The whole vehicle is connected in a full-welding mode, and has good corrosion resistance.
The section bar connection mode of the underframe 11, the side wall 12 and the roof 14 adopts the lap joint and the plug-in connection mode. The connecting mode can ensure that the length tolerance of the side wall 12 and the roof 14 does not affect the whole vehicle body composition, and even if the side wall 12 and the roof 14 have a certain size difference with the underframe 11 in the length direction, the connecting mode of grinding the connecting plates can be adopted.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of the chassis 11. The underframe 11 is a foundation formed by the train head 1, and the running gear, the continuous buffer device and the suspension of the equipment of the train are all directly connected with the underframe 11. The underframe 11 of the train head car 1 consists of an underframe boundary beam 111, a floor section 112 and a bogie mounting seat 113. The floor section 112 is formed by welding a hollow extrusion section with a through length. The wall thickness of the upper and lower surfaces of the floor is thin, and the weight is reduced to the greatest extent while the rigidity and strength of the chassis 11 are sufficiently satisfied. The floor section bars 112 are connected in a splicing welding mode, and the floor section bars 112 and the side beams are in a lap welding mode, so that the overall width dimension tolerance of the underframe 11 is ensured to the greatest extent. The structure is a hollow structure, and the tire is arranged half below the vehicle underframe 11 and half above the vehicle underframe 11. Therefore, the height of the whole vehicle body can be reduced, the gravity center of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the stability of the vehicle body is improved. The bogie traction seat 1133 is slowly added with an intermediate traction seat 1133 compared with traction pillows of other vehicle types. When the vehicle body turns or receives lateral force, the middle traction seat 1133 can share the lateral force, so that the relative displacement between the mounting seat and the vehicle body is reduced; the stability of the vehicle body is increased, the turning radius of the vehicle can be reduced, and the vehicle can be more suitable for complex urban air traffic conditions.

The side walls 12 are left and right sides, the side walls 12 on the two sides are symmetrically distributed, each side is composed of 3 side wall 12 plates, each side wall 12 plate is composed of side wall 12 profiles and door uprights or end uprights, and windows are arranged on the rear four side wall 12 plates. The side wall 12 panels are connected to the chassis 11, the end wall 13 and the roof 14.
Roof 14 structure, roof 14 comprises roof side rail, air conditioner board and roof section bar. The air conditioner is placed in a sinking mode. The sinking placement of the air conditioner can keep the radian of the upper surface of the air conditioner consistent with that of the roof 14, and the flow linearity of the vehicle body is increased. Meanwhile, the air inlet and the air outlet of the sinking air conditioner are tightly attached to the vehicle body, so that the tightness is improved. Furthermore, a submerged air conditioner drain is placed under the air conditioner. The air-conditioning wastewater and rainwater enter from the air-conditioning water outlet and are directly communicated to the lower surface of the vehicle body underframe 11 through the pipeline to be discharged, so that the scouring and erosion of the air-conditioning wastewater to the paint surfaces of the roof 14 and the side walls 12 are reduced.
The head 15 structure of the train head 1. The exterior of the structure of the headstock 15 is wrapped by a glass fiber reinforced plastic hood, is streamline and meets aerodynamic requirements. Inside is skeleton framework, provides the mounting point for glass steel. The whole head 15 is designed to meet the energy absorption when an accidental collision occurs.
The air inlet and outlet edge of the air conditioner and the traction rod mounting seat of the underframe 11 are formed by welding a plurality of plates, the welding workload is huge and the deformation after welding is large in the later welding composition, and the positions can be considered to be changed into extruded profile structures in the later period.
In addition, some section bar sections in the structure are more complicated, extrusion forming is more difficult, the yield is relatively low, and the section structure can be properly simplified on the premise of meeting the rigidity and strength.
The all-aluminum alloy vehicle body is used in the structure, and can realize all-welded connection, so that the overall strength and the corrosion resistance are improved. Meanwhile, the weight of the whole aluminum alloy car body is reduced, and the bogie mounting seat 113 is used for replacing a traction and bolster buffering structure, so that the minimum turning radius of the car body can reach 50m, and the car body can be more suitable for the complex condition of urban air traffic.
