After the grouting seam 3 is cleaned, the dust suction pump 19 is closed, the rectangular seat 2 is pulled upwards to move the compacting plate 22 out of the grouting seam 3, the dust collection box 18 is pulled upwards to move the two positioning columns 26 out of the two positioning grooves, the sealing cover plate 23 is pulled to separate the two first magnets 24 from the two second magnets 25, so that impurities such as dust in the dust collection box 18 can be cleaned, the rectangular seat 2 is placed on the prefabricated assembly seat 1, the two driving shafts 30 are rotated, the two driving shafts 30 can enable the two L-shaped columns 31 to approach each other, the two L-shaped columns 31 are respectively clamped with the two clamping grooves, the two limiting shafts 33 are rotated, the two threaded plates 34 can approach each other through the limiting shafts 33, the two arc-shaped clamping plates 36 can approach each other, and the driving shafts 30 are clamped and fixed, so that the driving shafts 30 can be prevented from rotating randomly, and then can improve the steadiness of rectangle seat 2 on prefabricated assembly seat 1, be convenient for carry out the shutoff operation.
Plugging slurry is added into the storage cavity 11 through the two feeding pipes, when plugging operation is needed, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the slurry can enter the grouting joint 3 through the discharging pipe and the feeding port, the two limiting plates 27 are arranged, the limiting plates 27 are obliquely arranged, the slurry can rapidly fall down, the compacting plate 22 can be upwards extruded along with increasing slurry in the grouting joint 3, the two rectangular plates 5 can be upwards moved in the two rectangular grooves 4 through the two rectangular columns 7 by the compacting plate 22, the two springs 6 can be extruded by the two rectangular plates 5, the compacting plate 22 can be always tightly attached to the slurry under the action of the springs 6, the slurry can be compacted, the two connecting columns 8 can be upwards moved while the compacting plate 22 is upwards moved, the two connecting columns 8 can drive the two toothed plates 14 to upwards move through the two connecting plates 9, and the connecting shaft 13 can rotate through the two gears 15, connecting axle 13 can drive (mixing) shaft 16 through two bevel gears and rotate, and (mixing) shaft 16 can make a plurality of puddlers rotate and stir the thick liquids in storage cavity 11, can make thick liquids more exquisite like this, and can prevent that thick liquids from blockking up the discharging pipe, has improved work efficiency.
