a first rack (92) connected to the extension rod of the cylinder (82);
a second rotating rod (94) which is rotatably connected to the fixed frame (81);
a one-way gear (95) connected to one end of the second rotating rod (94), the one-way gear (95) meshing with the first rack (92);
a fourth spur gear (96) connected to the other end of the second rotating rod (94);
the upper part of the fixed frame (81) is provided with a guide sliding groove (93), the second rack (97) is connected in the guide sliding groove (93) in a sliding manner, and the second rack (97) is meshed with the fourth straight gear (96);
a punching knife (98) connected to the bottom end of the second rack (97);
and the spring (99) is connected between the second rack (97) and the top of the fixed frame (81).
