It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a modular roof structure of a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The modularized top plate structure of the railway vehicle comprises an air-conditioning air duct 100, a framework 200 sleeved on the air-conditioning air duct 100, a middle top plate 300 arranged at the bottom of the air-conditioning air duct 100, a handrail 500 arranged on the framework 200 and a limiting part 600.
The hanger 400 is used to connect with a C-channel on the roof of a vehicle. The position-limiting part 600 is used to limit a connection line between two ends of the armrest 500 to be parallel to the length direction of the middle top plate 300 when the armrest 500 is mounted on the frame 200.
During assembly, the framework 200 is installed on the air-conditioning air duct 100, then the middle top plate 300 is installed on the air-conditioning air duct 100, the framework 200 and/or a combination body formed by combining the air-conditioning air duct 100 and the framework 200, and then the handrail 500 and the hanging weight 400 are installed on the framework 200, so that the rail vehicle modular top plate structure is formed. When the lifting device is installed, the whole top plate structure is lifted, and the lifting weight 400 and the C-shaped groove on the roof are fixed through the bolts and the sliding blocks.
Compared with the prior art, the modular roof structure of the railway vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the secondary framework is omitted, and the middle roof 300, the framework 200, the hanging weight 400, the air conditioning duct 100 and the handrail 500 are integrated into an integral module, so that the modular installation of the roof structure is realized, the process flow of the roof structure is simplified, the workload of the roof structure installation is reduced, the operation time required by the roof structure installation is shortened, and the installation speed of the roof structure is improved. After the handrail 500 is installed on the framework 200 through the limiting part 600, the length direction of the handrail 500 is parallel to that of the middle top plate 300, and therefore the phenomenon that the gap between the handrail 500 and the middle top plate 300 is uneven after the handrail 500 is installed is avoided effectively, the position of the handrail 500 does not need to be adjusted repeatedly after the handrail 500 is installed on the framework 200, and the difficulty of the top plate structure installation process is reduced.
The limiting portion 600 in this embodiment may be a slot, a mark line, a strip, etc. whose length direction is parallel to the lower end surface of the air-conditioning duct 100, as long as the above functions are realized.
