Claims (8)

1. A method for managing access to vehicles in a cell, comprising:
acquiring license plate information of a vehicle to enter a cell;
judging whether a vehicle to enter a cell is an owner vehicle or not based on license plate information of the vehicle and preset authorized vehicle information;
if the vehicle is the owner vehicle, controlling the vehicle access management system to release the corresponding vehicle;
otherwise, the voice reminds the visitors driving non-owner vehicles to speak the owners visited and the specific positions of the corresponding owners in the property of the community, wherein the specific positions of the property of the community comprise specific buildings, floors and unit numbers;
identifying and acquiring voice information of the visitors driving non-owner vehicles, and comparing the voice information of the visitors driving non-owner vehicles with preset correct voice information of owners and specific positions of corresponding owners in property of the residential quarter;
if the comparison is consistent, controlling the vehicle access management system to release the corresponding vehicle;
if the comparison is not consistent, the photo information of the visitors driving the non-owner vehicle and the license plate number information of the corresponding vehicle are obtained and sent to the terminal of the owner mentioned by the visitors driving the non-owner vehicle for confirmation, and if the comparison is consistent, the vehicle access management system is controlled to release the corresponding vehicle.

The method for managing entrance and exit of vehicles in a community as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the vehicle to enter the community is an owner vehicle based on the license plate information of the vehicle and the preset authorized vehicle information comprises: and inquiring whether the currently acquired license plate number is the license plate number of the authorized vehicle or not by taking the currently acquired license plate number as an inquiry object from a preset first database in which the license plate number of the authorized vehicle is stored.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises: the steps of obtaining the preset correct owner and the voice information of the corresponding owner at the specific position of the property of the community are as follows;
acquiring name information of an owner;
acquiring the property of the corresponding owner in the cell by taking the name information of the owner as a query object from a preset second database in which the name information of the owner and the position of the property of the corresponding owner in the cell are stored;
if the name of the owner is three characters, matching the name of the owner with the specific building, floor and unit number one by one from the surname to the name, acquiring the stroke number of the three characters of the name of the owner one by one and reordering at least from front to back according to the stroke number, thereby changing the arrangement sequence of the specific building, floor and unit number and forming preset correct voice information;
if the name of the owner is two characters or more than three characters, the sum of the number of strokes of the name of the owner is obtained, if the number of strokes of the name of the owner is an even number, the name of the owner is sorted from front to back into a specific building, a specific floor and a specific unit number, and if the number of strokes of the name of the owner is an odd number, the name of the owner is sorted from front to back into the specific building, the specific unit number and the specific floor to form preset correct voice information.

The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises: the steps of obtaining the photo information of the visitor driving the non-owner vehicle and the license plate number information of the corresponding vehicle, and sending the photo information and the license plate number information to the terminal of the owner mentioned by the visitor driving the non-owner vehicle for confirmation are as follows:
acquiring a contact way of an owner by taking the owner mentioned by an accessor driving a non-owner vehicle as an inquiry object from a preset third database storing the owner and the contact way of the corresponding owner;
and sending the photo information of the visitors driving the non-owner vehicle and the license plate number information of the corresponding vehicle to the owner holding terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of, after the vehicle access management system releases the non-owner vehicle:
the voice reminds the visitors driving non-owner vehicles to speak the mobile phone numbers;
identifying and acquiring the mobile phone number information of the visiting personnel of the non-owner vehicle;
and constructing a guide map for guiding the non-owner vehicle to run to the position nearest to the passenger elevator in the garage of the community, wherein the guide map is used for reserving the position of the parking space of the outsider and transmitting the guide map to the mobile phone of the visitor of the non-owner vehicle.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: the construction steps of the guide map for guiding the non-owner vehicle to travel to the position of the nearest neighborhood garage entering the elevator, wherein the position of the reserved parking space of the outsider, are as follows:
acquiring the condition of a reserved parking space for outsiders in a current community garage, the position of a passenger elevator in the community garage and the position of an entrance of a current vehicle entering the garage;
and planning all routes from the starting point to the terminal point by taking the entrance position of the current vehicle driving into the garage as the starting point and the passenger elevator position in the cell garage as the terminal point, and selecting a route map which is reserved with parking spaces for outsiders and is closest to the passenger elevator position in the cell garage through the current cell garage as a guide map for informing visitors of non-owner vehicles.
7. A system for cell vehicle access management, comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program being capable of being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the method for cell vehicle access management according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer storage medium, characterized in that: comprising a program that can be loaded and executed by a processor for implementing a method for cell vehicle access management according to any of claims 1 to 6.
