In this way, the operating frequency of the pump 1 can be selected for the physical properties of different types of drugs, and the operating frequency of the pump 1 can be accurately controlled by the controller 2 based on the data of the operating frequency of the operating member detected by the sensor 30; the conveying time of the pump 1 is effectively monitored through the conveying time data fed back by the detection device, so that when the conveying time reaches the target time, the controller 2 timely controls the pump 1 to stop conveying, the adding speed and the adding total amount of the medicament are accurately controlled, the quality of the prepared drilling fluid is improved, and the problem that the quality of the drilling fluid prepared by the preparation method in the prior art is poor is solved.

Claims (14)

1. A drilling fluid preparation apparatus, comprising:
a medicament extraction device having a pump (1), the pump (1) being adapted to be connected to a drilling fluid mixing device, the pump (1) having a working member which is movably arranged relative to a body portion of the pump (1) to drive a target medicament into the drilling fluid mixing device upon movement of the working member;
a controller (2), the controller (2) being in communicative connection with the medicament withdrawal device, the controller (2) being for controlling the action of the pump (1);
the detection device is arranged corresponding to the pump (1) so as to obtain the conveying time of the pump (1); the detection device is connected with the controller (2) so that the controller (2) controls the pump (1) to stop working when the conveying time reaches a target time;
a sensor (30), the sensor (30) being connected to the working member to detect a frequency of operation of the working member; the sensor (30) is connected with the controller (2) to feed back the detected action frequency of the working component to the controller (2), so that the controller (2) controls the working frequency of the pump (1) according to the action frequency.
2. Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the pump (1) is an air operated diaphragm pump; the medicament extraction device further comprises an adjustable pressure reducing valve (3), an inlet of the adjustable pressure reducing valve (3) is used for being connected with an external air source, and an outlet of the adjustable pressure reducing valve (3) is connected with an air supply port of the pneumatic diaphragm pump;
the controller (2) is in communication connection with the adjustable pressure reducing valve (3) so as to control air pressure at an outlet of the adjustable pressure reducing valve (3) through the controller (2).
3. The drilling fluid preparation apparatus of claim 2, wherein the sensor comprises a connecting rod connected to a diaphragm of the air operated diaphragm pump to move the connecting rod upon actuation of the diaphragm of the air operated diaphragm pump; the detection end of the sensor (30) is connected with the connecting rod to detect the action amplitude and the action frequency of the connecting rod, so that the deformation of a diaphragm of the pneumatic diaphragm pump and the working frequency of the pneumatic diaphragm pump are judged; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and a first valve (41) is arranged on a pipeline connected with an air supply port of the pneumatic diaphragm pump.
4. Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 2, characterized in that a filter (42) is fitted on the line connected to the gas supply port of the air operated diaphragm pump to filter the gas flowing into the air operated diaphragm pump; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and a pressure gauge (43) is arranged on a pipeline connected with the air supply port of the pneumatic diaphragm pump.
5. Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 2, characterized in that a medicament suction pipe (5) is connected to the inlet of the pump (1);
wherein the medicament suction tube (5) comprises a hose portion (51) and a hard tube portion (52), a first end of the hose portion (51) is connected with an inlet of the pump (1), and a second end of the hose portion (51) is connected with the hard tube portion (52); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the medicament suction pipe (5) is provided with a second valve (53).

Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 5, characterized in that a first and a second shunt pipe are connected to the outlet of the pump (1); the first shunt pipe is used for being communicated with the drilling fluid mixing device, and a third valve (61) is arranged on the first shunt pipe; the second shunt pipe is used for being communicated with the cleaning liquid storage device, and a fourth valve (62) is arranged on the second shunt pipe; wherein, the first shunt pipe is provided with a flowmeter (100).

The drilling fluid preparation device according to claim 6, wherein a cleaning fluid suction pipe is further connected to the inlet of the pump (1), and the cleaning fluid suction pipe is used for being connected with the cleaning fluid storage device, so that the pump (1) sucks cleaning fluid through the cleaning fluid suction pipe; wherein, a fifth valve (20) is arranged on the cleaning liquid suction pipe.

The drilling fluid preparation apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the drilling fluid preparation apparatus comprises a chemical recovery device (7), the chemical recovery device (7) having a chemical recovery tank, the chemical recovery device (7) being arranged below the chemical extraction device to recover the chemical leaked by the chemical extraction device through the chemical recovery tank.
9. Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 8, characterized in that the agent recovery device (7) comprises:
a drug recovery structure (71), wherein the drug recovery groove is arranged on the drug recovery structure (71);
a support structure (72), the support structure (72) being disposed on a side of the drug recovery structure (71) proximate to the drug recovery tank; a through hole is arranged on the supporting structure (72), and the through hole extends to the medicament recovery groove;
wherein the pump (1) is fixedly arranged on the support structure (72).
10. Drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 9, characterized in that the agent recovery device (7) comprises an agent discharge opening which communicates with the agent recovery tank for discharging the agent in the agent recovery tank through the agent discharge opening;
wherein at least a part of a bottom surface of the medicine recovery tank is disposed obliquely to a horizontal plane, and a minimum height of the medicine discharge port in a vertical direction is smaller than a maximum height of the bottom surface in the vertical direction; and/or a sixth valve (73) is arranged at the medicament discharge opening.

The drilling fluid preparation equipment according to claim 8, wherein the medicament extraction device is the medicament extraction device according to claim 5, a pipe support part (10) is arranged on the medicament recovery device (7), a jack is arranged on the pipe support part (10), the jack extends to the medicament recovery groove, and at least part of a medicament suction pipe (5) of the medicament extraction device is detachably inserted in the jack.
12. The drilling fluid preparation apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the agent extraction device is the agent extraction device of claim 6, and the agent extraction device is plural; drilling fluid preparation equipment includes medicament collecting pipe (8) and washing liquid collecting pipe (9), and is a plurality of medicament extraction device's first shunt canals all with medicament collecting pipe (8) are connected, and are a plurality of medicament extraction device's second shunt canals all with washing liquid collecting pipe (9) are connected.
13. The drilling fluid preparation apparatus of claim 12, wherein there are two of the medicament extraction devices; and a quick joint (11) is arranged at the end part of the medicament collecting pipe (8) and/or the end part of the cleaning solution collecting pipe (9).
14. The preparation method of the drilling fluid is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
establishing a mapping relationship between a plurality of target medicaments and a plurality of preset flow rates;
acquiring a preset flow corresponding to the target medicament to be delivered according to the mapping relation;
setting a predetermined conveying amount;
dividing the preset delivery quantity by the preset flow rate to obtain a target time length;
extracting the target medicament into the drilling fluid mixing device according to the preset flow, and recording the conveying time;
comparing the delivery duration to the target duration, and stopping delivery of the target medicament when the delivery duration reaches the target duration.
