The judging mechanism comprises judging whether the path of executing the use item meets a set early warning path, such as whether the navigation process deviates from a preset standard path; judging whether the requirements for executing the use items meet the set early warning requirements, if so, finishing shopping according to the standard requirements; and judging whether the action of executing the use item has a risk factor, such as whether the action is close to a risk source in the photographing process. The path items are correspondingly determined whether to accord with the early warning path, the life items are correspondingly determined whether to accord with the early warning requirement, and the entertainment items are correspondingly determined whether to have danger factors.
The output module 740 is used for outputting a distress signal. Outputting the distress signal includes issuing the distress signal by issuing voice information or continuously clicking a physical key of the mobile terminal 10 a plurality of times.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention provides an emergency help method, which is suitable for the mobile terminal 10. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an emergency help-seeking method according to an embodiment of the invention.
Step S301, obtaining an operation instruction of a user, and executing the use item according to the operation instruction.
Specifically, the input unit 100 inputs an operation instruction of the user, and the mobile terminal 10 acquires the operation instruction of the user, such as navigation, shopping, entertainment, and the like. The mobile terminal 10 executes the usage item in response to an operation instruction from the user. Further, the display unit 300 may display specific details of the execution of the above-described use item, such as a navigation path, whether the consumption is successful, or an entertainment process.
Step S302, classifies the use item.
Specifically, after the mobile terminal 10 executes the usage items, the processor 600 classifies the usage items, and the usage items may be classified into, but are not limited to, the following categories: route events, life events or entertainment events. The route event can be, but is not limited to, navigation, the life event can be, but is not limited to, shopping, and the entertainment event can be, but is not limited to, taking a picture.
In step S303, the control sensor 200 acquires the execution data of the mobile terminal 10 according to the type of the usage item.
Specifically, sensor 200 includes a locator 210 and a collector 220. When the mobile terminal 10 executes the path transaction, the locator 210 obtains the actual path of the mobile terminal 10 to further monitor the change of the location using the mobile terminal 10. The locator 210 may be, but is not limited to, a GPS satellite tracking locator. When the mobile terminal 10 executes the life event, the collector 220 collects the sound preset by the user, such as "route is different from plan, where you want to go" or "hot take iron cup", etc. The collector 220 may be, but is not limited to, a sound pickup. According to the voice information collected by the collector 220, whether the user is in a dangerous state or not can be judged in an auxiliary manner. When the mobile terminal 10 performs an entertainment event, the locator 210 obtains information on the direction of movement of the mobile terminal 10 in real time to determine whether the mobile terminal 10 is close to a dangerous source. The locator 210 may also be, but is not limited to, a gyroscope and an electronic compass.
Step S304, determining the real-time status of the mobile terminal 10 according to the execution data of different use items.
Specifically, the actual path state of the path item is judged, the actual location environment of the entertainment item is judged, and the actual purchasing behavior state of the life item is judged.
Step S305, selecting a corresponding predetermined judgment mechanism and a method for asking for help according to the usage of the mobile terminal 10.
Specifically, the judging mechanism comprises judging whether a path for executing the use item accords with a set early warning path; or judging whether the requirement for executing the use item meets the set early warning requirement or not; or determining whether a risk factor exists in the act of executing the use item. It can be understood that the path items correspondingly determine whether the early warning path is met, the life items correspondingly determine whether the early warning requirement is met, and the entertainment items correspondingly determine whether the danger factors exist.
The method for asking for help includes sending a help signal by sending voice information or continuously clicking a physical key of the mobile terminal 10 for multiple times. Meanwhile, the user voice information collected by the collector 220 is packaged and sent to relatives or friends.
In the specific embodiment, if the collector 220 collects "where you want to go and the route is different from the plan" in the process of executing the navigation event by the mobile terminal 10, it can determine that the actual path of the mobile terminal 10 deviates from the standard path, and this way of prompting the path deviates meets the daily conversation habit, so that the user can confirm the dangerous state in the safe state without drawing the attention of thieves. If the mobile terminal 10 performs the shopping transaction, the collector 220 collects "hot latte one cup", which indicates that the user has finished shopping.
Step S306, determining whether the real-time status of the mobile terminal 10 conforms to the determination mechanism.
A determination mechanism is stored in the memory 500 and the processor 600 performs the determination process. In a specific embodiment, if the mobile terminal 10 executes the navigation event, it is determined whether the actual path during the execution of the navigation event matches the pre-warning path set by the navigation, and if the actual path of the navigation deviates from the standard path, it is further determined, according to the "route and plan are different, where you want to go" voice information collected by the collector 220, that the user is in a dangerous state; if the mobile terminal 10 executes the shopping event, it is determined whether the actual behavior during the process of executing the shopping event meets the pre-warning requirement set by the shopping, if so, it is determined whether the pre-warning requirement meets the standard requirement, and the user can be determined to successfully complete the shopping according to the voice information of "hot latte one cup" collected by the collector 220; if the mobile terminal 10 executes the photographing event, it is determined whether the mobile terminal is close to a danger source during the photographing process, and a danger factor exists.
If yes, go to step S307, and output a distress signal according to the corresponding distress method.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal 10 starts the car-calling software according to the user instruction, executes the navigation event, and determines whether the actual driving path of the driver during the execution of the navigation event matches the pre-warning path set by the navigation, that is, whether the actual path displayed in the car-calling software and the standard path positioned by the positioner 210 send an offset. If the real-time position located by the locator 210 and the actual driving path deviate, it is determined that the actual route deviates from the standard path set by the navigation, and the mobile terminal 10 outputs a distress signal to the target terminal 20. The target terminal 20 establishes a distress relationship with the mobile terminal 10 in advance, and the target terminal 20 may be a rescue center in a public security system or a terminal device used by relatives or friends of the user of the mobile terminal 10.
Outputting the distress signal includes issuing the distress signal by issuing voice information or continuously clicking a physical key of the mobile terminal 10 a plurality of times. Meanwhile, the user voice information collected by the collector 220 is packaged and sent to relatives or friends.
When the mobile terminal 10 initiates a shopping instruction according to the user instruction, a shopping transaction is performed, such as going to a convenience store to purchase a hot latte. The server judges whether the shopping items meet the preset early warning requirement or not, namely whether the voice information of purchasing a cup of hot latte is received or not. If the standard requirement is not met while the shopping transaction is being performed, the mobile terminal 10 outputs a distress signal to determine whether the user is in a dangerous state.
When the mobile terminal 10 initiates an entertainment instruction according to a user instruction, an entertainment event, such as a photograph, is performed. The server judges whether a danger source exists near the real-time position of the picture taking, whether the user is close to the danger source in the process of using the mobile terminal 10, and the mobile terminal 10 outputs a distress signal to remind the user of approaching the danger source and paying attention to safety. The display screen may display "approach the source of danger, pay attention to safety" or the mobile terminal 10 may emit an external sound to alert the user of the approach to the source of danger.
If not, the process returns to step S306 to continuously determine whether the real-time status of the mobile terminal 10 conforms to the determination mechanism.
In some preferred embodiments, after step S303, the method further includes:
step S3031, downloading the danger information in the real-time location area during the execution of the use item in real time.
Specifically, in the process of mobile execution of the use item, the server downloads the danger information in the instant position area in the process of executing the use item in real time, confirms the danger source, and downloads the danger information in the photographing area in the photographing process.
Step S3032, displaying danger warning or sending out voice warning corresponding to the danger information.
When it is confirmed that the user approaches the danger information using the mobile terminal 10, the mobile terminal 10 displays a danger warning or emits a voice warning to remind the user of safety.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after step S306, a process of confirming the distress information by the user is further included, which specifically includes the following steps:
and step S401, outputting a distress signal.
Step S402, judging whether to close the distress signal according to the user request.
After the mobile terminal 10 sends the distress signal, the user needs to determine whether the distress signal is wrong or whether the distress message is released.
If yes, go to step S403 to turn off the distress signal.
And if the user confirms that the dangerous state does not exist, closing the distress signal.
If not, the process returns to step S401 to continuously output the distress signal.
If the distress signal is correct or the dangerous information is not released, the distress signal is continuously output.
The mobile terminal 10 and the emergency help-seeking method provided by the invention combine hardware and software of the mobile terminal 10, select a corresponding preset judgment mechanism and help-seeking method according to the use items of the mobile terminal, judge whether the real-time state of the mobile terminal meets the judgment mechanism, and output a help-seeking signal according to the corresponding help-seeking method if the real-time state of the mobile terminal meets the judgment mechanism. When the user meets danger, the alarm can be safely carried out or the danger can be timely relieved, so that the user is prevented from being exposed to greater danger.
