以下、図面に従って、実施例と共に本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1は、食器洗浄装置1の1実施例を示す動作説明図であり、図2が同平面説明図で、図3が同側面図である。食器洗浄装置1は、図2に示すように、コンベア式洗浄機2と、食器を収納する第1のストッカー3,第2のストッカー4と、搬送装置5とを有する。実施例でストッカー3,4は、並丼用のストッカー3と大丼又は特丼用のストッカー4との2個が設置されているが、これに限定されるものではない。

本発明は、高圧水を主として下方から噴射して食器を洗浄する洗浄部を有し、該洗浄部を通過する循環式コンベアにて食器を搬入口より搬出口に送るコンベア式洗浄機と、食器を収納する複数のストッカーと、コンベア式洗浄機の搬出口よりストッカーへ食器を搬送する搬送装置とを有する食器洗浄装置において、コンベア式洗浄装置の循環式コンベアを深底食器洗浄ラインと各種食器洗浄ラインとに分離し、深底食器洗浄ラインには、洗浄部下流に気体噴射を行う水切り装置を設け、深底食器洗浄ライン及び各種食器洗浄ラインの洗浄部上部に、食器押さえ装置を設けたことを特徴とする食器洗浄装置としたので、多品種食器に利用できる上、搬出の際にも人手によらず自動的に処理することが可能となった。
