Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于双玻璃板的紧固元件,它包括一个前端带有一个扩张锥体的螺栓,一个环形扩张元件可以滑移到此扩张锥体上,从而在该后玻璃板的一个在孔底部位上有一个根切槽的钻孔中扩张。
背景技术
由DE 4011229已知有一种用于锚固连接在房屋正面板里的紧固元件,该紧固元件由一个在其前端设置有扩张锥体的螺栓组成,有一个环状扩张元件可以滑到这锥体上。当将紧固元件锚固连接在薄壁的房屋正面板里时为了避免使钻孔破碎,就要在一个根切的钻孔里进行锚固,这种孔可以在几乎没有扩张压力的锚固时承受住拉伸载荷。
有一个距离元件用于使螺栓在钻孔里定心,该距离元件同时锁定住了推向扩张锥体的扩张元件,阻止其滑动。当把螺母拧上螺栓时通过一个紧贴在正面板的外表面上的距离元件的凸缘使紧固元件张紧,它支撑了紧固元件以承受横向力。
一方面由于支撑这紧固元件所必要的高张紧力,和另一方面由于金属制成的扩张元件直接地贴紧在钻孔壁上,因而已知的紧固元件并不适合紧固双玻璃板,例如用于建筑物外墙板。
发明内容
因而,本发明的任务是提出一种适合于在玻璃板里锚固住并使其紧固的紧固元件。
在上述类型的用于双玻璃板的紧固元件中,如此完成该项任务,即在扩张元件上罩上一个由软塑料制成的并紧贴在螺栓的正端面上的帽盖,同时,在螺栓的杆体上布置有一个支承在后玻璃板上并穿过前玻璃板的由硬塑料制成的距离套,它具有一个进入后玻璃板的孔里并支撑住扩张元件的部位。
采用了由软塑料制成的并罩在螺栓的正端面上和扩张元件上的帽盖就避免了由钢制成的扩张元件与玻璃面的直接接触。例如由聚胺酯制成的帽盖是弹性的和/或塑性地变形,从而使一种刚性的、在一定情况下会使玻璃破碎的点载荷变为一种柔软的并能补偿不平整性的面载荷。由于这样,在一个较大表面上产生的压力分布就比较均匀,因而采用按本发明所述的紧固元件也可以在玻璃里达到较高的载荷值。
由于距离套上有一段要进入后玻璃板的钻孔内并支承住扩张元件,因而在距离套上有一个凸肩,它支承在后玻璃板上并不施加压力。距离套完全穿过整个前玻璃板,从而当拧上螺母来固定这紧固元件时就完全由距离套承受这反作用力。当紧固元件锚固住时由于无论对后玻璃板上还是对前玻璃板都没有施加压力,因而按本发明所述的紧固元件适合于紧固双玻璃板,其中这两片玻璃相互隔开一定距离。由于距离套通过进入后玻璃板的钻孔里的那一段并用其在前玻璃板的钻孔里的外表面进行支承,因而距离套也就承受了作用在双玻璃板上的横向力。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,距离套可以有一个盖住前玻璃板的钻孔的凸缘。凸缘的下边与距离套的支承在后玻璃板上凸肩之间的距离应这样选择,在紧固元件张紧时不对前玻璃板施加压力。凸缘只用于对前玻璃板的钻孔实现附加的密封并加大螺母的支承面。为了改善密封可以在凸缘下边设置一个或多个密封筋条。这样一种密封,在一定条件下还可以用相应的密封结构措施来改进。若紧固元件用来紧固绝缘玻璃板的话那么这种密封就尤其合适。

具体实施方式
紧固元件1由一个螺栓2构成,在螺栓的前端有一个扩张锥体3,在螺栓的后端有一段螺纹4。在扩张锥体3上布置有一个扩张元件5,它压在扩张锥体3上用于使紧固元件1锚固住在双玻璃板7的后玻璃板6里。在所述的实施例中通过把螺母8按到螺栓2的螺纹段4上而将扩张元件5压紧。当拧上螺母8时,罩在扩张元件5上并罩住螺栓2的正端面的由软塑料材料制成的帽盖9就压紧在扩张元件5和钻孔11的根切槽10的壁部之间,从而避免了钢制扩张元件5和玻璃面发生直接接触。
螺栓2穿过由硬塑料制成的整体距离套12,该距离套的部位13啮入后玻璃板6的钻孔11里。由于部位13的直径小于距离套的直径,因而形成一个凸肩14,通过此凸肩使距离套12支承在后玻璃板上。距离套12穿过整个前玻璃板15的厚度,前玻璃板15的孔16与距离套12的外径相同。为了盖住前玻璃板15的孔16在距离套12上设置有一个凸缘17,它在底面上带有环形的密封筋条,以改善密封。凸缘17同时也用作螺母8的支承,以避免与玻璃板15直接接触。通过螺栓2的突出端,可以将双玻璃板7固定至下部结构上的建筑物壁板的外护板上(未示出)。
Claims (3)
1.用于双玻璃板的紧固元件,它包括一个前端带有一个扩张锥体的螺栓,一个环形扩张元件可以滑移到此扩张锥体上,从而在该后玻璃板的一个在孔底部位上有一个根切槽的钻孔中扩张,其特征在于,在扩张元件(5)上罩有一个由软塑料制成的并紧贴在螺栓(2)的正端面上的帽盖(9);同时在螺栓(2)的杆体上布置有一个支承在后玻璃板(6)上并穿过前玻璃板(15)的由硬塑料制成的距离套(12),它具有一个进入后玻璃板(6)的钻孔(11)里并支撑住扩张元件(5)的部位(13)。
2.按权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,距离套(12)有一个盖住前玻璃板(15)的孔(16)的凸缘(17)。
3.按权利要求2所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,在凸缘(17)的下边有一个环形的密封筋条(18)。
