Description

Spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flying control and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticide preparation processing, in particular to a spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flying prevention and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Spinosad is a macrocyclic lactone nuisance-free high-efficiency biological insecticide extracted from sugarcane polyspora spinosa fermentation liquor. Spinosad has a novel action mode, can continuously activate acetylcholine nicotinic receptors of target insects, but has a binding site different from nicotine and imidacloprid, and also can affect GABA receptors, so that the spinosad has no cross resistance with the current common pesticides. The spinosad has the effects of quick contact killing and stomach poisoning, can lead pests to be quickly paralyzed and paralyzed to finally die, can effectively prevent and control Lepidoptera, Diptera and Thysanoptera pests, can also well prevent and control certain pests which eat a large amount of leaves in Coleoptera and Orthoptera, and has a certain ovicidal action. The spinosad is a low-toxicity, high-efficiency and broad-spectrum pesticide, and is suitable for vegetables, fruit trees, gardening and crops.
In recent years, due to the continuous increase of labor cost, agricultural aviation plant protection industry in China is rapidly developed, and near ten million mu farmlands are sprayed with plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles every year. The conventional low-altitude unmanned spraying amount of liquid per mu is not more than 1L, the dilution concentration of the pesticide is about 15 times higher than that of ground manual or mechanical spraying, and the requirements on pesticide dosage and pesticide quality are correspondingly improved. Most of the conventional pesticide preparations in China cannot meet the spraying operation of a plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle at present, and the shortage of the pesticide for flying prevention becomes an important factor for restricting the development of agricultural aviation plant protection industry in China.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flight control and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flying control comprises a mixture of spinosad, a dispersant, an emulsifier, a functional auxiliary agent, a structure regulator and a dispersion medium.
And a preparation method of the spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flying control, which comprises the following steps: mixing and emulsifying an emulsifier and a dispersion medium, adding spinosad, a dispersant, a functional assistant and a structure regulator, mixing into slurry, and sanding the slurry in a nano sand mill until the particle size is less than 1 micron to prepare the spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent.
Moreover, the invention also provides a using method of the spinosad dispersible oil suspension, when in use, the liquid medicine is stable under a low dilution multiple, and the pesticide is used for aviation plant protection of unmanned planes, fixed-wing airplanes and the like.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
compared with the conventional spinosad preparation, the spinosad dispersible oil suspending agent for flight control provided by the invention has the advantages of low surface tension, small contact angle and good wettability, so that the retention of the spinosad on target crops is improved, and the pesticide effect is further improved. The diluted concentration of the pesticide is about 15 times higher than that of the conventional pesticide in the low-volume spraying process of aviation plant protection, and the product can keep the liquid medicine stable and uniformly spread on the surface of the plant body under the condition.

Indoor biological activity assay
Reagent to be tested: 5% spinosad dispersible oil suspension (example 2), 5% spinosad suspension (comparative example 1).
Test targets: plutella xylostella (1)Plutella xylostella) Larvae of 3 years old, sensitive lines raised indoors.
Preparing a liquid medicine: according to different test requirements, the tested samples are respectively and accurately weighed by an electronic analytical balance, and the preparation is diluted into a series of liquid medicines with certain concentration gradient by water according to the test design dosage.
The test method comprises the following steps: the activity to the diamondback moth is determined by a spraying method. Taking leaves of cabbage cultivated in greenhouse, making into leaf dish with diameter of 3cm, and sequentially adding airbrush (pressure of 10 psi (about 0.7 kg/cm)) according to the design of test from low to high dosage2) Uniformly spraying 1.5mL of the solution, placing the solution into a culture dish with the diameter of 6cm and filled with filter paper, naturally drying in the shade, inoculating standard test insects, inoculating 10 insects for each treatment, repeating the treatment for 3 times, and arranging a blank control.
And (3) placing the treated test material in an observation chamber, wherein the temperature, the humidity and the illumination of the observation chamber can be adjusted as required. After 48 hours, the number of dead and live insects was investigated. Corrected mortality was calculated using the abbott equation and a computer program was used to determine the virulence regression equation, LC50 values, and 95% confidence limits for the test agents.
