step S40, confirming the operation range of the current locomotive top conveying operation, and arranging a wireless sensing camera at the corresponding detection position of the operation range;
step S50, sending a job detection instruction to the wireless perception camera to detect the job status of the current locomotive top-feed job by the wireless perception camera.

The device for sending the operation detection instruction to the wireless sensing camera may be a screen display integrated device or a control terminal device connected with the screen display integrated device, and relates to network application, and the operation detection instruction needs to be sent to the wireless sensing camera through a currently installed wireless transceiver, that is, the locomotive wireless top-lift operation visual early warning method further comprises the following steps:
a wireless transceiver for confirming the operation range, and connecting the wireless transceiver;
and sending a job detection instruction to the wireless perception camera.
According to the current operation range of the locomotive top conveying operation, the wireless transceiver installed in the operation range is confirmed, and the wireless transceiver is connected, where the operating range of current locomotive overhead transmission operations is too large, one or more wireless transceivers may be included to enable wireless communication transmission throughout the operating range, and, as such, according to the currently connected wireless transceiver, sending a work detection instruction to the wireless perception camera through the wireless transceiver, before, after the wireless perception camera is set, connecting to a wireless transceiver in the current working range, so as to realize data transmission through the wireless transceiver, thus, the wireless sensing camera can receive the work detection instruction, and realizing the report of the operation information based on the wireless transceiver so as to realize the operation detection of the current locomotive top conveying operation.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another embodiment of a locomotive wireless top-loading operation visual early warning method according to the present invention, where the locomotive wireless top-loading operation visual early warning method includes:
step S60, receiving a work detection instruction according to the work detection requirement of the current locomotive top conveying work;
step S70, starting a camera to shoot the operation information of the current locomotive top-sending operation range, wherein the operation information comprises operation images and image perception information;
and step S80, the operation information is compressed and reported to the screen display integrated equipment through the wireless transceiver.
In this embodiment, according to the application of the current top-loading operation, a job detection requirement based on the current top-loading operation is received, that is, the wireless sensing camera receives a job detection instruction from the control device to open the current shooting lens for shooting job information in the current job range, and on the premise that the job information includes a job image and image sensing information, the activation time of the wireless sensing camera should be synchronized, so that the shot job image corresponds to the corresponding image sensing information. And according to the shot operation information, the operation information is compressed and then reported to the screen display integrated equipment through the wireless transceiver for detection processing of the operation state.

the screen display integrated equipment comprises an image restoration mechanism, an image analysis mechanism and a warning output interface, wherein the image restoration mechanism is in communication connection with the wireless transceiver, and the warning output interface is in communication connection with the alarm.
2. The visual early warning method for the wireless top-delivery operation of the locomotive is applied to a visual early warning system for the wireless top-delivery operation of the locomotive, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving operation information shot by a wireless perception camera, wherein the wireless perception camera shoots operation information of operation sent by a current locomotive after being started, the operation information is compressed and reported through a wireless transceiver, and the operation information comprises operation images and image perception information;
decompressing the operation information through a preset image decompression algorithm, and confirming the operation state of the current locomotive top conveying operation through the decompressed operation information;
and generating operation warning information corresponding to the operation state and outputting the operation warning information.

The visual warning method for locomotive wireless overhead working according to claim 2, wherein said step of decompressing said working information by a predetermined image decompression algorithm to confirm the working status of the current locomotive overhead working with said decompressed working information further comprises:
and outputting the reduction result of the operation information to a display screen for display.
4. The visual warning method for locomotive wireless overhead operation according to claim 2, wherein the step of confirming the operation status of the current locomotive overhead operation with the decompressed operation information comprises:
confirming a job image of the job information and image perception information corresponding to the job image according to the restored job information;
and obtaining the operation state of the locomotive top sending operation through the image sensing information and the operation image.
5. The visual warning method for locomotive wireless overhead operation according to claim 2, wherein the step of confirming the operation status of the current locomotive overhead operation with the decompressed operation information comprises:
determining whether the current locomotive top conveying operation is abnormal or not according to the operation state;
if no abnormity exists, generating operation warning information output with no abnormity of the operation state;
and if the abnormal operation exists, generating operation warning information with abnormal operation state and outputting the operation warning information.
6. The visual warning method for the locomotive wireless jacking operation according to claim 5, wherein if there is an abnormality, the step of generating the operation warning information output that the operation state is abnormal further comprises:
and confirming the job image in the abnormal job state, and marking abnormal job information in the job image in a preset format.
7. The locomotive wireless push operation visual early warning method according to claim 6, wherein the step of generating the operation warning information output of the abnormal operation state if there is an abnormality comprises:
confirming the abnormal level of the abnormal operation state;
and generating operation warning information with abnormal operation state according to the abnormal level and outputting the operation warning information.
8. The locomotive wireless top-delivery operation visual early warning method according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the locomotive wireless top-delivery operation visual early warning method further comprises:
confirming the operation range of the current locomotive top conveying operation, and configuring a wireless sensing camera at the corresponding detection position of the operation range;
and sending a work detection instruction to the wireless perception camera so as to detect the work state of the current locomotive top-sending work through the wireless perception camera.
9. The locomotive wireless top-transport operation visual early warning method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the locomotive wireless top-transport operation visual early warning method further comprises:
a wireless transceiver for confirming the operation range, and connecting the wireless transceiver;
and sending a job detection instruction to the wireless perception camera.
10. The visual early warning method for the wireless top-delivery operation of the locomotive is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
receiving an operation detection instruction according to an operation detection requirement of current locomotive top conveying operation;
starting a camera to shoot operation information of a current locomotive top-fed operation range, wherein the operation information comprises operation images and image perception information;
and compressing the operation information and reporting the operation information to the screen display integrated equipment through the wireless transceiver.
