1. A method of extraneous vehicle management, the method comprising:
acquiring the license plate information of vehicles to enter a community;
the vehicle information includes:
vehicle appearance information, driver face image information and access target information;
the vehicle appearance information includes:
whole vehicle appearance scanning information and vehicle size information;
judging whether the vehicles to enter the cell are foreign vehicles according to the license plate information, and automatically collecting the vehicle information of the vehicles to enter the cell when the vehicles to enter the cell are judged to be foreign vehicles;
responding to a vehicle information acquisition completion trigger signal, distributing a target parking space for the vehicle to enter the cell according to the acquired vehicle information, and issuing an unlocking beacon according to the target parking space;
the allocating target parking spaces for the vehicles to enter the community according to the vehicle information comprises the following steps:
determining the target position of an access target according to the access target information;
searching the vacant foreign vehicle parking spaces closest to the target position in a vacant foreign vehicle parking space library and taking the vacant foreign vehicle parking spaces as target parking spaces; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the method for distributing the target parking space for the vehicles to enter the community according to the vehicle information further comprises the following steps:
acquiring parking information of adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space;
if the vehicles are not parked in the adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the community;
if other vehicles are parked in the adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space, updating the target parking space according to a preset rule, comprising the following steps:
comparing the size of the vehicle to enter the cell with the size of the target parking space, and if the size of the vehicle to enter the cell is smaller than the size of the target parking space, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the cell;
if the size of the vehicle to enter the community is larger than the size of the target parking space, acquiring the size information of other vehicles parked in adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space;
if the size of the other vehicle parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space is smaller than the size of the parking space parked in the adjacent parking space and the difference value between the two is larger than a preset difference value threshold value, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the community, if the size of the other vehicle parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space is smaller than the size of the parking space parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space but the difference value between the two is smaller than the preset difference value threshold value, removing the target parking space from the vacant foreign vehicle parking space library, and reselecting the target parking space from the vacant foreign vehicle parking space library without the target parking space as the updated target parking space;
and guiding the vehicles to enter the community to park based on the target parking space, and unlocking the ground lock of the target parking space according to the unlocking beacon before parking.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the vehicle entering the cell is a foreign vehicle according to the license plate information comprises:
taking the license plate information as a retrieval condition, and retrieving in a preset owner license plate library;
if the license plate matched with the license plate information exists in the preset owner license plate library, judging that the vehicle to enter the community is an owner vehicle;
and if the license plate matched with the license plate information does not exist in the preset owner license plate library, judging that the vehicle to enter the community is a foreign vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a departure trigger signal of the foreign vehicle, and acquiring departure vehicle information of the foreign vehicle: wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the vehicle information collection comprises vehicle appearance information collection and driver face image information collection;
vehicle information collected when the external vehicle enters a cell and vehicle information collected when the external vehicle leaves the cell;
if the information of the two is not matched, alarm information is output.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
responding to a departure trigger signal of an external vehicle, and recovering an unlocking beacon issued by the external vehicle;
and based on the unlocking beacon recovery completion trigger signal and a trigger signal that the departure vehicle information of the external vehicle is successfully matched with the vehicle information acquired when the external vehicle enters the cell, the external vehicle is released.
5. A foreign vehicle management system, the system comprising:
the system comprises a collecting unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit, wherein the collecting unit is used for obtaining vehicle license plate information of vehicles to enter a community;
the vehicle information includes:
vehicle appearance information, driver face image information and access target information;
the vehicle appearance information includes:
whole vehicle appearance scanning information and vehicle size information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the vehicles to enter the cell are foreign vehicles or not according to the license plate information;
the acquisition unit is also used for automatically acquiring the vehicle information of the to-be-entered cell vehicle when the judgment unit judges that the to-be-entered cell vehicle is a foreign vehicle;
the processing unit is used for responding to a vehicle information acquisition completion trigger signal, distributing a target parking space for the vehicle to enter the community according to the acquired vehicle information, and issuing an unlocking beacon according to the target parking space;
the step of allocating the target parking space for the vehicle to enter the cell according to the vehicle information comprises the following steps:
determining the target position of the access target according to the access target information;
searching the vacant foreign vehicle parking spaces closest to the target position in a vacant foreign vehicle parking space library and taking the vacant foreign vehicle parking spaces as target parking spaces; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the distributing the target parking space for the vehicle to enter the community according to the vehicle information further comprises:
acquiring parking information of parking spaces adjacent to the target parking space;
if the vehicles are not parked in the adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the community;
if other vehicles are parked in the adjacent parking spaces of the target parking space, updating the target parking space according to a preset rule, comprising the following steps:
comparing the size of the vehicle to enter the cell with the size of the target parking space, and if the size of the vehicle to enter the cell is smaller than the size of the target parking space, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the cell;
if the size of the vehicle to enter the community is larger than the size of the target parking space, acquiring the size information of other vehicles parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space;
if the size of the other vehicle parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space is smaller than the size of the parking space parked in the adjacent parking space and the difference value between the two is larger than a preset difference value threshold value, keeping the target parking space as the target parking space of the vehicle to enter the community, if the size of the other vehicle parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space is smaller than the size of the parking space parked in the adjacent parking space of the target parking space but the difference value between the two is smaller than the preset difference value threshold value, removing the target parking space from the vacant foreign vehicle parking space library, and reselecting the target parking space from the vacant foreign vehicle parking space library without the target parking space as the updated target parking space;
and the guiding unit is used for guiding the vehicles to enter the community to park based on the target parking space and unlocking the ground lock of the target parking space according to the unlocking beacon before parking.
6. A computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the foreign vehicle management method of any of claims 1-4.
