Abstract
一种二次硅莫砖制备的高导热耐磨浇注料,属于耐磨耐火浇注料技术领域。浇注料各原料粒度及质量百分比如下:粒度≤6mm的二次硅莫砖为40~50%,粒度≤6mm的碳化硅20~30%,硅微粉1~10%,铝酸钙水泥2~10%,粒度5μm的焦宝石微粉2~20%;还包括所有上述成分质量百分比0.02~0.5%的外加剂。优点在于,该产品可高价值的利用废弃的硅莫砖资源,制备高性价比的高导热耐磨材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐磨耐火浇注料技术领域,特别涉及一种二次硅莫砖制备的高导热耐磨浇注料。
背景技术
耐火材料资源的循环利用已成为耐材行业发展的重要方向,具有重要的社会价值和经济价值。在我国,每年水泥回转窑检修都会产生大量的废弃耐火材料,仅华东地区水泥窑废弃耐火材料总量在22万吨以上,这些废弃耐材大多是被当成工业垃圾进行填埋,这不仅造成资源浪费,而且耐火砖中渗透吸附大量可溶性盐类也对环境造成污染。为了解决这个问题,有人曾对这些废弃的耐材进行了探索性回收利用研究如废弃的高铝砖、镁铝尖晶石砖、镁铬砖等。关于废弃硅莫砖的综合利用研究也逐渐展开,如专利CN104725060 B和CN106747493 A都是利用二次硅莫砖作为骨料制备耐火材料,其优点主要是废弃物循环利用。
循环流化床锅炉的大型化在提高燃煤燃烧效率的同时降低了对环境的影响。为了充分利用燃煤的热能,大型的循环流化床锅的重点部位如炉膛密相区、分离器及入口烟道等需要使用抗热震性能好、导热高及耐磨的浇注料产品。为了满足要求,设计者们在设计这些材料时都加入大量的高价碳化硅,这样制得的产品成本较高。二次硅莫砖通过预处理后破碎成系列粒度,其中所含的碳化硅成分具有高导热特点,可以用来制备循环流化床锅炉用的高导热耐磨材料,从而达到高价值的利用二次硅莫砖的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种二次硅莫砖制备的高导热耐磨浇注料,解决了充分利用废弃的硅莫砖制备出热震稳定性高、导热及耐磨性能好的耐火材料的问题,满足现代大型循环流化床锅炉的需求。
一种二次硅莫砖制备的高导热耐磨浇注料,包括二次硅莫砖颗粒、碳化硅、硅微粉、铝酸钙水泥、焦宝石微粉及外加剂,各原料粒度及质量百分比如下:粒度≤6mm的二次硅莫砖为40~50%,粒度≤6mm的碳化硅20~30%,硅微粉1~10%,铝酸钙水泥2~10%,粒度5μm的焦宝石微粉2~20%。
所述浇注料还包括所有上述成分质量百分比0.02~0.5%的外加剂,外加剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠或羧酸脂中的一种或几种。
所述的二次硅莫砖的化学成分要求Al2O3含量为55~65wt%,SiO2含量为20~35wt%,SiC含量为5~20wt%;所述的碳化硅中SiC含量≥97wt%,Fe2O3含量≤0.5wt%;
所述的焦宝石微粉中Al2O3含量为30~40wt%,SiO2含量为55~65wt%,K2O+Na2O≤0.9wt%,Fe2O3含量≤1.3wt%。
本发明的优点在于,该产品可高价值的利用废弃的硅莫砖资源,制备高性价比的高导热耐磨材料。

(注:以上3个实施例中均外加0.05%的六偏磷酸钠作为外加剂)
以上产品已经在国内大型流化床关键部位进行了试用,使用效果良好,市场价值明显。
Claims (5)
1.一种二次硅莫砖制备的高导热耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,包括二次硅莫砖颗粒、碳化硅、硅微粉、铝酸钙水泥、焦宝石微粉及外加剂,各原料粒度及质量百分比如下:粒度≤6mm的二次硅莫砖为40~50%,粒度≤6mm的碳化硅20~30%,硅微粉1~10%,铝酸钙水泥2~10%,粒度5μm的焦宝石微粉2~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浇注料,其特征在于,所述浇注料还包括所有上述成分质量百分比0.02~0.5%的外加剂,外加剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠或羧酸脂中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浇注料,其特征在于,所述的二次硅莫砖的化学成分要求Al2O3含量为55~65wt%,SiO2含量为20~35wt%,SiC含量为5~20wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浇注料,其特征在于,所述的碳化硅中SiC含量≥97wt%,Fe2O3含量≤0.5wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浇注料,其特征在于,所述的焦宝石微粉中Al2O3含量为30~40wt%,SiO2含量为55~65wt%,K2O+Na2O≤0.9wt%,Fe2O3含量≤1.3wt%。
