The working principle is as follows: during operation, a plurality of PCBs needing pressure maintaining are placed in the pressing groove 12 of the lower pressing plate 11, the guide groove 2 of the upper pressing plate 1 is aligned to the guide post 21 of the lower pressing plate 11, the upper pressing plate 1 is pressed downwards, at the moment, the inclined surface of the clamping groove 32 can push the clamping block 35 to move towards the first cavity 33, the clamping block 35 is clamped in the pressure-fixing groove 38 in the pressing process, when the clamping block 35 is adjusted to enter different pressure-fixing grooves 38 corresponding to PCBs with different thicknesses, the upper pressing plate 1 can be continuously pressed downwards, and the inclined surface of the pressure-fixing groove 38 can push the inclined surface of the clamping block 35 to shrink towards the first cavity 33 to adjust different standard pressure values; when the clamping block 35 enters the constant pressure groove 38, the pushing block 51 is pushed to move, the pushing block 51 moves to drive the elastic bags 53 to collide with each other, vibration is generated, the vibration enables the solder paste among the PCBs to be attached more tightly, and when the clamping block 35 pushes the pushing block 51 to move towards the second groove 5, the pushing block 51 moves to push the baffle plate 62 to move in the second cavity 6, the first through hole 63 and the oil outlet hole 64 are communicated with each other, when the baffle plate 62 moves towards the second cavity 6, gas in the second cavity 6 enters the non-porous cavity of the oil storage cavity 61, the elastic curved membrane 66 is further pushed to expand towards the porous cavity of the oil storage cavity 61, lubricating oil in the oil storage cavity 61 is pushed to enter the arc-shaped groove 65 through the oil outlet hole 64, when the clamping block 35 enters the constant pressure groove 38, the roller 36 on the clamping block 35 is attached in the arc-shaped groove 65, the surface of the roller 36 is lubricated by the lubricating oil, and the clamping block 35 is convenient to move when the pressure of the pressure maintaining piece 3 is adjusted, the lubricating oil can further reduce the friction force between the clamping block 35 and the constant pressure groove 38, and the adjusting time is saved; after the pressure maintaining and sealing of the PCB are finished, the air bag 39 is extruded, air in the air bag 39 enters the first cavity 33, the first push plate 34 is pushed to move inwards, the clamping block 35 is driven to contract towards the inside of the first cavity 33 at the same time, the clamping block is separated from the constant pressure groove 38, the upper pressing plate 1 and the lower pressing plate 11 are separated to release the pressure maintaining state, and the PCB is taken out.
A use method of a microphone pressure maintaining jig for Internet of things equipment is suitable for the microphone pressure maintaining jig for the Internet of things equipment, and comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, putting the stacked PCB needing pressure maintaining into a pressing groove of a lower pressing plate, aligning a guide groove of an upper pressing plate to a guide column of the lower pressing plate, and pressing the upper pressing plate downwards to assemble a pressure maintaining jig;
s2: pressing the upper pressing plate downwards, enabling the clamping rod to enter the clamping groove, clamping the clamping block into the constant pressure groove, adjusting the clamping block to be clamped into different constant pressure grooves according to the thickness of the PCB, and adjusting different pressure maintaining pressures by adjusting the distance between the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate;
s3: after the pressure maintaining and sealing of the stacked PCB are finished, the air bag is extruded to drive the clamping block to be separated from the constant pressure groove, the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are separated, the pressure maintaining state is relieved, and the stacked PCB is taken out.
