A grouting sleeve insertion rebar positioning device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the vertical link assembly comprises a vertical link (15), one end of the vertical link (15) is detachably connected with the horizontal link assembly, and the position of the connection of the vertical link (15) and the horizontal link assembly in the length direction of the vertical link (15) is variable, the vertical link (15) is detachable from the rebar fixation assembly.

s6, connecting the steel bar fixing assembly fixed with the steel bars (28) with the vertical connecting rod assembly;
s7, adjusting the position of the steel bar (28) to enable the steel bar (28) to be inserted into the grouting sleeve (26);
s8, adjusting the vertical connecting rod assembly to enable the distance between the steel bar fixing assembly and the grouting sleeve fixing assembly to reach a second preset distance value so as to enable the insertion marks on the steel bars (28) to be aligned with the end face of the grouting sleeve (26);
and S9, sealing the two ends of the grouting sleeve (26), and performing grouting operation through a grouting opening (27) of the grouting sleeve (26).
