3. The chopstick-making apparatus for manufacturing and processing according to claim 2, wherein the cutting mechanism (5) comprises:
the mounting rack (51) is connected to one side, close to the first fixing rack (61), of the rack (1);
a second rack (56) slidably coupled to one side of the mounting bracket (51);
a first rack (53) connected to the first slider (63);
a first spring (57) connected between the second rack (56) and the mounting bracket (51);
the cutting machine (52) is connected to one side of the second rack (56) in a sliding mode, and the cutting machine (52) is hinged to the rack (1);
the first straight gear (54) is rotatably connected to the other side, close to the blanking frame (64), of the blanking frame (66), and the first straight gear (54) is meshed with the first rack (53);
and the second straight gear (55) is connected to one side of the first straight gear (54), and the second straight gear (55) is meshed with the second rack (56).
4. The chopstick manufacturing device for production and processing as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a feeding mechanism (7), wherein the feeding mechanism (7) comprises:
a motor (71) mounted on one side of the bracket (4);
at least two supporting blocks (72) are arranged and are connected to the other side of the bracket (4);
at least two first belt pulleys (73), wherein one first belt pulley (73) is rotatably connected to the supporting block (72), and the other first belt pulley (73) is connected to an output shaft of the motor (71);
a first flat belt (74) wound between the two first pulleys (73);
a third gear (75) connected to the first pulley (73) on one side;
the second sliding block (78) is at least provided with two blocks, and the two supporting blocks (72) are connected to one side of each supporting block (72) in a sliding manner;
a second spring (79) connected between the second slider (78) and the support block (72) on the adjacent side;
at least two rotating wheels (77) are arranged, wherein one rotating wheel (77) is rotatably connected between the two second sliding blocks (78), the other rotating wheel (77) is rotatably connected to the other side of the two supporting blocks (72), and the two rotating wheels (77) are mutually matched;
and a third spur gear (76) connected to the rotating gear (77) on one side thereof, and the missing gear (75) is intermittently meshed with the third spur gear (76).
5. The chopstick manufacturing equipment for production and processing as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a brushing mechanism (8), wherein the brushing mechanism (8) comprises:
at least two second fixing frames (81) are arranged and are connected to one side, close to the supporting block (72), of the bracket (4);
at least two gear rings (82) which are rotatably connected to the second fixing frame (81);
a plurality of scrapers (84) which are connected to the gear ring (82) on one side in a sliding manner;
a plurality of brushes (85) which are connected with the other gear ring (82) in a sliding way;
and a plurality of third springs (83) which are provided, wherein a plurality of third springs (83) are connected between the scraper (84) and the gear ring (82) on the adjacent side, and the other third springs (83) are connected between the hairbrush (85) and the gear ring (82) on the adjacent side.
6. The chopstick manufacturing device for production and processing as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a transmission mechanism (9), wherein the transmission mechanism (9) comprises:
at least two rotating rods (91) are arranged and are connected to one side of the bracket (4) close to the second fixing frame (81) in a rotating mode;
at least two bevel gears (94) which are respectively connected to one side of the two rotating rods (91), wherein the two bevel gears (94) are meshed with each other;
at least two fourth straight gears (95) are arranged and are connected to the rotating rod (91) on one side, and the fourth straight gear (95) on the adjacent side is meshed with the gear ring (82);
at least two second belt pulleys (92) are arranged and are respectively connected to the rotating rod (91) and the missing gear (75) on the other side;
and a second flat belt (93) wound between the two second pulleys (92).
7. The chopstick manufacturing device for production and processing as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a spraying mechanism, wherein the spraying mechanism comprises:
a water storage tank (101) which is arranged on one side of the rack (1) close to the bracket (4);
a water pump (102) connected between the water storage tank (101) and the stand (1);
the hose (103) is connected between the second fixing frame (81) and the support (4), and one side of the hose (103) is connected with a water outlet pipe of the water pump (102);
a nozzle (104) connected to the other side of the hose (103);
and the drainage tank (105) is connected to one side, close to the water storage tank (101), of the support (4).
