Background

In the aspect of business processing, repeated switching, manual statistics and transmission of business data between different business systems are required. The existing technology needs manual formulation in the aspect of plan customization, and is inaccurate and tedious.
The railway locomotive service section comprehensive data intelligent control platform collects data of all service systems according to needs, freely customizes service processing logic, summarizes locomotive information, overhaul categories, accessory information, tooling equipment information, artificial information, transport safety information and other data, and then cooperates with an algorithm to realize intelligent data control, so that the problems that plans need to be manually formulated, and are inaccurate, complicated and the like are solved.

the data acquisition module is used for acquiring or inputting relevant data in the locomotive overhaul process, and the relevant data comprises locomotive information, overhaul categories, accessory information, tooling equipment information, manual information and transport safety information; the locomotive information comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle number, a traveling kilometer, a repair range, an attachment and state information; the overhaul categories comprise locomotive servicing, minor repair, temporary repair and intermediate repair; the accessory information comprises accessory models, specifications, quantity, positions, certificates, historical equipment repair records and accessory turnover records; the tool equipment information comprises tool equipment measurement data, maintenance related station states and scheduling information; the manual information relates to organization information, historical overhaul efficiency, standard tasks, manual work hours, work flows and disposable personnel; the operation and safety information comprises locomotive domination state and scheduling information;
the basic database acquires information acquired or input by the data acquisition module, and meanwhile, standard maintenance file information of a locomotive service section, locomotive maintenance schedule maintenance, standard file information, accessory quantitative information, accessory storage information and accessory validity period information are stored in the basic database;
the intelligent management and control platform intelligently manages and controls according to data of the basic database and automatically makes a maintenance plan, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
1) acquiring basic information of a target locomotive from a basic database, wherein the basic information at least comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle number, a traveling kilometer, a repair journey, an assignment, state information and repair categories of the locomotive in near repair journeys to form a basic data set of the target locomotive;
2) according to the obtained basic data set of the target locomotive, performing quality state evaluation on the target locomotive, and screening out the locomotive to be repaired from the target locomotive according to a quality state evaluation result;
and performing data analysis through data such as the running kilometers of the locomotive, the service lives of key accessories, the service range reaching the repair, the service lives of the accessories and the like, and evaluating the quality of the attached locomotive in a computer service section. And forming a preliminary locomotive data set to be repaired according to the locomotive running state calculation result, and classifying the preliminary locomotive data set to be repaired into two categories of state repair and planned repair according to the quality state of the locomotive.
3) According to the data of the locomotive to be repaired, corresponding accessory information query is carried out from the basic database, and the locomotive to be repaired meeting the accessory information is marked as a repairable locomotive;
4) generating a locomotive overhaul plan according to the repairable locomotive information by combining the tooling equipment information, the manual information and the transport safety information recorded in the basic database;
and the data display platform is used for feeding back the generated maintenance plan in real time through the display equipment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the intelligent management and control platform can meet the development requirements of 'state repair' and 'centralized repair' according to the actual production operation condition of the overhaul site, obtain good effect, improve the efficiency in the overhaul production operation management information and the daily production task of the workshop of the overhaul vehicle, provide a management platform for each section of function management departments and leaders to comprehensively master the production operation condition of each overhaul team, and realize the analysis of basic data of the locomotive overhaul production operation condition and the statistics of overhaul operation record information; the locomotive maintenance and quality comprehensive management and monitoring system effectively improves the locomotive maintenance operation management level, improves the locomotive maintenance operation efficiency of the locomotive in the locomotive service section, standardizes the locomotive maintenance operation management, and generates good benefits for the locomotive maintenance operation.

as shown in fig. 1, a service logic processing diagram for intelligently generating a maintenance task according to the present invention includes a data acquisition module, a basic database, an intelligent management and control platform, and a data display platform, where each module in the present invention has the specific functions of:
1. the data acquisition module is used for acquiring or inputting relevant data in the locomotive maintenance process, and the relevant data comprises locomotive information, maintenance categories, accessory information, tooling equipment information, manual information and transport safety information. The input information covers part of basic information (vehicle type, vehicle number, attachment, locomotive repair distance information), repair process, repair regulation data and the like of the locomotive; the collected information covers part of basic information (running kilometers and locomotive state information) of the locomotive, overhaul system information (overhaul operation data such as servicing, minor overhaul, temporary overhaul, intermediate overhaul and the like and personnel organization scheduling data), transport safety information, tooling equipment information and accessory overhaul information (covering accessory storage, accessory overhaul information and the like).
2. After the data acquisition module finishes data acquisition, a multi-dimensional basic database of people, vehicles, graphs, organizations, events, equipment and the like is formed by using an ETL (extract transform load) means and is used for supporting upper layer data analysis and data application.
3. The intelligent control platform extracts locomotive quality information, and the locomotive quality state of each locomotive is analyzed through locomotive model, locomotive number, running kilometers, repair distance, assignment, locomotive state information, information of repair and overhaul (repair, minor repair, near repair, intermediate repair and the like) and key accessory service life in the repair distance of the locomotive for nearly several times, the repair distance, the accessory service life and the like, and the locomotive quality state of each locomotive is early-warned and a locomotive data set to be repaired is generated aiming at the locomotive needing to be repaired.
4. For each locomotive data in the locomotive data set to be repaired, verification matching can be carried out on the data according to the collected related data and the exchanged accessory quality data, the overhaul data, the qualification data, the historical fault data and the accessory inventory information which are installed on the locomotive, a repairable locomotive scheme combination is generated, and a repairable locomotive data set is formed.
5. Extracting personnel information (maintenance personnel team information, historical operation information, maintenance station positions, current-stage maintenance operation states, maintenance network task maps, standard operation tasks and working hours, maintenance modes of different teams (team group maintenance or dispatching), multi-dimensional data such as historical maintenance periods and working hours) and transportation information (extracting planning arrangement of locomotive domination and dispatching), matching the information with a repairable locomotive list, and generating a preliminary maintenance plan.
The situation shown in fig. 1 combines the requirements of practical applications, and after the generated maintenance plan is fed back in real time through the data display platform and the display device, the following process may also include a process of manual participation:
6. and the generated preliminary maintenance plan is reasonably adjusted and arranged by a locomotive service section technical plan engineer, and the arrangement and confirmation of the maintenance plan are carried out.
7. Drawing an examination and approval work flow of the maintenance plan on the platform, customizing an examination and approval circulation process specified by a machine service section, and binding an initiation node of the maintenance flow with the maintenance plan.
8. The primarily revised maintenance plan is transferred to an application engineer, a technical chief and a maintenance assistant section chief according to the flow to examine and approve the maintenance plan; and after the examination and approval of the maintenance plan are finished, reporting the maintenance plan to an upper-level administrative unit.

the basic database acquires information acquired or input by the data acquisition module, and meanwhile, standard maintenance file information of a locomotive service section, locomotive maintenance schedule maintenance, standard file information, accessory quantitative information, accessory storage information and accessory validity period information are stored in the basic database;
the intelligent management and control platform intelligently manages and controls according to data of the basic database and automatically makes a maintenance plan, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
1) acquiring basic information of a target locomotive from a basic database, wherein the basic information at least comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle number, a traveling kilometer, a repair journey, an assignment, state information and repair categories of the locomotive in near repair journeys to form a basic data set of the target locomotive;
2) according to the obtained basic data set of the target locomotive, performing quality state evaluation on the target locomotive, and screening out the locomotive to be repaired from the target locomotive according to a quality state evaluation result;
and performing data analysis through data such as the running kilometers of the locomotive, the service lives of key accessories, the service range reaching the repair, the service lives of the accessories and the like, and evaluating the quality of the attached locomotive in a computer service section.
