The embodiment provides a method for managing and controlling article access, which is applied to a scenario of managing and controlling materials in a laboratory, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for managing and controlling article access according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, obtaining the correlation result among a plurality of warehousing articles.
The warehousing articles can be stored in article storage spaces such as warehouses, laboratory storage cabinets and the like, and the warehousing articles can be reagents, consumables or samples and the like. Under the condition that a plurality of warehousing articles are stored in the article storage space, the processor acquires the correlation result between the warehousing articles according to the use condition and the detection condition of each warehousing article; for example, a sample may be associated with reagents required to detect the sample for user acceptance.
Step S204, under the condition that a collar instruction is detected, acquiring an article to be received in the plurality of warehoused articles indicated by the collar instruction, and sending collar information to an interaction terminal according to the association result corresponding to the article to be received; the interactive terminal is used for displaying the sample receiving information to a sample receiving user, and the sample receiving information comprises the associated articles of the associated result.
The interaction terminal can be deployed in the article storage space, for example, the interaction terminal can be installed on a cabinet door of a laboratory locker; the interactive terminal can be, but is not limited to, a liquid crystal display, a tablet computer, a projection device and other terminal devices which can be used for interaction.
Specifically, the sample reception user can send a sample reception instruction matched with the required article to be received through the interactive terminal; for example, the interactive terminal is a display screen, and the display screen displays each warehousing article, so that the sample receiving user selects one or more to-be-received articles to be received from the displayed warehousing articles, and touches or clicks a receiving button displayed below the to-be-received articles, and at this time, the display screen can send a sample receiving instruction matched with the clicking operation to the processor according to the clicking operation of the sample receiving user. After receiving a sample receiving instruction of the interactive terminal, the processor analyzes the sample receiving instruction to obtain an article to be received indicated in the sample receiving instruction; acquiring a correlation result corresponding to the article to be received, and finally generating sample receiving information; for example, if the article to be claimed is a sample 1, the correlation result corresponding to the sample 1 is: and the standard 1 and the standard 2 which are related to the sample 1 and used for detecting the sample, and the sample receiving information generated at this time is the sample 1, the standard 1 and the standard 2. It should be noted that if there is a prepared standard stock solution in the article storage space, the standard stock solution is recommended preferentially, and if there is no standard stock solution, the standard article with the latest quality guarantee period is recommended. The interactive terminal can receive the sample receiving information sent by the processor and display the sample receiving information, so that a sample receiving user can quickly and accurately receive the required articles based on the displayed sample receiving information.
In the related art, the article access is generally controlled through paper record or Excel registration, so that the circulation in a laboratory for reliably recording experimental materials cannot be clearly seen, and the workload of control personnel is large; in the embodiment of the present application, through the steps S202 to S204, by obtaining the association result between the plurality of warehousing items, providing a scheme for the user to receive the warehousing items based on the association result, and associating all the items in the item storage space, centralized management of item storage is facilitated, and the management and control workload is reduced, so that the problem of low management and control efficiency in the item storage process is solved, and efficient and accurate item storage management and control are realized.
In some embodiments, a method for regulating access to an article is provided, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for regulating access to an article according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, where the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S302, when a return instruction is detected, obtaining an article to be returned from the plurality of warehoused articles indicated by the return instruction based on the association result, and obtaining remaining quality information of the article to be returned.
Similar to the method for detecting the sample receiving instruction in step S204, the sample returning user may also send a return instruction matching the article to be returned through the interactive terminal. After receiving the return instruction of the interactive terminal, the processor analyzes the return instruction to obtain the article to be returned indicated in the return instruction; meanwhile, the processor also receives the remaining quality information of the article to be returned, and the obtaining mode of the remaining quality information can be as follows: and generating residual mass information according to the residual mass data of the to-be-returned object input by the interactive terminal after the sample returning user weighs in advance. It is understood that the user may be the same user as the user of the above-mentioned sample, or may be a different user.
Step S304, sending return information to the interactive terminal according to the residual quality information; wherein, the interactive terminal is also used for displaying the return information to the sample returning user.
The processor generates return information based on the acquired residual quality information, and sends the return information to the interactive terminal, so that the user can return the article to be returned according to the return information displayed by the interactive terminal. It should be noted that the return information may include the to-be-returned item obtained by the above analysis, the remaining quality information of the to-be-returned item, and the return position specified by the administrator. For example, the sample returning user instructs a lock control device installed on the storage device to open the storage device through the sample returning instruction, and the monitoring device starts to operate; and the sample returning user closes the empty storage device after returning the sample, the monitoring device stops running, the detection device in the storage device detects whether the returned sample is placed correctly or not, and if the placement error is detected, a warning prompt is sent. Wherein, the detection device may be an RFID chip.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the sample returning process should follow the principle of where to get and where to go; if the user needs to replace the storage position of the warehousing article, the user needs to have the replacement authority, and generally, only the administrator has the authority.
Through the steps S302 to S304, the scheme of returning the articles is provided for the user by acquiring the articles to be returned and the residual quality information of the articles to be returned, so that the article storage is managed in a centralized manner, the management and control workload is reduced, the monitoring is performed in the user sampling process, the follow-up monitoring video is utilized for fast tracing, and the management and control efficiency and the safety in the article storage process are further improved.
In some embodiments, the step S202 further includes the following steps: acquiring article information corresponding to the plurality of warehoused articles, and judging whether the warehoused articles are to-be-detected samples according to the type information in the article information; and under the condition that the warehousing article is the sample to be detected, acquiring detection information matched with the sample to be detected, and acquiring the correlation result according to the detection information.
The article information may be obtained by inputting information corresponding to each warehousing article through an interactive terminal when the management and control personnel put the article in storage, or may be obtained by scanning identification code information pasted on each warehousing article through the management and control personnel. The article information includes the type information of the article put in storage, general information, and the like. Acquiring detection information based on the extracted type information in the article information; for example, when the type information indicates that the warehousing article is a sample to be detected, the warehousing article such as a standard substance, a reagent and a consumable substance required for detecting the sample to be detected is obtained; therefore, detection information required by detection can be generated based on the type information of the warehoused articles, so that the samples to be detected and the warehoused articles can be associated according to the detection information and a correlation result can be generated.
Through the embodiment, the correlation result is obtained based on the detection information of the sample to be detected, so that quick and accurate correlation of all articles in a laboratory is realized, and the accuracy and efficiency of article access management are further improved.
In some embodiments, after the article information corresponding to the plurality of warehoused articles is acquired, the article access control method further includes the following steps: acquiring a storage instruction matched with the category information in the article information through the interactive terminal; wherein, the storage instruction is used for indicating the storage equipment for storing the warehousing articles.
Specifically, the storage instruction may be obtained in a manner that: and the management and control personnel judge the storage equipment and input the judgment result into the interactive terminal, and the interactive terminal generates a storage instruction based on the judgment result and displays the storage instruction. Alternatively, the storage instruction may be obtained by: the processor extracts the type information according to the article information sent by the interactive terminal, and sends different storage instructions to the interactive terminal for displaying according to the type information, so that the management and control personnel can store each warehousing article into the corresponding storage equipment according to the storage instructions. For example, the standard substance or the standard substance has small mass, various types and high value, and has high requirement on storage temperature, so that the standard substance or the standard substance is matched with intelligent hardware equipment with optical coupling devices at different temperatures for storage; for the reagents, according to different self properties among the reagents, configuring a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) function and storing the Radio Frequency Identification function into different reagent cabinets, or storing the reagents with two-dimensional labels into different reagent cabinets and managing keys of the reagent cabinets; for consumable materials, the consumable materials can be placed on a shelf in cooperation with a two-dimensional label due to large quantity and low value; for samples, the samples with high value are placed into a special storage cabinet, the samples with high value are placed on a goods shelf, and in addition, the samples in the same batch can be divided into detection samples and retained samples, and the detection samples and the retained samples are placed into different hardware storage devices. The information on the type of each item information may be increased depending on the materials in the laboratory.
According to the embodiment, the storage instruction is generated based on the acquired type information, and the management and control personnel are instructed to store each warehousing article into the corresponding storage equipment according to the storage instruction, so that the warehousing article is prevented from being stored into the storage equipment with unmatched properties, the warehousing article is prevented from being damaged too early, the warehousing logistics are classified and stored quickly, and the management and control efficiency and accuracy of article access are improved effectively.

The identity information can be acquired through fingerprint authentication of a user to be logged in; the identity information can also be acquired through an intelligent card held by the user to be logged in; the identity information can also be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code through the interactive terminal; the identity information can also be obtained by scanning the face of the user to be logged in; the identity information can also be acquired by inputting account information by the user to be logged in; the identity information can also be obtained by inputting a short message verification code by the user to be logged in.
Step S504, the authentication is carried out according to the identity information, the authority setting information of the user to be logged in is obtained under the condition that the authentication is passed, and whether the user to be logged in is a sample user is detected based on the authority setting information.
The processor records and stores the personal fingerprint in advance under the condition that the identity information is the fingerprint, firstly extracts the fingerprint of the pickup person when the user to be logged in is subjected to security verification, performs identity verification comparison by using the fingerprint and the recorded fingerprint, and gives the user to be logged in the authority of inquiring, obtaining or returning the sample under the condition that the identity verification is passed. For other types of identity information, the processor also executes corresponding operations and gives different permissions, such as the replacement permission or the like, which is not described herein again.
Step S506, receiving the sample receiving instruction of the sample receiving user under the condition that the sample receiving user is detected.
And when detecting that the user to be logged in has the sample receiving authority, the user to be logged in is considered as a sample receiving user, and the sample receiving user can send a sample receiving instruction through the interactive terminal and receive samples. Similarly, when it is detected that the user to be logged in has the sample returning authority or the query authority, the user to be logged in may also be considered as the sample returning user or the query user, and the processor allows the user to be logged in to perform corresponding operations.
Through the steps S502 to S506, the user is subjected to security verification based on the identity information, and different permissions are divided for accounts of all the users according to requirements, so that the security of article access management is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, after the step S206 is executed, the method for managing and controlling access to an article further includes the following steps: sending an alarm instruction to an alarm module according to the sample receiving management and control result; the alarm module is used for alarming illegal access according to the alarm instruction.
Specifically, after receiving the monitoring video sent by the monitoring device for the storage space of the article, the processor may perform security detection according to the monitoring video; for example, the processor may identify a human behavior in the surveillance video, detect whether the warehoused articles remaining in the article storage space such as the locker are matched with the sampling information when the identified human behavior is the sampling of the articles, and control the alarm module to alarm illegal access based on the alarm instruction if it is detected that the sampling user has made an error in sampling the articles to be sampled. It should be noted that the alarm module may be a touch screen, a speaker or other sound and light devices. Similarly, the security detection based on the alarm module can also be applied to the sample returning process of the sample returning personnel, and is not described herein again.
Through the embodiment, the alarm module is arranged and is controlled to alarm illegal storage and taking according to the detection result of the stored goods, so that timely and efficient alarm is realized under the condition that the illegal persons store and take the goods, and the safety of goods storage and taking management and control is further effectively improved.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 and 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
