Claims (3)

사일로(10)로부터 공급되는 시멘트(C1)가 함체(110) 내측으로 공급될 수 있도록 상측에 시멘트 공급관(120)이 형성되고, 상기 함체(110) 내측의 시멘트(C1)에 물을 공급할 수 있도록 별도의 펌프(P)에 의해 물이 공급되는 물공급관(130)이 구비되고, 상기 함체(110) 일측에는 개방부(140)가 형성되며, 상기 함체(110) 내주면 상측 모서리가 라운딩(R) 처리되는 믹싱통(100)과; 상기 믹싱통(100) 내측에는 별도의 모터(M)에 의해 회전하는 중앙축(210)이 구비되며, 상기 중앙축(210) 외주면에는 믹싱임펠러(220)가 형성되어 함체(110) 내측의 시멘트(C1) 및 물을 믹싱하여 콘크리트(C2)를 제조하는 혼합구(200)와; 상기 콘크리트(C2)의 믹싱작업이 완료되면 함체(110) 내측에 묻어있는 콘크리트를 제거하기 위해, 상기 함체(110) 상측에는 형성되는 세척수단(300)으로; 이루어지는 것이며,
상기 혼합구(200)의 중앙축(210) 외주면에는 연결바(231) 및 믹싱스크래핑부(235)로 이루어지는 보조혼합구(230)가 형성되어 믹싱통(100) 내측 벽면의 콘크리트(C2)를 제거하는 것이고,
상기 세척수단(300)은 함체(110) 상부에 형성되되 일측으로 경사진 형태의 세척홈(130)에 세척수 공급호스(310)의 단부가 끼워져 세척수 분사 방향이 혼합구(200) 또는 함체(110) 내주면을 향하도록 하며, 상기 세척수 공급호스(310)는 물공급관(130) 일측에 연결되는 것이며, 상기 물공급관(130) 및 세척수 공급호스(310)는 물공급 밸브(150) 및 세척수 공급밸브(320)에 의해 개폐가 가능한 것이며,
상기 연결바(231)는 내측에 구비되는 탄성스프링(S)에 의해 항상 인입되는 것을 기본상태로 하는 텔레스코프 형상으로 이루어지고, 상기 연결바(231) 외주면에는 볼(232)이 형성되되 볼(232)은 중앙축(210) 및 믹싱스크래핑부(235) 사이인 연결바(231)의 길이방향을 따라 이송되되 이탈하지 못하는 것이고,
상기 혼합구(중앙축)가 모터(M)에 의해 회전하게 되면 볼(232)이 원심력에 의해 외측인 믹싱스크래핑부(235) 측으로 이동하여 인입되어 있는 상태의 연결바(231)를 인출시킴으로서 믹싱스크래핑부(235)가 콘크리트의 혼합 또는 함체(110) 벽면에 묻은 콘크리트를 제거하는 역할을 하는 것이며,
상기 믹싱스크래핑부(235)는 외측이 우레탄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세척수단이 구비되어 콘크리트 고착을 방지할 수 있는 믹서기.
