Description

Connection establishment method, device and user equipment
Technical Field
The present application belongs to the field of communication technology, and in particular, relates to a connection establishment method, device and user equipment.
Background
Currently, when a UE registers in a new air interface (NR) cell, the UE may first establish a radio resource control (radio resource control, RRC) connection with a base station of the NR cell through a random access procedure, so that the UE enters a connected state, and then registers in the NR cell.
However, since an abnormal situation may occur in the base station of the NR cell, after the UE establishes an RRC connection with the base station of the NR cell, the UE releases the RRC connection according to the instruction of the base station of the NR cell, and then sends an RRC connection establishment request to the base station of the NR cell, and repeats the above steps until the maximum number of transmissions of the RRC connection establishment request of the UE is reached. Thus, it takes a long time to cause the UE to establish an RRC connection with the base station.
As such, it may result in a lower efficiency of the UE registering with the network.

The target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the UE and the second network device.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a connection establishment apparatus, including: the device comprises an acquisition module, a prohibition module and a sending module. The acquisition module is used for acquiring the count value of the target counter if the first cell meets the preset condition under the condition that the first network equipment of the first cell releases the first connection between the connection establishment device and the first network equipment; the target counter is used for recording the release times of the first network device to release the first connection. And the prohibiting module is used for prohibiting sending the connection establishment request to the network equipment of the target network corresponding to the first cell under the condition that the count value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value. And the sending module is used for sending a target connection establishment request to the second network equipment of the second cell. And the sending module is further used for sending a target connection establishment request to second network equipment of the second cell if the first cell does not meet the preset condition. The target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the connection establishment device and the second network equipment.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a user equipment comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instruction stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instruction implementing the steps of the method according to the first aspect when executed by the processor.

In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, where the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and where the processor is configured to execute a program or instructions to implement a method according to the first aspect.
In the embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the first network device of the first cell releases the first connection between the UE and the first network device, if the first cell meets a preset condition, the UE may acquire the number of times of release of the first connection by the first network device, and under the condition that the number of times of release is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the UE prohibits the UE from sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and sends a connection establishment request for requesting to establish a connection between the UE and the second network device to the second network device of the second cell, or if the first cell does not meet the preset condition, the UE may send a connection establishment request for requesting to establish a connection between the UE and the second network device to the second network device of the second cell. Because when the first network device releases the first connection, the UE may determine whether the first cell satisfies the preset condition, and determine whether the number of times the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to a preset threshold under the condition that the first cell satisfies the preset condition, so if the number of times of release is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the UE may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and prohibit the UE from sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and send a connection establishment request to the second network device, or determine that the first network device is abnormal under the condition that the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, and directly send a connection establishment request to the second network device, that is, when the network device of one cell (i.e., the first cell) is abnormal, the UE does not repeatedly send the connection establishment request to the network device of the one cell, so that the time consumed for establishing connection between the UE and the network device can be reduced, and the network registration efficiency of the UE can be improved.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged, as appropriate, such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified by "first," "second," etc. are generally of a type, and are not limited to the number of objects, such as the first object may be one or more. Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the communication system may include a UE01, a network device 02, and a core network device 03.
Wherein the UE01 may establish a connection and communicate with the network device 02, e.g.: the UE01 may send an RRC connection establishment request (RRCSetup request) to the network device 02, where the RRCSetup request carries an RRC connection establishment cause and an identifier of the UE01, so that the network device 02 may establish a context for the UE01 and perform admission and resource allocation of SRB1 resources according to the RRCSetup request, and reply an RRC connection establishment response (RRCSetup) to the UE, where the RRCSetup carries SRB1 resource configuration information, and thus the UE01 may perform radio resource configuration according to the SRB1 resource configuration information in the RRCSetup, so as to establish an RRC connection between the UE01 and the network device 02; the network device 02 may establish a connection and communicate with the core network device 03, e.g., the network device 02 may send INITIALUE MESSAGE to the core network device 03 after the UE01 establishes an RRC connection between the UE01 and the network device 02 so that the core network device 03 may initiate an initial context setup procedure.
The UE01 and the network device 02 shown in fig. 1 may be connected wirelessly, and the network device 02 and the core network device 03 may be connected by wire (or wirelessly). For the sake of illustration, the connection relationship between the UE01 and the network device 02 and the connection relationship between the network device 02 and the core network device 03 are more clearly shown, and fig. 1 is a solid line illustrating the connection relationship between the UE01 and the network device 02 and the connection relationship between the network device 02 and the core network device 03.
Wherein the network device 02 may be a base station. A base station is a device deployed in a RAN for providing wireless communication functionality for user equipment. The base stations may include various forms of dual mode base stations, macro base stations, micro base stations, relay stations, access points, and the like. In systems employing different radio access technologies, the names of the base station capable devices may be different, for example, the network device 03 may wait for a dual mode base station supporting independent networking (SA) and non-independent Networking (NSA) in the NR network. As communication technology evolves, the name "base station" may change.
The connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the scene of network registration of the UE.
Assuming that the UE performs registration of the SA network of NR in the SA cell of NR, in the related art, the UE may first establish RRC connection with the network device of the SA cell, so that the UE enters a connected state, and then perform registration of the SA network in the SA cell. However, since an abnormality may occur in the network device of the SA cell, for example, the network device is a dual mode base station supporting SA and NSA, and the dual mode base station is configured to complete only the connection between the NSA network and the core network device, and is not configured to complete the connection between the SA network and the core network device. Then, after the UE establishes an RRC connection with the network device, the network device sends INITIAL UE MESSAGE to the core network device, and the network device is not configured to complete the connection between the SA network and the core network device, so that the network device sends an RRC connection release message to the UE, so that the UE can release the RRC connection with the network device according to the RRC connection release message. Thus, the UE will send the RRC connection establishment request to the network device again, and repeat the above steps until the maximum number of times of sending the RRC connection establishment request of the UE is reached, and then send the RRC connection establishment request to other network devices. Thus, it takes longer to cause the UE to establish an RRC connection with the network device.
However, in the embodiment of the present application, after the UE releases the RRC connection between the UE and the network device according to the RRC connection release message sent by the network device of the SA cell, the UE may first determine whether the forbidden cell list (SA forbidden cell list) of the UE includes the cell identifier (NR cell identifier, NCI) of the SA cell, and in case that it is determined that the forbidden cell list does not include the NCI of the SA cell, acquire the count value of the SA registration failure counter (SA regiter fail count) of the UE, so as to acquire the number of times the network device releases the RRC connection (i.e., the count value, i.e., the number of times of receiving the RRC connection release message sent by the network device). Then, the UE may prohibit sending the RRC connection establishment request to all network devices of the SA network corresponding to the SA cell and send the RRC connection establishment request to network devices of other cells (e.g., NSA cell, LTE cell, 3G cell, etc.) if the number of releases is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold. Alternatively, in the case where it is determined that the NCI of the SA-cell is not included in the forbidden cell list, the UE may directly send an RRC connection setup request to the network device of other cells (e.g., NSA cell, LTE cell, 3G cell, etc.). It can be appreciated that when the network device of the SA cell is abnormal, the UE does not repeatedly send the RRC connection establishment request to the network device of the SA cell, so that the time required for establishing the RRC connection with the network device can be reduced.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a connection establishment method according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a UE having the architecture of a communication system as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps 101 and 102 (or step 103).
Step 101, in a case that the first network device of the first cell releases the first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device, the connection establishment apparatus determines whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the connection establishment apparatus is in a connected state (i.e. establishes an RRC connection with the first network device), the connection establishment apparatus may receive an RRC connection Release message (RRC Release) sent by the first network device, and Release, according to the RRC connection Release message, a first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device, so that the connection establishment apparatus may determine whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the first cell may include any one of the following: SA cells, NSA cells, LTE cells, 3G cells, etc. The first network device may specifically be: a dual mode network device. For example: dual mode network devices supporting SA and NSA.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment device may specifically be: a dual mode electronic device. For example: dual mode electronic device supporting SA and NSA.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the first connection may specifically be: RRC connection.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the connection establishment apparatus releases the first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device according to the RRC connection release message, the connection establishment apparatus may trigger the count value of the target counter (SA registration failure counter (saregiter fail count)) to be increased by 1, and then determine whether the first cell meets the preset condition.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset condition may specifically be: the forbidden cell list of the connection establishment means does not include the identity of the first cell.
Further optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the identifier of the first cell may specifically be: NR cell ID of the first cell.
Further optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the forbidden cell list includes an identifier of at least one cell (M cells in the following embodiment), where each cell is a cell for which the connection establishment device is forbidden to send the connection establishment request.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment device may detect the forbidden cell list to determine whether the forbidden cell list includes an identifier of the first cell, so as to determine whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Step 102, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishment device acquires the count value of the target counter, and prohibits sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell and sends the target connection establishment request to the second network device of the second cell when the count value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present application, if the first cell satisfies the preset condition, it may be considered that the first network device may not have an abnormality, so the connection establishment apparatus may acquire the count value of the target counter to further determine whether the first network device has an abnormality.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target counter is configured to record the number of times the first network device releases the first connection.
It will be appreciated that the count value of the target counter characterizes: the connection establishment means receives the number of times of connection release messages sent by the first network device, the connection release messages being used to instruct the connection establishment means to release the first connection.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment apparatus may detect the target counter to obtain the count value of the target counter.
It may be appreciated that if the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value (for example, the number of times the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value (for example, 3 times), the first network device may be considered to be abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishment apparatus may prohibit the connection establishment request from being sent to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell (i.e., the connection establishment apparatus does not search for the target network any more), so as to avoid the connection establishment apparatus from repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the first network device.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the target network specifically may include any one of the following: SA network, NSA network, LTE network, 3G network, etc.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment request is used to request establishment of a first connection.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the connection establishment device and the second network device.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the connection establishment device prohibits sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, the connection establishment device may reset the count value of the target counter to 0, and send the target connection establishment request to the second network device of the second cell.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the second cell may specifically include any one of the following: NSA cell, LTE cell, 3G cell, etc. The second network device may specifically be: a dual mode network device.
Further alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the second network device and the first network device may be the same network device, or different network devices.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the connection establishment device and the second network device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the second connection may specifically be: RRC connection.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the connection establishment device sends the target connection establishment request to the second network device, the connection establishment device may establish a second connection between the connection establishment device and the second network device according to the target connection establishment response sent by the second network device, so that the connection establishment device may perform network registration in the second cell through the second connection.
In the embodiment of the present application, if the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, it may be considered that the first network device has released the first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device for multiple times, that is, the first network device may be abnormal, so the connection establishment apparatus may prohibit sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, so as to avoid the situation that the connection establishment apparatus repeatedly sends the connection establishment request to the first network device, and directly send the target connection establishment request to the second network device, so as to quickly establish connection with the network devices of other cells.
Step 103, if the first cell does not meet the preset condition, the connection establishment device sends a target connection establishment request to the second network device of the second cell.
It may be understood that if the first cell does not meet the preset condition, that is, the forbidden cell list includes the identifier of the first cell, it may be considered that the first network device is abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishment apparatus may directly send the target connection establishment request to the second network device.
Further alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment apparatus may reset the count value of the target counter to 0, and prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network, and send the target connection establishment request to the second network device.
In the embodiment of the application, the connection establishment device can directly send the connection establishment request to the network equipment of other cells under the condition that the first network equipment is abnormal, instead of repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the first network equipment, so that the time consumption for establishing connection between the connection establishment device and the network equipment can be reduced, and the network registration efficiency of the connection establishment device can be improved.
In the connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the first network device in the first cell releases the first connection between the connection establishment device and the first network device, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishment device may acquire the release number of times that the first network device releases the first connection, and in the case that the release number of times is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, the connection establishment device prohibits the connection establishment device from sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and sends a connection establishment request for requesting to establish a connection between the connection establishment device and the second network device to the second network device in the second cell, or if the first cell does not meet the preset condition, the connection establishment device may send a connection establishment request for requesting to establish a connection between the connection establishment device and the second network device to the second network device in the second cell. Because the connection establishment means may determine whether the first cell satisfies the preset condition when the first network device releases the first connection, and determine whether the number of times the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to the preset threshold when the first cell satisfies the preset condition, so if the number of times of release is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the connection establishment means may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and prohibit the connection establishment means from sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and send a connection establishment request to the second network device, or determine that the first network device is abnormal when the first cell is determined not to satisfy the preset condition, and directly send a connection establishment request to the second network device, that is, when the network device of one cell (i.e., the first cell) is abnormal, the connection establishment means may not repeatedly send a connection establishment request to the network device of the one cell, so that the connection establishment of the connection establishment means and the network device may be reduced, and the connection registration time may be increased, and the connection establishment means may be established.
The connection establishment means will be illustrated below as to how the identity of the first cell is added to the forbidden cell list.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 2, before "prohibit sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a target network corresponding to a first cell" in the above step 102, the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 201, and the above step 102 may be specifically implemented by the following step 102 a.
Step 201, if the first cell meets a preset condition, the connection establishment device acquires the count value of the target counter, and if the count value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the connection establishment device adds the identifier of the first cell into a forbidden cell list of the connection establishment device.
In the embodiment of the present application, the forbidden cell list includes the identities of M cells, and each cell in the M cells is a cell in which the connection establishment device is forbidden to send a connection establishment request.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, for each of the M cell identities, if the network device of one cell releases the connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the network device of the one cell, the connection establishment apparatus may acquire a count value of one counter (the count value of the one counter is used for recording the number of times the network device of the one cell releases the connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the network device of the one cell), and add the identity of the one cell to the forbidden cell list if the count value of the one counter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, so as to add the identity of the M cells to the forbidden cell list.
It may be understood that, after the connection establishment means adds the identifier of the first cell to the forbidden cell list, if the network device of any one of the m+1 cells releases the connection between the connection establishment means and the network device of the any one cell, the connection establishment means may directly prohibit sending of the connection establishment request to all network devices of the network corresponding to the any one cell, and send the connection establishment request to the network devices of other cells.
Step 102a, the connection establishment means prohibits sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and sends the target connection establishment request to the second network device of the second cell.
It should be noted that, for the description of the step 102a, reference may be made to the specific description in the step 102, and the embodiments of the present application are not repeated here.
Therefore, the connection establishment device can add the identifier of the first cell into the forbidden cell list, so that when the network equipment of the first cell releases the connection between the connection establishment device and the network equipment, the connection establishment device can directly send the connection establishment request to the network equipment of other cells instead of repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the network equipment, thereby reducing the time consumption for establishing connection between the connection establishment device and the network equipment, and improving the network registration efficiency of the connection establishment device.
Of course, it may happen that the first network device is abnormal during a period of time, so the connection establishment means may prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell during a period of time.
In the following, it will be exemplified how the connection establishment means prohibits sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell for a period of time.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 2, the above step 102 may be specifically implemented by the following step 102 b.
Step 102b, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishment device acquires the count value of the target counter, and starts the timer if the count value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, and prohibits sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network and sends the target connection establishment request to the second network device of the second cell before the timer is overtime.
It will be appreciated that the connection establishment means cannot send a connection establishment request to all network devices of the target network within the timeout period corresponding to the timer.
Further alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the timeout period may specifically be 12 minutes (min).
In the embodiment of the present application, since the first network device may be abnormal in a certain period of time, the connection establishment apparatus may start a timer to prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network in a certain period of time.
As can be seen from this, since the connection establishment means can prohibit the transmission of the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network for a period of time, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the abnormality occurring in the first network device has been solved, and the connection establishment means still prohibits the transmission of the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network (including the first network device in the network device of the target network), so that the flexibility of the connection establishment between the connection establishment means and the network device can be improved.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 4, after the step 102b, the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 301.
Step 301, after the timer expires, the connection establishment apparatus sends a connection establishment request to the network device of the target cell.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target cell includes any one of the following: the cell where the target network is located, a second cell.
Further optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the timer expires, the connection establishment apparatus may delete the identifier of the first cell from the forbidden cell list, and send a connection establishment request to the network device of the target cell.
It will be appreciated that the anomaly occurring in the first network device may have been resolved after the timer has expired, and therefore the connection establishment means may delete the identity of the first cell from the forbidden cell list. At this time, if the connection establishment apparatus needs to establish a connection with the network device, the connection establishment apparatus may send a connection establishment request to the network devices of all cells.
Therefore, after the timer is overtime, the connection establishment device can send connection establishment requests to the network devices of all the cells, so that the connection establishment device can establish connection with the network device of the cell with the strongest signal parameter in all the cells, and the flexibility of connection establishment between the connection establishment device and the network device can be improved.
Further optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, for each of the identities of the M cells, after the connection establishment apparatus adds the identity of one cell to the forbidden cell list, the connection establishment apparatus may start one timer, prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the network corresponding to the one cell before the one timer expires, and after the one timer expires, the connection establishment apparatus may delete the identity of the one cell from the forbidden cell list.
Of course, the connection establishment apparatus may also reduce the time consumed for the connection establishment apparatus to establish a connection with the network device by adjusting the time interval during which the connection establishment apparatus sends the connection establishment request.
In the following, it will be exemplified how the connection establishment means adjusts the time interval during which the connection establishment means sends a connection establishment request.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, before the step 101, the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include a step 401 described below, and the step 102 described above may be replaced by a step 104 described below.
Step 401, the connection establishment means sends a first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a first connection.
Further optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the connection establishment apparatus is in an idle state, the connection establishment apparatus may send a first connection establishment request (sa registration request) to the first network device, and establish a first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device according to the first connection establishment response sent by the first network device, and if the first network device releases the first connection, the connection establishment apparatus may send the first connection establishment request to the first network device again after a target time interval after a time when the first network device releases the first connection, so as to send the first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval.
Further alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the target time interval may be specifically 10 seconds(s).
Step 104, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishment device acquires the count value of the target counter, and reduces the target time interval if the count value is smaller than the preset threshold value, and sends a first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the reduced target time interval.
Further alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the reduced target time interval may specifically be 5s.
In the embodiment of the present application, if the count value is smaller than the preset threshold value, it may be considered that the first network device may be abnormal, so the connection establishment apparatus may reduce the target time interval, and send the first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the reduced target time interval, that is, frequently send the first connection establishment request to the first network device, so if the first network device is abnormal, the first network device frequently releases the connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device, so that the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value.
As can be seen from this, the connection establishment apparatus may send a connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval, and reduce the target time interval and send the connection establishment request to the first network device again when the number of times of releasing the first connection by the first network device is less than the preset threshold value, so that whether the first network device is abnormal can be quickly determined, and thus, the time consumed for establishing connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the network device can be reduced, and thus, the network registration efficiency of the connection establishment apparatus can be improved.
It should be noted that, in the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution body may be the connection establishment device in the above embodiment, or a control module in the connection establishment device for executing the connection establishment method. In the embodiment of the present application, a connection establishment method performed by a connection establishment device is taken as an example, and the device of the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.

The radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send a target connection establishment request to a second network device of the second cell if the first cell does not meet the preset condition.
The target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the UE and the second network device.
In the UE provided in the embodiment of the present application, when the first network device releases the first connection, the UE may determine whether the first cell satisfies the preset condition, and determine whether the number of times the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to the preset threshold when determining that the first cell satisfies the preset condition, so if the number of times of release is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the UE may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and prohibit the UE from sending a connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and send a connection establishment request to the second network device, or determine that the first network device is abnormal when determining that the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, and directly send a connection establishment request to the second network device, that is, when the network device of one cell (i.e., the first cell) is abnormal, the UE does not repeatedly send a connection establishment request to the network device of the one cell, so that the time consumed for the UE and the network device to establish connection can be reduced, and the network registration efficiency can be improved.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the processor 110 is further configured to add the identity of the first cell to a forbidden cell list of the UE.
The forbidden cell list includes the identities of M cells, and each cell is a cell in which the UE is forbidden to send a connection establishment request.
Therefore, the UE can add the identifier of the first cell to the forbidden cell list, so that when the network device of the first cell releases the connection between the UE and the network device, the UE can directly send a connection establishment request to the network device of other cells, instead of repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the network device, thereby reducing the time consumption for establishing connection between the UE and the network device, and improving the network registration efficiency of the UE.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the processor 110 is specifically configured to start a timer, and prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network before the timer expires.
As can be seen from this, since the UE can prohibit the connection establishment request from being sent to the network device of the target network for a period of time, it can be avoided that the abnormality occurring in the first network device has been resolved, and the UE can still prohibit the connection establishment request from being sent to the network device of the target network (the network device of the target network includes the first network device), so that the flexibility of connection establishment between the UE and the network device can be improved.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send a connection establishment request to the network device of the target cell after the timer expires.
Wherein the target cell includes any one of the following: the cell where the target network is located, a second cell.
As can be seen from this, after the timer expires, the UE may send a connection establishment request to the network devices of all the cells, so that the UE may establish a connection with the network device of the cell with the strongest signal parameter in all the cells, and thus, the flexibility of establishing a connection between the UE and the network device may be improved.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send, at a target time interval, a first connection establishment request to the first network device; the first connection establishment request is for requesting establishment of a first connection.
The processor 110 is further configured to reduce the target time interval if the count value is less than the preset threshold value, and send a first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the reduced target time interval.
As can be seen from this, the UE may send a connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval, and reduce the target time interval and send the connection establishment request to the first network device again when the number of times the first network device releases the first connection is smaller than the preset threshold value, so that it can be quickly determined whether the first network device is abnormal, thereby reducing the time required for establishing connection between the UE and the network device, and improving the network registration efficiency of the UE.
