s2, when the interior of the mixing drum 2 needs to be cleaned, starting the first motor 53, so that the first motor 53 drives the rotating rod 56 to rotate through the first belt pulley 54 and the second belt pulley 59, the rotating rod 56 drives the screw rod 57 to rotate, the screw rod 57 rotates to drive the water outlet drum 51 to move upwards through the sliding block 58, when the water outlet drum 51 moves into the mixing drum 2 and the sliding block 58 cannot ascend any more, closing the first motor 53, starting the water pump 511, conveying water into the water outlet drum 51 through the water pumping pipe 513 and the water outlet pipe 512 by the water pump 511, and spraying the water onto the inner wall surface of the mixing drum 2 through the water outlet hole 52 on the surface of the water outlet drum 51;
s3, at the same time, the electric push rod 64 is started, the protruding end of the electric push rod 64 drives the movable plate 63 to move downward, and the movable plate 63 and the sliding plate 67 are rotatably connected through the connecting rod 65, so that the movable plate 63 moves downward and the sliding plate 67 is driven to move along the mounting groove 66 in a direction away from the movable plate 63, and then the stirring rod 69 drives the scraper 610 to be close to the inner wall of the stirring cylinder 2 through the elastic force of the spring rod 68;
s4, along with the rotation of the stirring rod 69, the scraper 610 also starts to rotate so as to scrape the residual caking on the inner wall of the stirring cylinder 2, and the residual caking is matched with the high-pressure washing of water, so that the wastewater is mixed with the caking and enters the discharging cylinder 9 through the discharging pipe 7;
s5, filtering the waste water in the caking through a filter screen 10, and discharging the caking through a vertical pipe 11, wherein the caking is discharged through a discharge barrel 9.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a sealing ring is disposed on the top end of the rotary cylinder 4 and on the surface of the water outlet cylinder 51.
