Claims (10)

1. An elevator maintenance auxiliary device, includes the mounting panel, its characterized in that still includes:
the oil coating mechanism is installed on the installation plate and comprises a coating assembly, an oil supply assembly, a stirring assembly and a power assembly for driving the coating assembly, the oil supply assembly and the stirring assembly to work, the power assembly comprises a clamping assembly and a driven assembly, and the clamping assembly and the driven assembly are matched for clamping the traction steel wire rope so as to drive the driven assembly to rotate when the traction steel wire rope moves;
the driven assembly can drive the stirring assembly to stir the lubricating oil by driving the oil supply assembly to reciprocate, the driven assembly can guide the lubricating oil in the stirring assembly into the smearing assembly by driving the oil supply assembly, and the smearing assembly is used for smearing the lubricating oil on the traction steel wire rope; and
the cleaning mechanism is installed on the installation plate, the driven assembly is connected with the cleaning mechanism, and the driven assembly can drive the cleaning mechanism to rotate in a reciprocating mode to clean the traction steel wire rope.

The elevator maintenance aid of claim 1, wherein said oil supply assembly includes a sliding assembly and a one-way sealing assembly, said driven assembly guiding the lubricating oil in the agitating assembly into the daubing assembly by driving the sliding assembly to reciprocate in cooperation with the one-way sealing assembly.
3. The elevator maintenance assisting device according to claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a rotary cleaning component and a transmission component, and the driven component drives the rotary cleaning component to clean oil stains and iron stains on the traction steel wire rope through the transmission component; the driven assembly drives the sliding assembly to reciprocate to drive the stirring assembly to stir the lubricating oil.

The elevator maintenance aid of claim 3, wherein said driven assembly comprises a power box fixedly attached to a mounting plate, a first rotating shaft rotatably attached to said power box, a power wheel fixedly attached to said first rotating shaft, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod rotatably attached to said power wheel.

The elevator maintenance auxiliary device according to claim 4, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a sliding groove formed in the mounting plate, a sliding block and a pressing block are slidably connected to the sliding groove, a second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the sliding block, a clamping wheel is fixedly mounted on the second rotating shaft, a bolt in threaded fit with the mounting plate is rotatably connected to the pressing block, and a first elastic element is fixedly mounted on one side of the pressing block, which is close to the sliding block.

The elevator maintenance auxiliary device according to claim 4, wherein the rotating cleaning assembly comprises a first fixing sleeve fixedly mounted on a side of the mounting plate away from the power box, the first fixing sleeve is rotatably connected with a second fixing sleeve, a first rust removing sleeve and a second rust removing sleeve are rotatably connected in the first fixing sleeve, and the first rust removing sleeve and the second rust removing sleeve are fixedly connected.

The elevator maintenance auxiliary device according to claim 6, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a first sliding groove arranged on the first fixing sleeve, a sliding block is connected in the first sliding groove in a sliding mode, the sliding block is connected with the first connecting rod in a rotating mode, a second sliding groove connected with the sliding block in a sliding mode is arranged on the outer side of the first derusting sleeve, and the second sliding groove is a dovetail groove.

The elevator maintenance assisting device according to claim 4, wherein the sliding assembly comprises an oil outlet pipe fixedly mounted on the mounting plate, an oil inlet pipe is fixedly mounted in the oil outlet pipe, a first sleeve and a second sleeve are slidably connected in the oil outlet pipe, the first sleeve is fixedly connected with the second sleeve, an oil outlet and a through hole are formed in the second sleeve, and the second sleeve is rotatably connected with the second connecting rod.

The elevator maintenance assisting device according to claim 8, wherein the one-way sealing assembly comprises a second elastic element fixedly mounted on a side of the second sleeve away from the through hole, a first sealing ball is fixedly mounted at a tail end of the second elastic element, a third elastic element is fixedly mounted on a side of the first sleeve close to the through hole, and a second sealing ball is fixedly mounted at a tail end of the third elastic element.
10. The elevator maintenance auxiliary device according to claim 9, wherein the smearing component comprises a first oiling box fixedly mounted on the power box, a second oiling box and an oil supplementing opening are fixedly connected to the first oiling box, smearing elements are mounted in the second oiling box and the first oiling box, and an oil pipe connected with the oil outlet is fixedly connected to the oil supplementing opening.
