4) uniformly coating the flame-retardant acrylic glue water coated in the step 3) for drying, wherein the baking temperature condition is required to be 110 ℃/3MIN, so that the flame-retardant acrylic glue water is dried and completely cured;
5) adhering the coating surface of the transparent flame-retardant PET film (VO) coated with the flame-retardant coating uniformly in the step 1) to the separable release layer on the other side of the embossed base paper with the release function, and adhering the release surface on the other side of the embossed base paper with the release function to the coating surface of the transparent flame-retardant PET film (VO) in the step 1) to obtain the ultrathin fireproof flame-retardant substrate double-sided adhesive tape;
6) and (3) winding the ultrathin fireproof and flame-retardant base material double-sided adhesive tape prepared in the step 5) by using a winding device, and then packaging and warehousing.
Preferably, the thickness of the flame retardant coating applied in the step 1) is 6U, and the transparent flame retardant PET film (VO) coated in the step 1) is double-coated with the flame retardant coating such that it is changed from 18 to 30.
Preferably, the flame-retardant coating applied in step 1) is prepared by combining flame-retardant resin, flame retardant and decabromodiphenyl ether, the flame-retardant resin is prepared from one or two of chloroprene rubber, vinyl resin and epoxy resin, the flame retardant is a PP plastic flame retardant, and the PP plastic flame retardant can be one or two of a brominated flame retardant, a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant or a phosphorus flame retardant.
Preferably, the hardener in the step 2) is prepared by mixing cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber, polystyrene butadiene copolymer, chloroprene rubber, filler, auxiliary agent and water.

1) coating glue on the outer surfaces of 18 transparent flame-retardant PET films (VO) by using professional scraper-type coating equipment, uniformly coating the coated flame-retardant coatings on two sides of the 18 transparent flame-retardant PET films (VO), wherein the thickness of the coated flame-retardant coatings is 6U, the coated flame-retardant coatings are prepared by combining flame-retardant resin, flame retardant and decabromodiphenyl ether, the flame-retardant resin is prepared from one or two of chloroprene rubber, vinyl resin and epoxy resin, the flame retardant is a PP plastic flame retardant, the PP plastic flame retardant can be one or two of a brominated flame retardant, a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant or a phosphorus flame retardant, and the 18 transparent flame-retardant PET films (VO) are coated with the coated flame-retardant coatings in a double-coating mode so that the number of the coated flame-retardant coatings is changed from 18 to 30;

4) uniformly coating the flame-retardant acrylic glue water coated in the step 3) for drying, wherein the baking temperature condition is required to be 110 ℃/3MIN, so that the flame-retardant acrylic glue water is dried and completely cured;
5) adhering the coating surface of the transparent flame-retardant PET film (VO) coated with the flame-retardant coating uniformly in the step 1) to the separable release layer on the other side of the embossed base paper with the release function, and adhering the release surface on the other side of the embossed base paper with the release function to the coating surface of the transparent flame-retardant PET film (VO) in the step 1) to obtain the ultrathin fireproof flame-retardant substrate double-sided adhesive tape;
6) and (3) winding the ultrathin fireproof and flame-retardant base material double-sided adhesive tape prepared in the step 5) by using a winding device, and then packaging and warehousing.
