The shuttle car is a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle for realizing short-distance rapid transportation in a coal mine, along with the development of tunneling technology, the shuttle car is more and more applied to a tunneling working surface, the main function of the shuttle car is to transfer coal of a continuous coal mining machine to a feeding crusher, a driver of the shuttle car is a main dust collecting person, the dust collecting amount is large, the dust collecting time is long, and therefore the shuttle car is very important for dust prevention and control.
The ventilation and dust removal are the main means for preventing and controlling the dust in the tunneling work at present, and the common ventilation mode is a long-pressing short-pumping type, but researches show that during the operation of a continuous mining machine, high-speed compressed air flow brought by the long-pressing short-pumping type ventilation collides with a tunneling wall surface and carries a large amount of dust to disperse along the way, so that scholars at home and abroad propose a plane air curtain, a rotational flow air curtain and other technologies.
CN201410406960.8 discloses a three-dimensional multidirectional rotational flow air curtain dust settling device and method for a fully mechanized excavation face, the method is characterized in that a dust source is left in a cutting area through the form of an air curtain, and then a dust removing fan is used for pumping out the dust, the method can isolate dust in the cutting area to avoid rearward dispersion of the dust, but a vortex area is easily formed near a tunneling head to cause dust accumulation, although the dust concentration of a local area can be properly reduced through the dust removing fan, a large amount of dust is still left in the cutting area, during work, a shuttle car driver needs to transport coal back and forth, and the dust is circularly moved in the cutting area.
Therefore, the air curtain dust removing device and the air curtain dust removing method for the shuttle car for the tunneling working face are urgent, the device can be used for removing dust around a shuttle car driver, the dust concentration around the shuttle car driver is effectively reduced, the occupational hazards of pneumoconiosis of the shuttle car driver can be prevented and treated, the visual range of the shuttle car driver is increased, the driving safety and the body health of the shuttle car driver are ensured, and the air curtain dust removing device and the air curtain dust removing method for the shuttle car for the tunneling working face have important practical values for the health and safe and efficient mining of the shuttle car driver.
