Abstract
本发明提出一种游戏手柄的功能键模组包括按键外壳、镜头组件、中空封板、电路板、排线和底壳,所述排线与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板与所述排线电连接,所述中空封板设置在所述电路板的上方,所述镜头组件设置在所述中空封板的上方,所述按键外壳与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板设有OFN模组、红外线LED光源模组和光敏阵列模组,所述OFN模组、所述红外线LED光源模组和所述光敏阵列模组电连接,因为模组体积很小,可以直接集成到现在手柄的按键中,实现方向性操作,完成诸多现有手柄的功能性升级。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及手柄技术领域,尤其涉及一种游戏手柄的功能键模组。
背景技术
近几年手机游戏快速发展,然而手机游戏使用触摸屏有一定的局限性,和传统游戏机操控不同,因此使用游戏手柄控制手游的需求出现,但是传统手柄的按键设计和触摸屏操控的灵活性发生冲突,市场上的手柄因为按键实体反馈有着触摸屏没有的优势,然而在触屏操控的灵活性上却有先天不足,为了弥补这一问题有厂商使用按键和机械轮盘的方式来模拟触摸屏指向性操作需求,然而这种方式结构复杂,手柄外壳需要重新设计复杂的结构,并且因为构造不同而影响了手柄的传统按键手感(压感力度和按键间距),进而又产生了其他问题,造价成本、上手习惯、产品质量稳定性等。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种游戏手柄的功能键模组。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提出一种游戏手柄的功能键模组,所述游戏手柄的功能键模组包括按键外壳、镜头组件、中空封板、电路板、排线和底壳,所述排线与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板与所述排线电连接,所述中空封板设置在所述电路板的上方,所述镜头组件设置在所述中空封板的上方,所述按键外壳与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板设有OFN模组、红外线LED光源模组和光敏阵列模组,所述OFN模组、所述红外线LED光源模组和所述光敏阵列模组电连接。
进一步的,所述按键外壳设有遮光触摸面板,所述遮光触摸面板设置在所述按键外壳表面。
进一步的,所述镜头组件设有固定板和光学透镜模组,所述光学透镜模组固定安装在所述固定板上。
进一步的,所述OFN模组为光学手指导航,响应于基于从用户的手指反射的光而在导航表面处检测到的移动,来产生导航信号。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提出的游戏手柄的功能键模组采用光学手指导航功能的游戏手柄功能键模组可以很好的解决该问题,在游戏手柄功能键上增加方向控制的方式,光学手指导航功能的游戏手柄功能键模组,性能高度集成,成本低,形体小,在已有手柄的构造中进行升级备受青睐。只要按照手柄自身的功能件的具体特点,遵循各类手游软件体系及其操作平台下驱动软件的开发规律,并因地制宜,具体情况具体分析,就可以无缝地将其融入到各个已有的游戏手柄应用软硬件体系中,并拓展到新的游戏手柄产品中。光学手指导航模组应用前景极好,推动着游戏手柄功能键人机输入界面的深远变革和长足发展。

具体实施方式
为了更加清楚完整的说明本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参考图1至图3,本发明提出一种游戏手柄的功能键模组,所述游戏手柄的功能键模组包括按键外壳1、镜头组件2、中空封板3、电路板4、排线5和底壳6,所述排线5与所述底壳6固定连接,所述电路板4与所述排线5电连接,所述中空封板3设置在所述电路板4的上方,所述镜头组件2设置在所述中空封板3的上方,所述按键外壳1与所述底壳6固定连接,所述电路板4设有OFN模组10、红外线LED光源模组11和光敏阵列模组12,所述OFN模组10、所述红外线LED光源模组11和所述光敏阵列模组12电连接;所述按键外壳1设有遮光触摸面板7,所述遮光触摸面板7设置在所述按键外壳1表面;所述镜头组件2设有固定板9和光学透镜模组8,所述光学透镜模组8固定安装在所述固定板9上;所述OFN模组10为光学手指导航,响应于基于从用户的手指反射的光而在导航表面处检测到的移动,来产生导航信号。
在本实施方式中,光学手指导航OFN模组10,通常由红外线LED光源模组11、遮光触摸面板7、光学透镜模组8和具有光敏阵列模组12的片上处理/控制芯片组成,一般制作在便于集成应用的柔性线路FPC(Flexible Printing Circuit)板上。常用的OFNFPC,还集成了表面按键,即所说的“锅仔片(Metal Dome Switch)”,以简单地实现“点击确认”的功能。OFN模组10的工作原理如下:手指接触遮光触摸面板7,光敏阵列模组10检测到有目标活动,唤醒片上系统SoC投入正常工作状态,红外线LED光源模组11发光,启动检测光路,通过光学透镜模组8的折射和聚焦,由光敏阵列模组12得到一幕一幕的图像数据信息;SoC从中抽象出不同的运动矢量MV(Motion Vector),进而根据运动矢量在时间和空间上的相关性,计算出每次手指移动的平面相对量,形成运动数据,并及时通过数据接口向外传输出去。手指移出后,光敏阵列模组12通过检测还可以使SoC转入休眠状态,以节省功耗。遮光触摸面板7,需要能够应对强光辐射干扰及外界湿度变化影响。运动相关性的判断与计算是OFN的核心,通常沿用光电鼠标中成熟的简化的13点、9点、7点或5点运动预测算法。还可以对得到的一系列数据,展开进一步的分析计算,得到“点击”、“双击”、“拖动”等伴随信息,进而实现传统鼠标的各种功能。OFN形成的数据信息一般包括两类:控制信息和运动信息。控制信息指示是否运动、点击、双击、拖动等,运动信息即平面的X方向与Y方向相对位移量。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种游戏手柄的功能键模组,其特征在于,所述游戏手柄的功能键模组包括按键外壳、镜头组件、中空封板、电路板、排线和底壳,所述排线与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板与所述排线电连接,所述中空封板设置在所述电路板的上方,所述镜头组件设置在所述中空封板的上方,所述按键外壳与所述底壳固定连接,所述电路板设有OFN模组、红外线LED光源模组和光敏阵列模组,所述OFN模组、所述红外线LED光源模组和所述光敏阵列模组电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的游戏手柄的功能键模组,其特征在于,所述按键外壳设有遮光触摸面板,所述遮光触摸面板设置在所述按键外壳表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的游戏手柄的功能键模组,其特征在于,所述镜头组件设有固定板和光学透镜模组,所述光学透镜模组固定安装在所述固定板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的游戏手柄的功能键模组,其特征在于,所述OFN模组为光学手指导航,响应于基于从用户的手指反射的光而在导航表面处检测到的移动,来产生导航信号。
