Abstract
The invention provides a routing structure, comprising: the wire arranging device comprises a first structural member, a second structural member, a first wire arranging part, a second wire arranging part and at least one wire; the first structural member is provided with a first side surface, a second side surface and a first through hole; the second structural member has a third side surface, a fourth side surface and a second through hole, and the first structural member and the second structural member rotate correspondingly to each other; the first and second wire arranging parts are respectively provided with a first wire through hole and a second wire through hole for the wire to penetrate and extend into the first and second shells, so that the first and second structural members can protect the wire from bending and breaking when rotating correspondingly.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wire routing structure, and more particularly, to a wire routing structure capable of protecting wires passing through two structural members from bending and breaking when the two structural members rotate correspondingly.
Background
Many electronic devices are required to be installed with many electronic components, and the electronic components are mainly installed with circuit substrates for carrying, and along with the electronic devices changing from a single case to a plurality of cases, for example, the display screen integrated with the electronic components can be turned over or installed in a corresponding folding manner, so that the main circuit substrate and the display substrate are installed in each case independently, and finally, the main circuit substrate and the display substrate are electrically connected through wires or flexible circuit boards to transmit signals.
When the two housings are correspondingly rotated or folded, the wire or the flexible circuit board which is electrically connected with the circuit substrates in the two housings in series is greatly damaged and pulled, so that the wire or the flexible circuit board is broken or damaged, connection signals are interrupted, or a part of the wire or the flexible circuit board is reserved and is not suspended for fixing, the rest part of the wire or the flexible circuit board is arranged on the surfaces of the housings in a flat mode for fixing, the reserved part often generates a wrinkling phenomenon when the housings are bent or turned over, and the wire or the flexible circuit board is scraped or cut by the fact that burrs of the housings contact the wrinkled part.
Therefore, it is the first objective of those skilled in the art to provide a proper wire management path and structure to prevent the wires or the flexible printed circuit board from being damaged by the chassis.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a wiring structure for wiring a wire or a flexible printed circuit board on at least two structural members that are turned over or folded, so as to prevent burrs on the structural members from being cut or damaged.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a trace structure, comprising:
the first structural member is provided with a first side surface, a second side surface and a first through hole, and the first through hole penetrates through the first side surface and the second side surface;
the second structure part is provided with a third side surface, a fourth side surface and a second through hole, the second through hole penetrates through the third side surface and the fourth side surface, the second through hole corresponds to the first through hole, and the first structure part and the second structure part can rotate correspondingly to each other;
the first wire arranging part is provided with a first wire threading hole and is convexly arranged on the second side surface of the first structural member;
the second wire arranging part is provided with a second wire threading hole and is convexly arranged on the fourth side surface of the second structural part;
at least one wire rod penetrates through the first threading hole and the second threading hole and extends into the first structural member and the second structural member.
The routing structure, wherein: the first thread arranging part is vertically corresponding to the second thread arranging part, and the first thread hole and the second thread hole correspond to each other.
The routing structure, wherein: the first side surface of the first structural member and the third side surface of the second structural member correspond to each other, and the second side surface and the fourth side surface are open to the outside.
The routing structure, wherein: the first wire arranging part is formed by protruding from the first side surface of the first structural member to the second side surface in a stamping mode, and the second wire arranging part is formed by protruding from the third side surface of the second structural member to the fourth side surface in a stamping mode.
The routing structure, wherein: the first wire arranging portion is provided with a first end and a second end, the first threading hole is arranged between the first end and the second end, the first wire arranging portion is arranged on the second side face of the first structural member through the first end and the second end, the second wire arranging portion is provided with a third end and a fourth end, the second threading hole is arranged between the third end and the fourth end, and the second wire arranging portion is arranged on the fourth side face of the second structural member through the third end and the fourth end.
The routing structure, wherein: the first structural member and the second structural member are a display shell.
The routing structure, wherein: the first wire arranging part is arranged at a position close to the first perforation, and the second wire arranging part is arranged at a position close to the second perforation.
The first and second wire arranging parts are arranged on the first and second structural members which are correspondingly folded or turned, so that the wire can be prevented from being damaged by burrs on the first and second structural members, and the service life of the wire is prolonged.

The above objects, together with the structural and functional features thereof, are accomplished by the preferred embodiments according to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a three-dimensional exploded and assembled view of a first embodiment of a routing structure of the present invention is shown, wherein the routing structure of the present invention includes: a first structural member 11, a first wire arranging portion 111, a second structural member 12, a second wire arranging portion 121, and at least one wire 13;
the first structural member 11 has a first side surface 11a, a second side surface 11b and a first through hole 11c, the first and second side surfaces 11a, 11b are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the first structural member 11, and the first through hole 11c penetrates through the first and second side surfaces 11a, 11 b.
The second structural member 12 has a third side 12a, a fourth side 12b and a second through hole 12c, the third and fourth sides 12a, 12b are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the second structural member 12, the second through hole 12c penetrates the third and fourth sides 12a, 12b, the second through hole 12c and the first through hole 11c correspond to each other, the first and second structural members 11, 12 can rotate correspondingly to each other, the first and second structural members 11, 12 are display housings, and certainly not limited thereto, but also can be electronic device housings or handheld device housings that are actuated correspondingly.
The first thread arranging part 111 is provided with a first thread hole 111a, the first thread arranging part 111 is arranged on the second side surface 11b of the first structural member 11 in a protruding mode, the second thread arranging part 121 is provided with a second thread hole 121a, and the second thread arranging part 121 is arranged on the fourth side surface 12b of the second structural member 12 in a protruding mode; the first wire management parts 111 are formed by protruding from the first side surface 11a of the first structural member 11 to the second side surface 11b through stamping, the second wire management parts 121 are formed by protruding from the third side surface 12a of the second structural member 12 to the fourth side surface 12b through stamping, the first wire management parts 111 are disposed near the first through holes 11c, and the second wire management parts 121 are disposed near the second through holes 12 c.
The wires 13 extend through the first and second threading holes 11c and 12c and are disposed in the first and second structural members 11 and 12, and the wires 13 are common electrical wires or flexible circuit boards formed by printing.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, which are three-dimensional exploded and assembled diagrams of a second embodiment of the routing structure of the present invention, as shown in the drawings, the present embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described herein, but the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the first wire management portion 111 has a first end 1111 and a second end 1112, the first wire threading hole 111a is disposed between the first end 1111 and the second end 1112, the first wire management portion 111 is disposed on the second side 11b of the first structural member 11 through the first end 1111 and the second end 1112, the second wire management portion 121 has a third end 1211 and a fourth end 1212, the second wire threading hole 121a is disposed between the third end 1211 and the fourth end 1212, and the second wire management portion 121 is disposed on the fourth side 12b of the second structural member 12 through the third end 1211 and the fourth end 1212, that is the first wire management portion 111, the second wire management portion 111 of the present embodiment, the second structural member 12, 121 are separate units and may be joined to the first and second structural members by welding, gluing, riveting, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, which are schematic views of the routing structure of the present invention and referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention mainly aims to limit and protect the wire 13 by arranging wire management parts (first and second wire management parts 111 and 121) used for wire management in the first and second structural members 11 and 12 that are actuated correspondingly (rotate vertically to be horizontal).
When the first and second structural members 11, 12 rotate correspondingly (the first structural member 11 is turned to the horizontal direction vertically relative to the second structural member 12), the first and second structural members 11, 12 are provided with first and second through holes 11c, 12c for the wire to pass through, one end of the wire 13 is inserted through the first threading hole 111a of the first threading portion 111 of the first structural member 11, the other end is inserted through the second threading hole 121a of the second threading portion 121 of the second structural member 12, and the aperture sizes of the first and second threading holes 111a, 121a are larger than the width or the outer diameter of the wire 13, so that the wire 13 can shift and move in the first and second threading holes 111a, 121a when the first and second structural members 11, 12 rotate correspondingly, and the first and second threading holes 111a, 121a are arranged to further protect the surface of the wire 13 from metal burrs, the first and second wire arranging parts 111 and 121 limit and protect the wire 13, so as to prevent the wire 13 from being excessively pulled to break or fracture when the first and second structural members 11 and 12 rotate.
Claims (7)
1. A trace structure, comprising:
the first structural member is provided with a first side surface, a second side surface and a first through hole, and the first through hole penetrates through the first side surface and the second side surface;
the second structure part is provided with a third side surface, a fourth side surface and a second through hole, the second through hole penetrates through the third side surface and the fourth side surface, the second through hole corresponds to the first through hole, and the first structure part and the second structure part can rotate correspondingly to each other;
the first wire arranging part is provided with a first wire threading hole and is convexly arranged on the second side surface of the first structural member;
the second wire arranging part is provided with a second wire threading hole and is convexly arranged on the fourth side surface of the second structural part;
at least one wire rod penetrates through the first threading hole and the second threading hole and extends into the first structural member and the second structural member.
2. The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first thread arranging part is vertically corresponding to the second thread arranging part, and the first thread hole and the second thread hole correspond to each other.
3. The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first side surface of the first structural member and the third side surface of the second structural member correspond to each other, and the second side surface and the fourth side surface are open to the outside.

The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first wire arranging part is formed by protruding from the first side surface of the first structural member to the second side surface in a stamping mode, and the second wire arranging part is formed by protruding from the third side surface of the second structural member to the fourth side surface in a stamping mode.

The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first wire arranging portion is provided with a first end and a second end, the first threading hole is arranged between the first end and the second end, the first wire arranging portion is arranged on the second side face of the first structural member through the first end and the second end, the second wire arranging portion is provided with a third end and a fourth end, the second threading hole is arranged between the third end and the fourth end, and the second wire arranging portion is arranged on the fourth side face of the second structural member through the third end and the fourth end.
6. The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first structural member and the second structural member are a display shell.
7. The trace structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first wire arranging part is arranged at a position close to the first perforation, and the second wire arranging part is arranged at a position close to the second perforation.
