Mounting of roof camber beam
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the closing camber 11 and the universal camber 8 are mounted in a manner consistent with each other and connected to a roof fixing block 31 disposed in the roof side rail slide groove 28 and the roof fixing block 31 disposed on the roof T-shaped rib 29.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the air duct camber beam 9 and the air conditioner camber beam 10 are mounted in the same structure and are connected with a roof fixing block 31 arranged in the roof side rail sliding groove 28.
As shown in fig. 18, a hollow sealing rubber strip 18 is integrated at the position where the air-conditioning camber beam 10 is attached to the end of the air-conditioning unit in a squeezing manner.
Mounting roof covering panel
As shown in fig. 19, the lower portion of the air conditioner cover panel 1 is connected to a roof fixing block 31 in the roof side rail slide groove 28 through a hanging box 13, the upper portion of the air conditioner cover panel is connected to a rivet nut on the air conditioning unit 27, and the lower hollow sealing rubber strip 18 is pressure-sealed to the roof side rail.
As shown in fig. 20, both sides of the universal cover plate 2 are connected with the roof fixing blocks 31 in the roof side rail sliding grooves 28 through the hanging boxes 13, and the lower hollow sealing rubber strips 18 are sealed with the roof side rails under pressure.
As shown in fig. 21, the two sides of the universal cover plate 2 close to the adjacent cover plate are pressed on the universal camber beam 8, the duct camber beam 9 and the closed camber beam 11 through hollow sealing rubber strips 18.
