the preparation method of the liquid formula milk comprises the following steps:
(1) putting whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder and second vitamins into water for first mixing, wherein the first mixing comprises stirring at 50 deg.C and 70r/min for 12min, and standing at 40 deg.C for hydration for 35min to obtain first feed liquid;
(2) adding the first vitamin into vegetable oil for second mixing, wherein the second mixing is to stir at 30 ℃ and 70r/min for 12min to obtain a second material liquid, and the first material liquid and the second material liquid are subjected to third mixing, wherein the third mixing is to stir at 10 ℃ and 80r/min to obtain a third material liquid;

The present comparative example provides a liquid formula and a method for its preparation. The liquid formula was the same as in example 1; the only difference is that: in the stabilizer composition of this comparative example, glycerol monostearate was not added.
The above liquid formula was prepared as in example 1.
Test example 1
The liquid milk formulations prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to a stability test as follows: the system stability of the product is verified through a centrifugal test, the liquid formula milk sample with the same amount is introduced into a 10ml centrifugal tube, the centrifugal tube is centrifuged for 15min at the rotating speed of 4000 rpm, the precipitation amount ratio in the liquid formula milk sample is measured, the less the precipitation amount ratio in the liquid formula milk sample after the centrifugation is, the better the test result is as shown in the following table 1:

From table 1 it can be seen that: the method adopts the glyceryl monostearate, the phospholipid, the locust bean gum and the carrageenan, the glyceryl monostearate and the phospholipid play a role in emulsification, the locust bean gum and the carrageenan play a role in thickening, particularly the negatively charged phospholipid can uniformly disperse protein in liquid, and simultaneously the impact of charges carried by mineral substances on a liquid formula milk product can be buffered, the glyceryl monostearate, the phospholipid, the locust bean gum and the carrageenan in the liquid formula milk product are protected from normally playing a role, and the stability of the liquid formula milk product is improved. The emulsifying effect of the product is improved by matching phospholipid with glyceryl monostearate. Namely, the glyceryl monostearate, the phospholipid, the locust bean gum and the carrageenan are mutually cooperated and matched, and are suitable for being used as a stabilizer composition of a liquid formula milk product which is added with more mineral substances and is the infant formula milk.
Test example 2
The shelf lives of the liquid formula milks prepared in examples 1-10 were all 9-12 months, and during the shelf lives, no significant fat floating and mineral precipitation or slight precipitation occurred in the liquid formula milks (examples 6-10); the liquid formula milks prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6 all showed different degrees of fat floating and mineral precipitation in a period of not more than 8 months.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (11)
3. the liquid formula according to claim 2, wherein the minerals consist of a first mineral and a second mineral, the mass ratio of the metallic elements of the first mineral to the metallic elements of the second mineral being (0.0601-0.1105): (0.071-0.115), the first mineral comprises calcium salt, sodium salt and copper salt, and the second mineral comprises magnesium salt and/or magnesium oxide, potassium salt, iron salt, zinc salt and/or zinc oxide.

The liquid formula of claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of calcium in the calcium salt, sodium in the sodium salt and copper in the copper salt is (0.05-0.08): (0.01-0.03): (0.0001-0.0005), preferably, the calcium salt is at least one of calcium carbonate, calcium chloride and tricalcium phosphate, the sodium salt is sodium citrate and/or sodium chloride, and the copper salt is copper sulfate and/or copper citrate;
the mass ratio of the magnesium element in the magnesium salt and/or the magnesium oxide, the potassium element in the potassium salt, the iron element in the iron salt, the zinc salt and/or the zinc element in the zinc oxide is (0.05-0.06): (0.01-0.03): (0.01-0.02): (0.001-0.005), preferably, the magnesium salt is magnesium hydrogen phosphate, the potassium salt is potassium chloride and/or potassium citrate, the iron salt is ferric pyrophosphate and/or ferric citrate, and the zinc salt is zinc citrate and/or zinc chloride.
5. The liquid formula according to claim 4, wherein the vitamins consist of a first vitamin and a second vitamin, the mass ratio of the first vitamin to the second vitamin being (0.5-3): (0.5-3);
preferably, the first vitamin is composed of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K1, and the mass ratio of the vitamin A, the vitamin D, the vitamin E and the vitamin K1 is (1000-1500): 12-18): 15000-25000): 70-110;
the second vitamin comprises vitamin C, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid, iodine and biotin, and the mass ratio of the vitamin C, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid, iodine and biotin is (18000) -25000, (500) -800), (400) -600, (100) -150), (400) -800, (100-200), (20-40), (15-25) and (4-8) to (4-8).
6. The liquid formula according to claim 5, wherein the milk powder is prepared from (10-30) by mass: (10-30) skimmed milk powder and whole milk powder.
7. The liquid formula of claim 6, wherein the vegetable oil is a complex vegetable oil that is a mixture of at least two of soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, palm oil, and peanut oil.
8. A method of preparing a liquid formula according to claim 6 or 7, comprising the steps of:
putting the whole milk powder, the skim milk powder and the second vitamin into water for first mixing to obtain a first feed liquid;
adding the first vitamin into the vegetable oil for second mixing to obtain a second feed liquid, and carrying out third mixing on the first feed liquid and the second feed liquid to obtain a third feed liquid;
adding the stabilizer composition, lactose and/or white granulated sugar and the first mineral substance into raw milk for fourth mixing to obtain a fourth feed liquid;
adding a second mineral substance into water, carrying out fifth mixing to obtain a fifth material liquid, and carrying out sixth mixing on the third material liquid, the fourth material liquid and the fifth material liquid to obtain a sixth material liquid;
and homogenizing and sterilizing the sixth feed liquid to prepare the liquid formula milk.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the first mixing comprises stirring at 40-50 deg.C for 8-12min at 70-80r/min, and standing at 40-50 deg.C for 25-35min for hydration;
the second mixing is to stir for 8-12min at 20-30 ℃ and 70-80 r/min;
the temperature of the third mixing is below 15 ℃, and the stirring speed is 70-80 r/min.
10. The preparation method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the fourth mixing is to heat the raw milk to 40-50 ℃, then add the stabilizer composition, lactose and/or white granulated sugar and the first mineral substance into the raw milk, stir the raw milk at 40-50 ℃ and 70-80r/min for 5-10min, and finally stir the raw milk at 70-80 ℃ and 70-80r/min for 8-12 min;
the fifth mixing is to stir for 8-12min at 40-50 ℃ and 70-80 r/min;
the temperature of the sixth mixing is below 15 ℃, and the stirring speed is 70-80 r/min.
11. The method according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the temperature of the homogenization is 60 to 70 ℃, and the total pressure is 140-180 bar;
the sterilization temperature is 130-140 ℃ for 4-6 s.
