The ultrasonic circulation cleaning device according to claim 9, wherein the dish washing mechanism is provided with one or more of an ultrasonic cleaning structure, a spray type cleaning structure, a spray immersion type cleaning structure, a water immersion type cleaning structure, a particle cleaning structure and a drying structure corresponding to the second conveyor belt.
