s3, oiling, wherein the motor (4) drives the oiling plate (7) to rotationally oil the cleaned steel wire cable (1) through the transmission assembly (6) during working, the scraper (5) rotates along with the spiral rope seam (11) and the sleeve (2), the oil tank (8) intermittently supplies oil to the oiling plate (7) through the oil pumping assembly (9) under the rotating action of the scraper (5), and the movable oiling of the steel wire cable (1) is achieved.
