Description

Connection establishment method and device and user equipment
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to a connection establishing method, a connection establishing device and user equipment.
Background
Currently, when a User Equipment (UE) registers with a network in a New Radio (NR) cell, the UE may first establish a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with a base station of the NR cell through a random access procedure, so that the UE enters a connected state, and then perform registration of the NR network in the NR cell.
However, since there may be a case where the base station of the NR cell is abnormal, after the UE establishes the RRC connection with the base station of the NR cell, the UE releases the RRC connection according to the indication of the base station of the NR cell, then sends an RRC connection establishment request to the base station of the NR cell, and repeats the above steps until the maximum number of times of sending the RRC connection establishment request of the UE is reached. Thus, it takes a long time for the UE to establish the RRC connection with the base station.
This may result in inefficient registration of the UE with the network.

Fig. 1 illustrates an architecture diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the communication system may include a UE01, a network device 02, and a core network device 03.
Among other things, the UE01 may establish a connection and communicate with the network device 02, such as: UE01 may send an RRC connection establishment request (rrcsetuprequest) to network device 02, where the rrcsetuprequest carries an RRC connection establishment cause and an identifier of UE01, so that network device 02 may establish a context for UE01 and perform admission and resource allocation of SRB1 resources according to the rrcsetuprequest, and reply an RRC connection establishment response (rrcsetupq) to the UE, where the rrcsetupcarries SRB1 resource configuration information, so that UE01 may perform radio resource configuration according to the SRB1 resource configuration information in the rrcsetupp, so as to establish an RRC connection between UE01 and network device 02; the network device 02 may establish a connection and communicate with the core network device 03, for example, the network device 02 may send an initial MESSAGE to the core network device 03 after the UE01 establishes an RRC connection between the UE01 and the network device 02, so that the core network device 03 may initiate an initial context establishment procedure.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the UE01 and the network device 02 may be wirelessly connected, and the network device 02 and the core network device 03 may be connected by wire (or wirelessly). For example, to more clearly illustrate the connection relationships between the UE01 and the network device 02 and between the network device 02 and the core network device 03, fig. 1 illustrates the connection relationships between the UE01 and the network device 02 and between the network device 02 and the core network device 03 with solid lines.
The network device 02 may be a base station. A base station is a device deployed in a RAN for providing wireless communication functions for user equipment. The base stations may include various forms of dual-mode base stations, macro base stations, micro base stations, relay stations, access points, and so forth. In systems using different radio access technologies, names of devices having base station functions may be different, for example, the network device 03 may wait for a dual-mode base station supporting a stand-alone network (SA) and a non-stand-alone Network (NSA) in an NR network. As communication technology evolves, the name "base station" may change.
The connection establishing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
The connection establishing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a scene of network registration of the UE.
Assuming that the UE performs registration of the SA network of the NR in the SA cell of the NR, in the related art, the UE may first establish an RRC connection with the network device of the SA cell to enable the UE to enter a connected state, and then perform registration of the SA network in the SA cell. However, due to the fact that the network device of the SA cell may be abnormal, for example, the network device is a dual-mode base station supporting SA and NSA, and the dual-mode base station is configured to complete the connection between the NSA network and the core network device only, and is not configured to complete the connection between the SA network and the core network device. Then, after the UE establishes the RRC connection with the network device, the network device sends an INITIAL UE MESSAGE to the core network device, and the network device is not configured to complete the connection between the SA network and the core network device, so that the network device sends an RRC connection release MESSAGE to the UE, so that the UE can release the RRC connection with the network device according to the RRC connection release MESSAGE. Therefore, the UE will send an RRC connection establishment request to the network device again, and repeat the above steps, until the maximum number of times of sending the RRC connection establishment request of the UE is reached, the UE will not send an RRC connection establishment request to other network devices. Therefore, it takes a long time for the UE to establish the RRC connection with the network device.
However, in this embodiment of the present application, after the UE releases the RRC connection between the UE and the network device according to the RRC connection release message sent by the network device of the SA cell, the UE may first determine whether a forbidden cell list (SA forbidden cell list) of the UE includes a cell identifier (NCI) of the SA cell, and obtain a count value of an SA registration failure counter (SA registration failure count) of the UE to obtain the number of times that the network device releases the RRC connection (i.e., the count value, i.e., the number of times that the RRC connection release message sent by the network device is received) when determining that the forbidden cell list does not include the NCI of the SA cell. Then, the UE may prohibit sending the RRC connection establishment request to all network devices of the SA network corresponding to the SA cell and send the RRC connection establishment request to network devices of other cells (e.g., an NSA cell, an LTE cell, a 3G cell, etc.) when determining that the number of times of release is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value. Alternatively, in the case where it is determined that the NCI of the SA cell is not included in the forbidden cell list, the UE may directly send an RRC connection establishment request to network equipment of other cells (e.g., NSA cells, LTE cells, 3G cells, etc.). It can be understood that when the network device of the SA cell is abnormal, the UE does not repeatedly send the RRC connection establishment request to the network device of the SA cell, and therefore, the time consumption for establishing the RRC connection with the network device can be reduced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a connection establishment method according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a UE in an architecture of a communication system as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the connection establishment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include steps 101 and 102 (or step 103) described below.
Step 101, in a case where a first network device of a first cell releases a first connection between a connection establishment apparatus and the first network device, the connection establishment apparatus determines whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the connection establishing apparatus is in a connected state (i.e., establishes an RRC connection with the first network device), the connection establishing apparatus may receive an RRC connection Release message (RRC Release) sent by the first network device, and Release the first connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the first network device according to the RRC connection Release message, so that the connection establishing apparatus may determine whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the first cell may include any one of the following: SA cells, NSA cells, LTE cells, 3G cells, etc. The first network device may specifically be: a dual mode network device. For example: a dual mode network device supporting SA and NSA.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the connection establishing apparatus may specifically be: a dual mode electronic device. For example: a dual mode electronic device supporting SA and NSA.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first connection may specifically be: and (4) RRC connection.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, after the connection establishing apparatus releases the first connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the first network device according to the RRC connection release message, the connection establishing apparatus may trigger a count value of a target counter (SA registration failure counter) to be increased by 1, and then determine whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the preset condition may specifically be: the identity of the first cell is not included in the forbidden cell list of the connection establishment apparatus.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the identifier of the first cell may specifically be: the NR cell ID of the first cell.
Further optionally, in this embodiment, the forbidden cell list includes an identifier of at least one cell (for example, M cells in the following embodiments), and each cell is a cell for which the connection establishment apparatus prohibits sending the connection establishment request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the connection establishing apparatus may detect the forbidden cell list to determine whether the forbidden cell list includes an identifier of the first cell, so as to determine whether the first cell meets a preset condition.
Step 102, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishment apparatus obtains a count value of the target counter, and prohibits sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a target network corresponding to the first cell and sends a target connection establishment request to a second network device of the second cell when the count value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, if the first cell meets the preset condition, it may be determined that the first network device may not be abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishing apparatus may obtain the count value of the target counter to further determine whether the first network device is abnormal.
In this embodiment of the present application, the target counter is used to record the number of times that the first network device releases the first connection.
It will be appreciated that the count value of the target counter characterizes: the connection establishing device receives the number of times of connection release messages sent by the first network equipment, and the connection release messages are used for indicating the connection establishing device to release the first connection.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the connection establishing apparatus may detect the target counter to obtain a count value of the target counter.
It can be understood that, if the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to the preset threshold (configured 5G SA count MAX), that is, the number of times that the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to the preset threshold (for example, 3 times), it may be considered that the first network device is abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishing apparatus may prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell (that is, the connection establishing apparatus does not search for the target network any more), so as to avoid the connection establishing apparatus from repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the first network device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target network may specifically include any one of the following: SA networks, NSA networks, LTE networks, 3G networks, etc.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the connection establishment request is used to request establishment of a first connection.
In this embodiment of the application, the target connection establishment request is used to request establishment of a second connection between the connection establishment apparatus and a second network device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after the connection establishing apparatus prohibits sending the connection establishing request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, the connection establishing apparatus may reset the count value of the target counter to 0, and send the target connection establishing request to the second network device of the second cell.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second cell specifically may include any one of the following: NSA cells, LTE cells, 3G cells, etc. The second network device may specifically be: a dual mode network device.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second network device and the first network device may be the same network device or different network devices.
In this embodiment of the application, the target connection establishment request is used to request establishment of a second connection between the connection establishment apparatus and a second network device.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second connection specifically may be: and (4) RRC connection.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after the connection establishing apparatus sends the target connection establishing request to the second network device, the connection establishing apparatus may establish a second connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the second network device according to a target connection establishing response sent by the second network device, so that the connection establishing apparatus may perform network registration in the second cell through the second connection.
In this embodiment, if the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, it may be considered that the first network device has released the first connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the first network device for multiple times, that is, the first network device may be abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishment apparatus may prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, so as to avoid a situation that the connection establishment apparatus repeatedly sends the connection establishment request to the first network device, and directly send the target connection establishment request to the second network device, so as to quickly establish a connection with the network devices of other cells.
Step 103, if the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, the connection establishing apparatus sends a target connection establishing request to the second network device of the second cell.
It can be understood that, if the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, that is, the forbidden cell list includes the identifier of the first cell, it may be considered that the first network device has an abnormality, and therefore, the connection establishing apparatus may directly send the target connection establishing request to the second network device.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the connection establishing apparatus may reset the count value of the target counter to 0, prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network, and send the target connection establishment request to the second network device.
In the embodiment of the present application, because the connection establishing apparatus may directly send the connection establishing request to the network devices of other cells under the condition that it is determined that the first network device is abnormal, rather than repeatedly sending the connection establishing request to the first network device, time consumed for establishing a connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the network devices may be reduced, and thus, efficiency of registering the network by the connection establishing apparatus may be improved.
In the connection establishing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, when the first network device in the first cell releases the first connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the first network device, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishing means may obtain the number of releases of the first connection by the first network device, and the connection establishing device prohibits the connection establishing device from sending a connection establishing request to the network equipment of the target network corresponding to the first cell under the condition that the releasing times is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, and transmits a connection establishment request for requesting establishment of a connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the second network device to the second network device of the second cell, alternatively, if the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, the connection establishing apparatus may send, to the second network device of the second cell, a connection establishment request for requesting establishment of a connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the second network device. When the first network device releases the first connection, the connection establishing apparatus may determine whether the first cell satisfies a preset condition, and determine whether the number of times of releasing the first connection by the first network device is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value under the condition that the first cell satisfies the preset condition, so that if the number of times of releasing is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, the connection establishing apparatus may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and prohibit the connection establishing apparatus from sending a connection establishing request to a network device of a target network corresponding to the first cell, and send a connection establishing request to the second network device, or, under the condition that the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition, the connection establishing apparatus may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and directly send the connection establishing request to the second network device, that is, when the network device of one cell (i.e. the first cell) is abnormal, the connection establishing apparatus does not repeatedly send the connection establishing request to the network device of the one cell, so that the time consumption of establishing the connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the network device can be reduced, and thus, the efficiency of registering the network by the connection establishing apparatus can be improved.
It will be illustrated below how the connection establishing means adds the identity of the first cell to the forbidden cell list.
Optionally, in this embodiment, with reference to fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, before "prohibiting sending of the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell" in step 102, the connection establishment method provided in this embodiment may further include step 201 described below, and step 102 described above may be specifically implemented by step 102a described below.
Step 201, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishing apparatus obtains the count value of the target counter, and adds the identifier of the first cell into the forbidden cell list of the connection establishing apparatus when the count value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, the forbidden cell list includes identifiers of M cells, and each cell in the M cells is a cell for which the connection establishment apparatus prohibits sending the connection establishment request.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, for an identifier of each cell in the identifiers of the M cells, when the network device of one cell releases the connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the network device of the one cell, if the one cell meets a preset condition, the connection establishment apparatus may obtain a count value of one counter (the count value of the one counter is used to record, and the number of times that the network device of the one cell releases the connection between the connection establishment apparatus and the network device of the one cell is released), and when the count value of the one counter is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, add the identifier of the one cell into the forbidden cell list, so as to add the identifier of the M cell into the forbidden cell list.
It can be understood that, after the connection establishing apparatus adds the identifier of the first cell to the forbidden cell list, if the network device of any cell in the M +1 cells releases the connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the network device of the any cell, the connection establishing apparatus may directly prohibit sending the connection establishment request to all network devices of the network corresponding to the any cell, and send the connection establishment request to the network devices of other cells.
Step 102a, the connection establishing apparatus prohibits sending the connection establishing request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell, and sends the target connection establishing request to the second network device of the second cell.
It should be noted that, for the description of the step 102a, reference may be made to the specific description in the step 102, and details of the embodiment of the present application are not described herein again.
Therefore, since the connection establishing apparatus can add the identifier of the first cell into the forbidden cell list, when the network device of the first cell releases the connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the network device, the connection establishing apparatus can directly send the connection establishing request to the network devices of other cells, rather than repeatedly sending the connection establishing request to the network device, so that the time consumed for the connection establishing apparatus to establish the connection with the network device can be reduced, and thus, the efficiency of the connection establishing apparatus to register the network can be improved.
Of course, the first network device may be abnormal for a period of time, and thus, the connection establishing apparatus may also be configured to prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell for a period of time.
As will be illustrated below, how the connection establishing means prohibits sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network corresponding to the first cell for a period of time.
Alternatively, in this embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 4 in combination with fig. 2, the step 102 may be specifically implemented by a step 102b described below.
Step 102b, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishing device obtains a count value of the target counter, starts a timer when the count value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, and prohibits sending a connection establishing request to the network equipment of the target network and sends the target connection establishing request to the second network equipment of the second cell before the timer is overtime.
It is understood that the connection establishing apparatus cannot send the connection establishing request to all network devices of the target network within the timeout duration corresponding to the timer.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the timeout duration may be specifically 12 minutes (min).
In this embodiment, since the first network device may be abnormal for a certain period of time, the connection establishing apparatus may start a timer to prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network for a certain period of time.
Therefore, the connection establishing device can prohibit sending the connection establishing request to the network device of the target network within a period of time, so that the situation that the abnormality of the first network device is already solved, and the connection establishing device still prohibits sending the connection establishing request to the network device of the target network (the network device of the target network comprises the first network device) can be avoided, and thus, the flexibility of establishing connection between the connection establishing device and the network device can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, with reference to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5, after the step 102b, the connection establishing method provided in this embodiment may further include the following step 301.
Step 301, after the timer is overtime, the connection establishing apparatus sends a connection establishing request to the network device of the target cell.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target cell includes any one of: the cell where the target network is located and the second cell.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after the timer expires, the connection establishing apparatus may delete the identifier of the first cell from the forbidden cell list, and send a connection establishment request to the network device of the target cell.
It will be appreciated that the anomaly occurring at the first network device may have been resolved after the timer has expired, and therefore the connection establishing means may remove the identity of the first cell from the forbidden cell list. At this time, if the connection establishment apparatus needs to establish a connection with the network device, the connection establishment apparatus may send a connection establishment request to the network devices of all the cells.
Therefore, after the timer is overtime, the connection establishing device can send the connection establishing request to the network devices of all the cells, so that the connection establishing device can establish connection with the network device of the cell with the strongest signal parameter in all the cells, and thus, the flexibility of establishing connection between the connection establishing device and the network device can be improved.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, for an identifier of each cell in the identifiers of the M cells, after the connection establishing apparatus adds the identifier of one cell to the forbidden cell list, the connection establishing apparatus may start a timer, and prohibit sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a network corresponding to the one cell before the one timer expires, and after the one timer expires, the connection establishing apparatus may delete the identifier of the one cell from the forbidden cell list.
Of course, the connection establishing apparatus may also adjust the time interval for the connection establishing apparatus to send the connection establishing request, so as to reduce the time consumption for the connection establishing apparatus to establish the connection with the network device.
It will be illustrated how the connection establishing means adjusts the time interval during which the connection establishing means sends the connection establishment request.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, before the step 101, the connection establishing method provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 401, and the step 102 may be replaced with the following step 104.
Step 401, the connection establishing apparatus sends a first connection establishing request to the first network device according to the target time interval.
In this embodiment of the application, the first connection establishment request is used to request establishment of a first connection.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, when the connection establishing apparatus is in an idle state, the connection establishing apparatus may send a first connection establishment request (sa registration request) to the first network device, and establish a first connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the first network device according to a first connection establishment response sent by the first network device, and if the first network device releases the first connection, the connection establishing apparatus may send the first connection establishment request to the first network device again after a target time interval after a time when the first network device releases the first connection, so as to send the first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target time interval may specifically be 10 seconds(s).
Step 104, if the first cell meets the preset condition, the connection establishing apparatus obtains the count value of the target counter, and reduces the target time interval when the count value is smaller than the preset threshold value, and sends a first connection establishing request to the first network device according to the reduced target time interval.
Further optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the reduced target time interval may specifically be 5 s.
In this embodiment, if the count value is smaller than the preset threshold value, it may be determined that the first network device may be abnormal, and therefore, the connection establishing apparatus may decrease the target time interval, and send the first connection establishing request to the first network device according to the decreased target time interval, that is, frequently send the first connection establishing request to the first network device, so that, if the first network device is abnormal, the first network device may frequently release the connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the first network device, so that the count value of the target counter is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value.
Therefore, the connection establishing apparatus may send the connection establishing request to the first network device according to the target time interval, reduce the target time interval when the number of times of releasing the first connection by the first network device is less than the preset threshold, and send the connection establishing request to the first network device again, so that it may be quickly determined whether the first network device is abnormal, and thus, time consumed for establishing the connection between the connection establishing apparatus and the network device may be reduced, and thus, efficiency of registering the network by the connection establishing apparatus may be improved.

It should be noted that the user equipment in the embodiment of the present application includes the mobile electronic device and the non-mobile electronic device described above.
Fig. 8 is a schematic hardware structure diagram of a user equipment implementing an embodiment of the present application.
The user equipment 100 includes but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 101, a network module 102, an audio output unit 103, an input unit 104, a sensor 105, a display unit 106, a user input unit 107, an interface unit 108, a memory 109, and a processor 110.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the user device 100 may further include a power supply (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 110 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. The user equipment structure shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the user equipment, and the user equipment may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or arrange different components, and thus, the description is omitted here.
The processor 110 is configured to, when a first network device of a first cell releases a first connection between the UE and the first network device, obtain a count value of a target counter if the first cell meets a preset condition, and prohibit sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a target network corresponding to the first cell when the count value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; the target counter is used for recording the releasing times of the first network equipment for releasing the first connection.
A radio frequency unit 101, configured to send a target connection establishment request to a second network device of a second cell.
The radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send a target connection establishment request to a second network device of a second cell if the first cell does not satisfy the preset condition.
The target connection establishment request is used for requesting to establish a second connection between the UE and a second network device.
In the UE provided in this embodiment of the present application, when a first network device releases a first connection, the UE may first determine whether a first cell meets a preset condition, and determine whether a number of times that the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value under the condition that the first cell meets the preset condition, so that, if the number of times that the first network device releases the first connection is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, the UE may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and prohibit the UE from sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a target network corresponding to the first cell, and send a connection establishment request to a second network device, or, when the first cell does not meet the preset condition, the UE may determine that the first network device is abnormal, and directly send a connection establishment request to the second network device, that is, when a network device of one cell (i.e., the first cell) is abnormal, the UE does not repeatedly send the connection establishment request to the network equipment of the cell, so that the time consumption for establishing the connection between the UE and the network equipment can be reduced, and the efficiency of registering the network by the UE can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the processor 110 is further configured to add the identifier of the first cell to a forbidden cell list of the UE.
Wherein, the forbidden cell list includes the identifiers of M cells, and each cell is a cell for which the UE prohibits sending the connection establishment request.
Therefore, since the UE can add the identifier of the first cell into the forbidden cell list, when the network device of the first cell releases the connection between the UE and the network device, the UE can directly send the connection establishment request to the network devices of other cells instead of repeatedly sending the connection establishment request to the network device, so that the time consumption for establishing the connection between the UE and the network device can be reduced, and thus, the efficiency of registering the network by the UE can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the processor 110 is specifically configured to start a timer, and prohibit sending a connection establishment request to a network device of a target network before the timer expires.
Therefore, since the UE can prohibit sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network for a period of time, it is possible to avoid a situation that the abnormality occurring in the first network device has been solved, and the UE still prohibits sending the connection establishment request to the network device of the target network (the network device of the target network includes the first network device), so that flexibility of establishing connection between the UE and the network device can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send a connection establishment request to the network device of the target cell after the timer expires.
Wherein the target cell includes any one of: the cell where the target network is located and the second cell.
Therefore, after the timer is overtime, the UE can send a connection establishment request to the network devices of all the cells, so that the UE can establish a connection with the network device of the cell with the strongest signal parameter in all the cells, and thus, the flexibility of establishing a connection between the UE and the network device can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 101 is further configured to send a first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval; the first connection establishment request is for requesting establishment of a first connection.
The processor 110 is further configured to reduce the target time interval when the count value is smaller than the preset threshold value, and send the first connection establishment request to the first network device according to the reduced target time interval.
Therefore, the UE may send the connection establishment request to the first network device according to the target time interval, reduce the target time interval when the number of times of releasing the first connection by the first network device is less than the preset threshold, and send the connection establishment request to the first network device again, so that whether the first network device is abnormal may be quickly determined, and thus, time consumed for establishing the connection between the UE and the network device may be reduced, and thus, efficiency of registering the network by the UE may be improved.
