on the color-developing layer 201 after absorbing the water changes color, thereby forming the color-changing area 202 which is obviously different from the surrounding area, on one hand, the color-changing area 202 can be conveniently distinguished from the surrounding area which does not change color due to different colors, the boundary is very clear and striking, the problem that the user with poor vision cannot see the round guide wire 104 and cannot cut accurately in the prior art can be solved, on the other hand, the shape of the color-changing area 202 is inevitably the same as the shape of the end of the stoma, the purpose of accurately displaying the shape of the stoma on the color development layer 201 is achieved, finally, a user only needs to cut along the outline of the color change area 202, through holes 203 which are completely consistent with the shape of the stoma 302 can be cut on the disc body 101, the cutting precision can be obviously improved, and the problems in the prior art are solved.
It will be appreciated that after the ostomy disc 100 has been accurately cut with through-holes 203 according to the present method, the ostomy disc 100 may be placed at the stoma 302 according to known methods, as shown in figure 8, which will not be described in detail herein.
In order to facilitate detachable connection of bags, in a further embodiment, the other side of the tray 101 is configured with a first connection portion 105 for detachable connection of bags, that is, the adhesive 106 and the first connection portion 105 are respectively configured on two sides (surfaces) of the tray 101, for example, the first connection portion 105 may be a circular ring structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, and a set distance is provided between the first connection portion 105 and the opening 102 inside the first connection portion 105; by providing the first connecting portion 105, it is possible to adapt a second connecting portion on the bag, so that by cooperation of the first connecting portion 105 with the second connecting portion, a detachable connection of the bag to the ostomy tray 100 is achieved; by providing the first connecting portion 105 and the opening 102 with a predetermined distance therebetween, the cutting area 103 is formed between the first connecting portion 105 and the opening 102, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, so that the through hole 203 formed by cutting is located in the cutting area 103.
It will be appreciated that the first connection portion 105 may be implemented using techniques known in the art for ostomy discs 100, and may be, for example, an external thread, which is not illustrated here.
In order to facilitate the connection of the restraining strip, in a further aspect, the first connecting portion 105 is configured with hanging holes 108 for connecting the restraining strip on two sides, as shown in fig. 1, 7 and 8, so as to connect the restraining strip, so as to further strengthen the restraint and fixation of the stoma disc 100 and prevent the stoma disc from falling off during use.
The area of the color development layer 201 may be smaller than or equal to the area of the protection layer 107, and in order to save cost, as shown in fig. 3, the color development layer 201 may be only disposed at a position corresponding to the cutting area 103, and the area of the color development layer 201 may be slightly larger than, equal to, or slightly smaller than the area of the cutting area 103; and the color-developing layer 201 may preferably be circular or rectangular.
In the actual use process, in order to accurately determine the pasting position of the tray body 101, in a more sophisticated scheme, the paste dispenser further includes an orientation mark 109, the orientation mark 109 may be configured on the first connecting portion 105, or on the surface of the tray body 101, as shown in fig. 9, at this time, the first connecting portion 105 is also disposed on the surface, that is, when the orientation mark 109 is configured on the surface of the tray body 101, the orientation mark 109 and the first connecting portion 105 are disposed on the same surface of the tray body 101, so that the paste dispenser is convenient for a user to view.
In this embodiment, by setting the orientation mark 109, in the second step, after the user aligns the opening 102 with the stoma 302, the user can rotate the tray 101 to a desired orientation with reference to the orientation mark 109, and then attach the color-developing layer 201 of the tray 101 to the stoma 302 to form the color-changing area 202; when subsequently posting (i.e. pasting) the disk body 101, the user still earlier the stoma 302 is aimed at to trompil 102 to with the reference of position sign 109, rotate disk body 101 to required position, because the position of twice operations around is unanimous, at this moment, the through-hole 203 of cutting out is just right the stoma 302, thereby can be accurate locate the stoma 302 with the through-hole 203 cover, be particularly useful for the irregularly shaped stoma 302, be favorable to reaching the purpose that the position was posted to accurate definite disk body 101.
The orientation mark 109 has various embodiments, and by way of example, the orientation mark 109 may be two mutually perpendicular grooves formed on the surface of the tray body 101, or two mutually perpendicular straight lines drawn on the surface of the tray body 101, as shown in fig. 9, so as to respectively represent a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation, so as to provide a reference for orientation adjustment.
As another example, the orientation mark 109 may be two mutually perpendicular grooves formed on the first connecting portion 105, and the purpose of indicating the direction, adjusting the horizontal orientation and the vertical orientation can be achieved.

In order to solve the problem that when the color developing layer 201 changes color when encountering water, water is easy to expand along the color developing layer 201 (especially when the surface of the stoma 302 has more water), so that the color developing region 202 becomes larger, and the boundary of the color developing region 202 is uncontrollable, the main difference between this embodiment 2 and the above embodiment 1 is that in the stoma tray 100 provided by this embodiment, the color developing layer 201 includes a plurality of color developing sheets 204, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, the display sheets are respectively made of the water-color-changing material, each color developing sheet 204 is respectively arranged on the surface of the protective layer 107 in a matrix (or array), and a set distance is provided between two adjacent color developing sheets 204. That is, in this embodiment, the color-developing sheets 204 constituting the color-developing layer 201 are separated from each other and are not connected to each other, so that water does not infiltrate from one color-developing sheet 204 to the other color-developing sheet 204, thereby effectively preventing the problem that the color-changing region 202 becomes large due to the expansion of water along the color-developing layer 201, and making the boundary of the color-changing region 202 controllable, thereby effectively reducing errors, making the shape and size of the color-changing region 202 more consistent with the shape and end face size of the stoma 302, and having higher precision.
The distance between two adjacent display pieces can be determined according to actual requirements, and the two adjacent display pieces are separated from each other and are not continuous, and preferably, the distance can be 0.1mm-1 mm.
Similarly, in the present embodiment, the shape of the color development sheet 204 may be determined according to actual requirements, for example, the color development sheet 204 may preferably be a circle, a rectangle, or a regular polygon, which is convenient for molding, and each color development sheet 204 may be respectively disposed on the protection layer 107 in an adhesive manner. For example, in the present embodiment, the color development sheet 204 is a square, and each color development layer 201 is attached to the protection layer 107 in a rectangular shape and surrounds a circle, as shown in fig. 10.
While the size of the color developing sheet 204 can be determined according to actual requirements, preferably, the maximum length size of the color developing sheet 204 can be less than or equal to 10mm, for example, when the color developing sheet 204 is a circle, the diameter of the color developing sheet 204 can be less than or equal to 10mm, and when the color developing sheet 204 is a rectangle, the length of the color developing sheet 204 can be less than or equal to 10 mm.
Example 3
In order to solve the problem that when the color developing layer 201 changes color when encountering water, water easily expands along the color developing layer 201 (especially when the surface of the stoma 302 has more water), so that the color developing region 202 becomes larger, and the boundary of the color developing region 202 is uncontrollable, the main difference between this embodiment 3 and the above embodiment 1 is that in the stoma tray 100 provided by this embodiment, the color developing layer 201 includes a plurality of color developing sheets 204, each color developing sheet 204 is respectively arranged on the surface of the protective layer 107 in a matrix, and two adjacent color developing sheets 204 are separated by a water-impermeable separation strip 205, as shown in fig. 1, 11, and 12. That is, in this embodiment, the color-developing sheets 204 constituting the color-developing layer 201 are separated by the water-impermeable separating strip 205, and are not connected to each other, so that water does not infiltrate from one color-developing sheet 204 to another color-developing sheet 204, and thus the problem that the color-changing region 202 is enlarged due to the expansion of water along the color-developing layer 201 can be effectively prevented, the boundary of the color-changing region 202 can be controlled, and thus errors can be effectively reduced, and the shape and size of the color-changing region 202 are more consistent with the shape and end face size of the stoma 302, and the accuracy is higher.
In this embodiment, the separating strips 205 are respectively fixed to the protective layer 107, for example, in one embodiment, the separating strips 205 and the protective layer 107 may be an integral structure, and the separating strips 205 around each color development piece 204 may form a closed ring, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the color development pieces 204 may be stuck in the ring, so as to achieve the purpose of being separated from each other; for example, in the present embodiment, the color development sheet 204 is square, and each color development layer 201 is attached to the protection layer 107 in a matrix and forms a rectangle, as shown in fig. 11.
As another example, the separation strip 205 may also be made of plastic or rubber, and will not be described herein.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
