Abstract
The invention discloses a chitosan and gelatin compounded adsorbent ball which comprises a chitosan and gelatin compounded adsorbent ball, wherein a food-grade activated carbon fiber membrane is wrapped outside the adsorbent ball, and a PP (polypropylene) non-woven fabric membrane is wrapped outside the food-grade activated carbon fiber membrane. The invention has the following advantages: can reduce the purine content in the soup of boiled food or liquid food, so that people can eat healthy and delicious food, and the risk of gout attack is reduced.

Background
People with gout cannot ingest too much high purine food. However, after the solid food is boiled in water at high temperature, most of purine in the solid food can be dissolved in the water. If purine dissolved in water is adsorbed, the concentration of purine is reduced, and purine with relatively high content in solid food can be continuously dissolved in water after being boiled, so that the aim of greatly reducing the concentration of purine in the solid food and soup thereof is fulfilled, and the solid food and the soup thereof which are delicious but originally contain purine with relatively high content can be more safely and properly eaten by gout patients. As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the food-grade activated carbon fiber film is an activated carbon fiber ACF.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the PP nonwoven fabric film is made of food grade polypropylene.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the invention can be directly put into liquid, if the solid food is provided, the invention can be boiled with solid food such as chafing dish raw material at high temperature, and the product can absorb purine in water from food in the boiling process.
2. The invention is put in stainless steel drain boxes with different shapes and convenient use, a chain of the drain box can be hooked to the edge of a pot when the water is boiled and stirred, and the chain can be directly lifted when the water needs to be taken out, so that the invention is convenient, rapid and sanitary. The invention is a disposable product, but the leakage box can be continuously used, the adsorbent in the adsorption bag can be recycled after desorption, and the invention also has multiple purposes of bacteriostasis, moisture absorption and moisture retention and the like in life.
The invention introduces the raw materials:
activated carbon fiber ACF: the active carbon ACF has a much higher adsorption capacity for substances in an aqueous solution than granular active carbon, and has an excellent adsorption capacity for microorganisms and bacteria. In addition, ACF has fast adsorption speed and fast desorption speed, and can be completely desorbed within 1 to 2 minutes generally. At a certain temperature and within a certain time, the ACF can be completely desorbed, which is beneficial to the reutilization of the product. Since the ACF has large adsorption capacity and high adsorption rate, the volume consumption of the ACF is only one third of that of the granular activated carbon under the condition of the same treatment capacity. The leakage of ACF is small, and the thickness of the adsorption layer is generally only one fifth of that of the granular activated carbon. Therefore, the flow resistance of the system is small, and the absorption of the inner layer chitosan cannot be greatly hindered.
And (3) chitosan: chitosan is a deacetylation product of chitin, a natural high molecular polymer extracted from the shell of crustacean, contains a large amount of hydroxyl and amino groups, and has good flocculation and adsorption effects.
Gelatin: gelatin is a mixture of high molecular polypeptide obtained by purifying and degrading animal skin and bone. Gelatin is one of natural renewable resources capable of replacing petroleum-based products, has wide sources and has excellent biodegradability and film-forming property. The chitosan is mixed with chitosan to prepare the pellets, so that the thermal stability and the biodegradability of the chitosan can be greatly improved, and the method is green and environment-friendly.
Food grade polypropylene: the PP non-woven fabric is made of the green environment-friendly material food-grade polypropylene, is stable in performance, non-toxic and free of peculiar smell, does not damage worms, does not contain water, is porous, can ensure that purine smoothly enters the adsorbent inside to be adsorbed, and can block the adsorbent from entering water.
