In an embodiment, when the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information is the balance mode and the pricing mode of the first transaction information is the dispatch pricing mode, the clearing module 133 may count the second transaction information of the merchant terminal and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information, respectively, and when the counted second transaction data of the second transaction information meets a first preset transaction condition, perform accounting clearing on the counted second transaction data and the counted first transaction data in the first transaction information.
It should be noted that, the first preset transaction condition is: and counting that the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reaches a preset first transaction amount or counting that the transaction times of the second transaction data of the merchant terminal reach a first time threshold.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is the balance mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is the dispatch price mode, the second transaction information in the second reconciliation task table of the merchant terminal is counted, when the second transaction information meets the first preset transaction condition, the first transaction information corresponding to the first reconciliation task table and the second transaction information is counted, and the counted transaction information in the second reconciliation task table and the transaction information in the first reconciliation task table are subjected to reconciliation clearing, so that the effect of batch reconciliation clearing is achieved.

It should be noted that, the second preset transaction condition is: the counted first transaction data reaches a preset second transaction amount, or the counted transaction times of the first transaction data reach a second time threshold.
Specifically, when the clearing mode of the second transaction information is the balance mode and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information is the use price mode, the use state of each first transaction information is monitored, the first transaction information in the use state in the first reconciliation task table is counted, meanwhile, the second transaction information corresponding to the first transaction information in the use state in the second reconciliation task table is counted, and when the counted first transaction information meets the second preset transaction condition, the counted transaction information in the first reconciliation task table and the counted transaction information in the second reconciliation task table are subjected to reconciliation, so that the effect of batch reconciliation clearing is achieved.
According to the reconciliation clearing device 1 in the embodiment, the first collecting unit 11 collects the first transaction information of the user terminal, and the clearing unit 13 is adopted to carry out reconciliation clearing on the corresponding second transaction information and the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information according to the difference of clearing modes of the second transaction information of the merchant terminal collected by the second collecting unit 12, so that the aim of automatically carrying out reconciliation clearing on various merchant terminals based on different clearing modes is fulfilled, clearing efficiency is improved, and application range is wider. The invention realizes unified system management and control by standardizing and standardizing the transaction flow of the equity products, improves the clearing efficiency, shortens the reconciliation flow, reduces the labor cost and is convenient for data tracking.

The network interface 22 may comprise a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, which network interface 22 is typically used to establish a communication connection between the computer device 2 and other computer devices 2. For example, the network interface 22 is used to connect the computer device 2 to an external terminal through a network, establish a data transmission channel and a communication connection between the computer device 2 and the external terminal, and the like. In the present embodiment, the reconciliation clearing device 1 stored in the memory 21 may also be divided into one or more program modules, which are stored in the memory 21 and executed by one or more processors (the processor 23 in the present embodiment) to complete the present invention.

1. A method of reconciliation clearing comprising:
collecting first transaction information of a user terminal, and recording the first transaction information;
collecting second transaction information associated with a clearing mode of a merchant terminal, and recording the second transaction information;
Identifying a mode identifier in the second transaction information, and selecting a corresponding clearing mode according to the mode identifier; identifying a pricing identifier in the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information, and selecting a corresponding pricing model according to the pricing identifier; checking and clearing second transaction data and first transaction data based on the clearing mode corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing mode of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information; wherein the first transaction information includes: a pricing identification corresponding to a pricing model and the first transaction data, the second transaction information comprising: a mode identification corresponding to the clearing mode and the second transaction data; the pricing model includes: dispatch pricing model and usage pricing model; the dispatching pricing model is that the merchant terminal dispatches the equity product to the user terminal, namely the transaction occurs at the user terminal; the use price mode distributes rights and interests items to the user terminal for the merchant terminal, and the user terminal generates transaction information when using the rights and interests products; the clearing mode includes: real-time mode, pay-as-you-pay mode and pay-as-you-pay mode; the real-time mode is real-time clearing, and if the merchant terminal sends the second transaction information, clearing is performed in real time; the collection and payment mode is that the middle platform receives the rights and interests products provided by the merchant terminal instead, and the middle platform pays the corresponding rights and interests products to the user terminal; the balance mode is to count the second transaction information generated by the merchant terminal/the first transaction information generated by the user terminal, and the second transaction information is performed when the preset transaction condition is reached.

The reconciliation clearing method of claim 1, wherein the reconciling second transaction data and first transaction data based on the clearing pattern corresponding to the second transaction information and the pricing pattern of the first transaction information corresponding to the second transaction information comprises:
