Abstract
The invention discloses a bactericide for oilfield reinjection water and a preparation method thereof, wherein the bactericide comprises the following substances in parts by mass: the sewage contains bacteria SRB more than 100000/ml, TGB more than 10000/ml and FB more than 10000/ml; the bactericide comprises 12-20 parts of quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, 8-15 parts of polyaminopropyl biguanide, 4-8 parts of 1, 2-ethylidene ammonium bisdithiocarbamate, 2-5 parts of wetting agent and 15-22 parts of water; the invention provides a bactericide for oilfield reinjection water and a preparation method thereof, wherein the bactericide comprises the following steps: adding five raw materials of water, poly (aminopropyl biguanide), quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, 1, 2-ethylene bis-dithiocarbamate and wetting agent into a stirring kettle in sequence according to the mass ratio, and mechanically stirring for 15-40min to obtain the product.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bactericides, in particular to a bactericide for oilfield reinjection water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In oilfield production and water injection systems, there are many microorganisms such as sulfate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, algae, sulfur bacteria, yeasts, molds, protozoa, etc., of which the most harmful are sulfate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria and saprophytic bacteria. The growth and the propagation of fungi cause the corrosion and the damage of equipment and the blockage of pipelines and water injection wells; the permeability of pores of an oil layer is reduced, and water injection oil extraction is hindered; and may even degrade other oil field chemicals and impair the effectiveness of their use as pharmaceuticals. Therefore, it is necessary to deliver a bactericide to ensure the performance of oil field construction. In the tertiary oil recovery polymer flooding process of a Hongkong oilfield, the injection water is sewage separated from oil well produced liquid, and is influenced by factors such as temperature, oxygen content, suspended matters, environment and the like, a large amount of bacteria are propagated in the reinjection water, and mainly comprise three bacteria of sulfate reducing bacteria SRB, saprophytic bacteria TGB and iron bacteria FB, so that not only is the injection water quality directly influenced, the viscosity of polymer flooding reduced, but also corrosion of pipelines and equipment in an injection station can be caused, and the bactericide is widely applied to the reinjection water of an injection block of the oilfield at present.
The long-term use of the same bactericide in the polymer injection site can generate drug resistance to bacteria and influence the sterilization effect. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the sterilization performance of the bactericide of the company and reduce the cost of the bactericide, the bactericide with high sterilization rate and environmental protection is invented.

Preferably, the quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is one of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and polyquaternary ammonium salt.
Preferably, the polyaminopropyl biguanide is a cationic surfactant, and guanidino has high activity, can interact with groups in organisms to destroy normal substance and energy metabolism, and has antibacterial and antiseptic effects.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, water-soluble azone and saponin powder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) by utilizing the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the bactericide has good bactericidal performance on SRB, TGB and FB, has no corrosivity and irritation, and has the characteristics of safe operation, strong stability and the like.
(2) Compared with the prior art, the product has improved performance, and solves the problem of drug resistance of the same bactericide after long-term use.
(3) Compared with the existing bactericide, the cost of the product of the invention is reduced by 15%.
