Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a simplified flowchart of a method for repairing a wafer plate structure of a kirschner cylinder according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a detailed flowchart of a method for repairing a structure of a Kirchner wafer sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for repairing a structure of a Chevron cylinder waffle slab, which comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting off the old cylinder neck along the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall;
a circle of cutting line can be marked on the cylinder wall in advance, and then a grinder is used for cutting the cylinder wall along the cutting line. In this embodiment, the old neck is 7cm in height, although the neck height is adjusted to fit the size of the chevrons cylinder.
S2, grinding concrete with a specified thickness on the exposed concrete wall;
after removal of the old cylinder neck, the concrete wall is exposed. In order to prevent the new cylinder neck from being scratched by the concrete wall and to grind off the concrete with the specified thickness, a space can be provided for the subsequent cementing material pouring. Wherein, the specified thickness can be 2mm wall thickness, and the grinding depth can be slightly larger than the height of the old cylinder neck. After the concrete is ground, the concrete needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
S3, mounting the new cylinder neck;
and (5) installing a new cylinder neck meeting the cleanliness requirement in the ground concrete wall. It should be noted that the height of the old neck is greater than that of the new neck, so that a gap of a certain size can be left between the new neck and the residual cylinder. Specifically, the height of the new cylinder neck is 6.5cm, so that a gap of 0.5cm height exists between the new cylinder neck and the residual cylinder.
S4, filling atomic ash into the gap between the residual cylinder and the new cylinder neck;
and (4) injecting atomic ash into a gap between the residual cylinder body and the new cylinder neck after the new cylinder neck and the residual cylinder body are coaxial, and preliminarily fixing the new cylinder neck. The putty is made up by using unsaturated resin, talcum powder and styrene through the processes of stirring and grinding, and can be used for filling and sticking.
Step S4 further includes step S41 of smoothing the putty with fine sandpaper after the putty has been dried, so that the putty, the inner wall of the new neck and the inner wall of the participating cylinder are coplanar.
And S5, fixing the new cylinder neck by using cement.
And (5) pouring cementing materials into the gap between the new cylinder neck and the concrete wall, and reliably fixing the new cylinder neck. The cement may specifically be an epoxy mortar, but the type of cement is not limited thereto.
In conclusion, the method for repairing the structure of the wafer plate of the Chevron cylinder can reliably repair the damaged Chevron cylinder.
Before the old cylinder neck is cut off along the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall, the step also comprises S11, the concrete around the edge of the old cylinder neck cylinder is planed open, the planing depth is 1-2 cm, and the old cylinder neck is convenient to take out. After the concrete is planed, the planed concrete needs to be cleaned before being put into a new barrel neck.
Before digging the concrete around the old cylinder neck cylinder edge, the method also comprises the step S10 of marking the damaged cylinder body in a centralized manner, confirming the area to be repaired, conveniently and intensively placing the repairing tool and the new cylinder neck, and providing conditions for the subsequent quick repairing of the Checker cylinder. The marking mode can be specifically that a marking line or a marking symbol is drawn on the damaged cylinder.
After the new cylinder neck is fixed by the cementing material, the step also comprises S6, the concrete around the cylinder edge of the new cylinder neck is repaired, and the concrete around the new cylinder neck is leveled. Specifically, the planed area can be filled with epoxy mortar, and after the epoxy mortar is dried, the edge of the new cylinder neck is brushed with a circle of homochromatic paint, so that the edge of the new cylinder neck is butted with the repaired concrete.
The new cylinder neck is arranged with S31, the new cylinder neck cylinder is measured by a level meter whether the cylinder edge is coplanar with the plane of the surrounding concrete, if yes, the step S4 is continued; if not, adjusting the new cylinder neck until the cylinder edge of the new cylinder neck is coplanar with the plane of the surrounding concrete. It should be noted that this step may be performed simultaneously with step S4, and the atomic ash is filled while measuring whether the new cylinder neck is coplanar with the plane of the surrounding concrete, and after the new cylinder neck is coplanar with the plane of the surrounding concrete, the filling of the atomic ash may be stopped, and the position of the new cylinder neck is adjusted in the axial direction by filling the atomic ash.
The above method for repairing a structure of a wafer sheet of a kirschner cylinder provided by the invention is described in detail, and a specific example is applied in the method to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the invention, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
