Specifically, the method comprises the following operations:
1. the vehicle identification and recognition device sends a vehicle passing request to a vehicle passing management server when a target vehicle is recognized, and the vehicle passing management server determines the parking cost of the target vehicle according to the vehicle passing request.

5. The cloud server can synchronize data with the field server in real time or in a time-sharing manner or after network connection of the system is disconnected and recovered, and can push payment success information, a bill for payment, an electronic invoice and other certificates to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to a preset protocol.

In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle passing request is used for indicating that the target vehicle needs to leave the target area. Alternatively, the target area may be an indoor or outdoor vehicle parking area, may be a parking management area of a passenger vehicle, or a parking management area of a self-driving vehicle. The embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to execute some or all of the steps of the digital money payment-based vehicle traffic management method described in the first or second embodiment.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle passing management system based on digital currency payment, which comprises a vehicle passing management device and a digital currency collection device, wherein the vehicle passing management device is used for executing part or all of the steps in the vehicle passing management method based on digital currency payment described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and the digital currency collection device is used for executing part or all of the steps executed by the digital currency collection device in the vehicle passing management method based on digital currency payment described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Claims (9)

1. A vehicle traffic management method based on digital money payment, the method comprising:
detecting a vehicle passing request of a target vehicle from a target area, and determining parking cost information of the target vehicle according to the vehicle passing request; the vehicle pass request is used for indicating that the target vehicle needs to leave the target area;
paying the parking fee information using digital money;
detecting successful payment information, and determining that the passing state of the target vehicle is an allowed passing state when the successful payment information is detected; the payment success information is used for indicating that the parking fee information is successfully paid by using digital currency; the allowed pass state is used for indicating the vehicle pass management equipment of the target area to pass the target vehicle;
The payment of the parking fee information using digital money includes:
generating digital payment information according to the parking fee information;
the digital currency server or the digital currency collection device sends the digital payment information to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle;
receiving digital currency paid by a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the digital payment information by the digital currency collection device;
wherein the digital money server or the digital money collecting device sends the digital payment information to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle, including:
the digital currency server sends the digital payment information to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle through a network; or the digital money collecting device sends the digital payment information to the user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle through communication connection.

The digital money payment-based vehicle passing management method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle passing request includes a combination of one or more of a vehicle passing request time, vehicle identification information of the target vehicle, vehicle parameter information of the target vehicle, and/or the digital payment information includes a combination of one or more of a parking fee price, a digital money payment address, and a digital money type corresponding to the parking fee information.
3. The digital money payment-based vehicle passing management method according to claim 2, wherein the determining parking fee information of the target vehicle according to the vehicle passing request includes:
determining the time of entering the area corresponding to the target vehicle;
determining the departure time of the target vehicle according to the vehicle passing request time of the vehicle passing request;
determining the parking time of the target vehicle according to the entering time corresponding to the target vehicle and the exiting time corresponding to the target vehicle;
and calculating parking cost information of the target vehicle according to the parking time of the target vehicle and a preset parking time-cost relationship.

The digital money payment-based vehicle passing management method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving, by a digital money collecting device, digital money paid by a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the payment information, and detecting payment completion information from the user terminal, comprises:
establishing a communication connection by the digital money collecting device through a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle by using a short-distance communication technology so as to receive digital money paid by the user terminal according to the payment information and detect payment completion information from the user terminal; the short-range communication technology comprises one or a combination of a plurality of Bluetooth technology, WIFI technology, infrared data transmission technology, zigBee technology, ultra-wideband communication technology, NFC technology, wiMedia technology, GPS technology and DECT technology;
Or, the digital currency collection device receives the payment completion information transmitted by the digital currency server through the network by the user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
5. The digital money payment-based vehicle passage management method according to claim 1, wherein after the determination that the passage state of the target vehicle is the permitted passage state, the method further comprises:
and sending a vehicle passing command to the vehicle passing management equipment of the target area so as to trigger the vehicle passing management equipment to pass the target vehicle.
6. A digital money payment-based vehicle traffic management method according to claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
performing association operation on the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle and one or more of the parking time, the parking fee information, the digital payment information and the payment success information, and storing information obtained by association;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
sending payment completion data to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle; the payment completion data comprises the payment success information and/or credential data corresponding to the payment success information.
7. A digital money payment-based vehicle traffic management device, the device comprising:

the digital currency server or the digital currency collection device sends the digital payment information to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle;
Receiving digital currency paid by a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle according to the digital payment information by the digital currency collection device;
