The invention discloses a method for inspecting the damage of a dust removal cloth bag, which comprises the following steps of S1, confirming the cloth bag to be inspected according to the condition that the dust at the outlet of a coal discharge fan exceeds the standard; s2, opening the big cover, closing the lifting valve cover and isolating other air chambers; s3, opening an air inlet valve of the cloth bag box, and visually observing whether dust-mixed black gas is discharged from each cloth bag of the air chamber, so that whether a leakage point exists can be accurately determined; s4, sequentially checking each working chamber of the cloth bag box, and counting the cloth bag replacement condition; s5, when the cloth bag is pulled out, the coal discharge fan is started in a linked mode, the system generates negative pressure, coal dust attached to the surface of the cloth bag is pumped away, and dust flying in an operation site is avoided. Background
The coal injection operation part of the iron and steel plant has 7 series, 970 cloth bags. As the environmental protection requirements become stricter and stricter, once the cloth bag is damaged, the cloth bag must be replaced immediately! The demand of the blast furnace coal powder is increased, and if the cloth bag is replaced for too long time, the accidents of less coal powder spraying or coal powder breaking spraying of the blast furnace are easily caused, and the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace is influenced.
All cloth bags of a production series need to be checked in sequence when the cloth bags are replaced, the quantity is large, the range is large, post personnel judge whether powder is accumulated or not only through experience and appearance, the number of wrong judgments is large, and the error rate is high.
How to accurately find out the damaged cloth bag, shorten the replacement time, and reduce the labor intensity of operating personnel is an urgent problem to be solved.

As shown in figure 2, when the cloth bag is replaced, the negative pressure of the system is reduced by using self-made special tools (a crowbar 1 and a T-shaped hook 2) and simultaneously starting the coal discharge fan, so that the dust is reduced, the cloth bag replacement time is shortened, and the average time per cloth bag is shortened by 20 minutes.
