The device provided by the invention can be used for crimping the circuit board with a planar structure into a required radian, so that the field cage design of an expected detector is met, the edge field cage is ensured to have good working stability, and the performance of the detector is effectively improved.

Background
A nuclear radiation detector is an element for nuclear radiation detection using ionization effect, luminescence phenomenon, physical or chemical change caused by nuclear radiation in gas, liquid or solid. Charged particles interact with a medium as they pass through the medium, losing a portion of their energy by exciting bound electrons in atoms or by ionization. Nuclear radiation detectors, by measuring these interactions, can directly or indirectly determine parameters such as the type, energy, intensity or nuclear lifetime of the nuclear radiation.
A field cage in a nuclear radiation gas detector (such as a time projection chamber and a screen grid ionization chamber) provides a uniform and stable electric field for a drift region, and ensures that original primary ionization electrons can drift to an end cover region at a constant speed. The mechanical structure of the field cage is cylindrical, cuboid and the like, and the smoothness degree of the field cage connection part in the structures determines the quality of a uniform electric field of the internal drift region.
At present, a drift electric field is mostly provided by electrode strips on a printed circuit board, if an arc field cage is used at a corner, the drift field of the whole detector is more uniform, and the circuit board is of a planar structure in reality and cannot be made into an arc shape. In addition, electrode strips of the arc field cage are required to be horizontal to peripheral electrodes, so that the uniformity of a drift field of the detector is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the outstanding problems, the invention provides a circular arc field cage manufacturing device and an operation method thereof, wherein the device is used for pressing and connecting a circuit board with a planar structure into a required radian, so that the field cage design of an expected detector is met, the good working stability of an edge field cage is ensured, and the performance of the detector is effectively improved.
