本申请实施例提供一种数据的传输方法、装置、设备及存储介质,发送端设备在向接收端设备发送数据时,同时发送用于指示该数据是重传还是新传的第一指示信息,以便接收端设备根据该第一指示信息确定数据是重传还是新传可通过解调导频或者控制信息携带该第一指示信息,无需DCI指示,使得数据的传输不需要依赖DCI,可以大幅度减少下行控制信道的开销,提高系统效率。
