The comprehensive management system for the operation and maintenance of the vehicle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a definition layer, wherein the definition layer comprises a technology management subsystem, and the technology management subsystem is used for managing a maintenance process, a station process and a fault bank.

The comprehensive management system for operation and maintenance of the motor vehicles as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising a definition layer, wherein the definition layer comprises a basic data subsystem, and the basic data subsystem is used for managing an organization, personnel posts and a motor train unit ledger.
