Abstract

本发明提供的一种紧凑型铠装电缆包括:四根所述电力线芯单元相互围绕紧贴在一起,其外还包括由内及外依次设置的一定型缓冲骨架、一硅胶绝缘层、一外屏蔽层、一阻燃层、一铠装层以及一第一外护套,所述定型缓冲骨架呈链轮状,其一内环部与四根所述电力线芯单元相切,其中,四根所述电力线芯单元中的所述异型绞合导体包括设置在中心的一根圆截面单芯和绞合在所述圆截面单芯周向的预定层数的绞合层,且相邻绞合层绞线方向相反,所述绞合层是由预定数量的横截面为瓦形的异型导体绞合形成,消除了现有技术中圆形导体之间存在的大间隙,相同截面下该异型绞合导体的外径更小,进而使整根电缆的外径减少,内部的缆布局合理,更紧凑。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种紧凑型铠装电缆。
背景技术
电缆作为电能或信息传递的桥梁,其重要性不言而喻,目前我们在海洋建设、铁路、城市建设以及地铁建设中,电缆的使用是必不可少,不同的环境对电缆的要求也不一样,但是目前的电缆内部设计不够紧密,在剪开电缆后,设置在电缆内部的线芯松散,线缆与外护套之间的间隙大,排列错乱,同时各个线芯内部的导体都是由预定数量的圆形单导体绞合而成,圆形单导体绞合的线芯外圆不够圆整,光滑,且圆形单导体之间形成的大间隙无法填充,导致整个线芯的外径相对较大,且用从而使得整个电缆的尺寸大,敷设时占用的空间大。
发明内容
鉴于上述情况,本发明提供了一种紧凑型铠装电缆,消除线芯之间的间隙,相同截面下线芯的外径更小,且各线芯之间布局合理,定型设计,使整根电缆更紧凑。
为达此目的,本发明提供了一种紧凑型铠装电缆包括:四根电力线芯单元,四根所述电力线芯单元由内及外均包括:一异型绞合导体,一第一内屏蔽层以及一第一内护套,所述异型绞合导体包括设置在中心的一根圆截面单芯和绞合在所述圆截面单芯周向的预定层数的绞合层,且相邻绞合层绞线方向相反,所述绞合层是由预定数量的横截面为瓦形的异型导体绞合形成;四根所述电力线芯单元相互围绕紧贴在一起,四根所述电力线芯单元外还包括由内及外依次设置的一定型缓冲骨架、一硅胶绝缘层、一外屏蔽层、一阻燃层、一铠装层以及一第一外护套,所述定型缓冲骨架呈链轮状,其具有一内环部和相对的一外环部,所述内环部与四根所述电力线芯单元相切,所述外环部沿所述定型缓冲骨架的周向凸起有预定数量的凸齿,该些凸齿与所述硅胶绝缘层适配。
优选的,所述绞合层设置有2-5层。
优选的,所述电力线芯单元还包括:一包带层和一防腐层,所述包带层设置在所述异型绞合导体和所述第一内屏蔽层之间,所述防腐层设置在所述绝缘层外。
优选的,所述硅胶绝缘层与所述凸齿适配的内环面为一波形面,所述波形面包括一波峰和一波谷,所述波谷与所述凸齿适配,所述波峰与相邻两所述凸齿之间形成一缓冲间隙,提高抗压和冲击性能。
优选的,所述凸齿上设有一缓冲腔室,所述缓冲腔室为一圆形腔室或一椭圆形腔室,提高抗压和冲击性能。
优选的,所述定型缓冲骨架是氯丁橡胶支撑的骨架。
优选的,所述内环与四根所述电力线芯单元之间形成的间隙处填充有一填充层,相邻两所述电力线芯单元与所述内环之间设有一抗拉绳,提高抗拉伸性能。
优选的,四根所述电力线芯单元围绕的中心还设有一信号控制线芯,所述信号控制线芯包括一对通信线芯,该对通信线芯外依次包覆有一第二内屏蔽层和一第二外护套,所述第二内屏蔽层与该对通信线芯之间填充有PP绳。
优选的,所述阻燃层为低烟无卤阻燃层,减少燃烧时有毒气体的产生,更环保。
优选的,所述铠装层是由预定数量的钢带绞合在所述阻燃层的外圆面形成,保护电缆,同时提高抗弯性能。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种紧凑型铠装电缆,包括四根所述电力线芯单元相互围绕紧贴在一起,所述定型缓冲骨架呈链轮状,其具有一内环部和相对的一外环部,所述内环部与四根所述电力线芯单元相切,具有缓冲定型的作用,同时使四根所述电力线芯单元排列更紧凑;其中,四根所述电力线芯单元由内及外均包括:一异型绞合导体,所述异型绞合导体包括设置在中心的一根圆截面单芯和绞合在所述圆截面单芯周向的预定层数的绞合层,且相邻绞合层绞线方向相反,所述绞合层是由预定数量的横截面为瓦形的异型导体绞合形成,消除了现有技术中圆形导体之间存在的大间隙,相同截面下该异型绞合导体的外径更小,进而使整根电缆的外径减少,内部的缆布局合理,更紧凑。

实施例
参阅附图1,本实施例提供的一种紧凑型铠装电缆包括四根电力线芯单元8,包括:四根所述电力线芯单元8相互围绕紧贴在一起,四根所述电力线芯单元8围绕的中心还设有一信号控制线芯9,四根所述电力线芯单元8外还包括由内及外依次设置的一定型缓冲骨架6、一硅胶绝缘层5、一外屏蔽层4、一阻燃层3、一铠装层2以及一第一外护套1,所述定型缓冲骨架6呈链轮状,其具有一内环部和相对的一外环部,所述内环部与四根所述电力线芯单元8相切,所述外环部沿所述定型缓冲骨架6的周向凸起有预定数量的凸齿6b,该些凸齿6b与所述硅胶绝缘层5适配,所述内环与四根所述电力线芯单元8之间形成的间隙处填充有一填充层10,相邻两所述电力线芯单元8与所述内环之间设有一抗拉绳11。
其中,所述定型缓冲骨架6是氯丁橡胶支撑的骨架,所述凸齿6b上设有一缓冲腔室6a,所述缓冲腔室6a为一圆形腔室或一椭圆形腔室;所述硅胶绝缘层5与所述凸齿6b适配的内环面为一波形面,所述波形面包括一波峰5a和一波谷5b,所述波谷5b与所述凸齿6b适配,所述波峰5a与相邻两所述凸齿6b之间形成一缓冲间隙7。
再结合图3,以下对四根所述电力线芯单元8择一描述,所述电力线芯单元8由内及外依次包括:一异型绞合导体84、一包带层83、一第一内屏蔽层82、一第一内护套81以及一防腐层80,其中,所述异型绞合导体84包括设置在中心的一根圆截面单芯84a和绞合在所述圆截面单芯84a周向的2-5层的绞合层,且相邻绞合层绞线方向相反,所述绞合层是由预定数量的横截面为瓦形的异型导体84b绞合形成,该些异型导体84b均导有圆角,所述异型绞合导体84外圆面圆整,光滑,所述包带层83包覆在所述异型绞合导体84的外圆面上,所述第一内屏蔽层82为铜丝编织的屏蔽套,其包覆在所述包带层83外,所述第一内护套81挤包在所述第一内屏蔽层82外,所述防腐层80设置在所述第一内部套外,在本实施例所述绞合层设计为3层。
在结合到图2,所述信号控制线芯9包括一对通信线芯93,该对通信线芯93外依次包覆有一第二内屏蔽层91和一第二外护套90,所述第二内屏蔽层91与该对通信线芯93之间填充有PP绳92,该对通信线芯93由内及外依次包裹有铜丝绞合的一通信导体932、一第三内屏蔽层931、一第二内护套930。
进一步的,所述阻燃层3为低烟无卤阻燃层3,减少燃烧时有毒气体的产生,更环保。
进一步的,所述铠装层2是由预定数量的钢带绞合在所述阻燃层3的外圆面形成,保护电缆,同时提高抗弯性能。
进一步的,所述第一外护套1为聚氯乙烯护套。
进一步的,所述提填充层10为防火泥填充层10。

1.一种紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,包括:四根电力线芯单元,四根所述电力线芯单元由内及外均包括:一异型绞合导体,一第一内屏蔽层以及一第一内护套,所述异型绞合导体包括设置在中心的一根圆截面单芯和绞合在所述圆截面单芯周向的预定层数的绞合层,且相邻绞合层绞线方向相反,所述绞合层是由预定数量的横截面为瓦形的异型导体绞合形成;四根所述电力线芯单元相互围绕紧贴在一起,四根所述电力线芯单元外还包括由内及外依次设置的一定型缓冲骨架、一硅胶绝缘层、一外屏蔽层、一阻燃层、一铠装层以及一第一外护套,所述定型缓冲骨架呈链轮状,其具有一内环部和相对的一外环部,所述内环部与四根所述电力线芯单元相切,所述外环部沿所述定型缓冲骨架的周向凸起有预定数量的凸齿,该些凸齿与所述硅胶绝缘层适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述绞合层设置有2-5层。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述电力线芯单元还包括:一包带层和一防腐层,所述包带层设置在所述异型绞合导体和所述第一内屏蔽层之间,所述防腐层设置在所述绝缘层外。
4.根据权利要求3所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述硅胶绝缘层与所述凸齿适配的内环面为一波形面,所述波形面包括一波峰和一波谷,所述波谷与所述凸齿适配,所述波峰与相邻两所述凸齿之间形成一缓冲间隙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述凸齿上设有一缓冲腔室,所述缓冲腔室为一圆形腔室或一椭圆形腔室。
6.根据权利要求5所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述定型缓冲骨架是氯丁橡胶支撑的骨架。
7.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述内环与四根所述电力线芯单元之间形成的间隙处填充有一填充层,相邻两所述电力线芯单元与所述内环之间设有一抗拉绳。
8.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,四根所述电力线芯单元围绕的中心还设有一信号控制线芯,所述信号控制线芯包括一对通信线芯,该对通信线芯外依次包覆有一第二内屏蔽层和一第二外护套,所述第二内屏蔽层与该对通信线芯之间填充有PP绳。
9.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述阻燃层为低烟无卤阻燃层。
10.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型铠装电缆,其特征在于,所述铠装层是由预定数量的钢带绞合在所述阻燃层的外圆面形成。
