Such a device may include: cellular or other communication devices such as personal computers, tablets, etc. having single or multi-line displays or cellular or other communication devices without multi-line displays; PCS (Personal Communications Service), which may combine voice, data processing, facsimile and/or data communication capabilities; a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), which may include a radio frequency receiver, a pager, internet/intranet access, a web browser, a notepad, a calendar and/or a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver; a conventional laptop and/or palmtop computer or other device having and/or including a radio frequency receiver. As used herein, a "client," "terminal device" can be portable, transportable, installed in a vehicle (aeronautical, maritime, and/or land-based), or situated and/or configured to operate locally and/or in a distributed fashion at any other location(s) on earth and/or in space. The "client", "terminal Device" used herein may also be a communication terminal, a web terminal, a music/video playing terminal, such as a PDA, an MID (Mobile Internet Device) and/or a Mobile phone with music/video playing function, and may also be a smart tv, a set-top box, and the like.
The hardware referred to by the names "server", "client", "service node", etc. is essentially an electronic device with the performance of a personal computer, and is a hardware device having necessary components disclosed by the von neumann principle such as a central processing unit (including an arithmetic unit and a controller), a memory, an input device, an output device, etc., a computer program is stored in the memory, and the central processing unit calls a program stored in an external memory into the internal memory to run, executes instructions in the program, and interacts with the input and output devices, thereby completing a specific function.
It should be noted that the concept of "server" as referred to in this application can be extended to the case of a server cluster. According to the network deployment principle understood by those skilled in the art, the servers should be logically divided, and in physical space, the servers may be independent from each other but can be called through an interface, or may be integrated into one physical computer or a set of computer clusters. Those skilled in the art will appreciate this variation and should not be so limited as to restrict the implementation of the network deployment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the hardware basis required for implementing the related art embodiments of the present application may be deployed according to the architecture shown in the figure. The server 80 is deployed at the cloud end, and serves as a front-end application server, and is responsible for further connecting a related audio data server, a video streaming server, and other servers providing related support, so as to form a logically associated server cluster to provide services for related terminal devices, such as a smart phone 81 and a personal computer 82 shown in the figure. Both the smart phone and the personal computer can access the internet through a known network access mode, and establish a data communication link with the cloud server 80 so as to run a terminal application program related to the service provided by the server. In the related technical solution of the present application, the server 80 may be responsible for collecting audio data of the anchor user, and the terminal correspondingly starts an application program for sending the audio data of the terminal. Similarly, the server 80 may also be responsible for implementing services related to facial expression quantification.
The application program refers to an application program running on a server or a terminal device, the application program implements the related technical scheme of the application in a programming mode, a program code of the application program can be saved in a nonvolatile storage medium which can be identified by a computer in a form of a computer executable instruction, and is called into a memory by a central processing unit to run, and the related device of the application is constructed by running the application program on the computer.
For the server, the application program is usually constructed as a service process, and a corresponding program interface is opened for remote call of the application program running on various terminal devices.
For various terminal devices which are popular at present, particularly for mobile devices such as tablets and mobile phones, camera devices such as a camera are usually built in, or a personal computer can be externally connected to the camera devices.
The technical scheme suitable for being implemented in the terminal device in the application can also be programmed and built in an application program providing live webcasting, and the technical scheme is used as a part of extended functions. The live webcast refers to a live webcast room network service realized based on the network deployment architecture.
The live broadcast room is a video chat room realized by means of an internet technology, generally has an audio and video broadcast control function and comprises a main broadcast user and audience users, wherein the audience users can comprise registered users registered in a platform or unregistered tourist users; either registered users who are interested in the anchor user or registered or unregistered users who are not interested in the anchor user. The interaction between the anchor user and the audience user can be realized through known online interaction modes such as voice, video, characters and the like, generally, the anchor user performs programs for the audience user in the form of audio and video streams, and economic transaction behaviors can also be generated in the interaction process. Of course, the application form of the live broadcast room is not limited to online entertainment, and can be popularized to other relevant scenes, such as an educational training scene, a video conference scene, a product recommendation and sale scene, and any other scene needing similar interaction.
The person skilled in the art will know this: although the various methods of the present application are described based on the same concept so as to be common to each other, they may be independently performed unless otherwise specified. In the same way, for each embodiment disclosed in the present application, it is proposed based on the same inventive concept, and therefore, concepts of the same expression and concepts of which expressions are different but are appropriately changed only for convenience should be equally understood.
Referring to fig. 2, a virtual gift transmission method of the present application is executed by an application program on a user side, and in an exemplary embodiment, the method includes the following steps:
step S11, responding to a first tapping instruction sent by any other user in the live broadcast room, outputting corresponding perceivable information, and calling a tap-back operation entry:
responding to the first flapping instruction sent by any other user in the live broadcast room in the current live broadcast room, outputting corresponding sensible information in a graphical user interface of the current live broadcast room according to the first flapping instruction, and then changing out the retaking operation entrance in the graphical user interface.
The first tapping instruction is generated by any other user in the current live broadcast room through a touch event and is sent to the live broadcast room of the current user, the touch event generally refers to an event that a hardware device of the terminal device is controlled to execute a touch operation aiming at a corresponding control in the live broadcast room, for example, a user can select a graphic or animation special effect of a target user from users listed in the control through the control in the current live broadcast room, and execute one or more times of touch operations on the graphic or animation special effect through a hardware device (a touch screen, a mouse or a keyboard) of the terminal device to generate the first tapping instruction, and the touch operations generally refer to click operations executed by the control responding to the hardware device of the terminal device of the user through the terminal device.
In an embodiment, the first tapping instruction is generated by a user through a control for generating the first tapping instruction in a graphical user interface of a touch live broadcast room, all users in the current live broadcast room are shown in the control, and the current user can select a corresponding user in the control to generate the first tapping instruction, so that the first tapping instruction is sent to the selected user.
After the current live broadcast room receives and responds to the first beating instruction, the corresponding sensible information is output in the live broadcast room according to the first beating instruction, for example, when the sensible information corresponding to the first beating instruction is vibration information, the current live broadcast room acquires vibration frequency information of the vibration information contained in the sensible information and drives vibration equipment of terminal equipment to which the current live broadcast room belongs to execute vibration operation according to the vibration frequency information, or when the sensible information corresponding to the first beating instruction is audio information, the current live broadcast room acquires audio data contained in the audio information of the sensible information and outputs the audio data through an audio player component, or when the sensible information corresponding to the first beating instruction is image-text information, the current live broadcast room acquires the image-text information of the sensible information, and the image-text information is visualized to be displayed in a graphical user interface of the current live broadcast room. The live broadcast room can enhance the perceivable informing effect of the first beating instruction by outputting the perceivable information, deepen the interaction between the user and the user in the live broadcast room, stimulate the beaten user to execute corresponding operation, and facilitate the beaten user to feedback the sending user of the first beating instruction. Furthermore, the perceivable information may include a combination of any multiple types of the above all types, that is, the vibration information, the audio information, and the image-text information are simultaneously displayed in the current live broadcast room according to the perceivable information, or the corresponding perceivable information is output according to the terminal device in the current live broadcast room, for example, when the terminal device is a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, the perceivable information of all types may be output to prompt the user. Those skilled in the art can design the perceivable information according to the actual service scenario, which is not repeated.
The live broadcast room responds to the first beating instruction and outputs the sensible information corresponding to the first beating instruction, and meanwhile, the retaking operation entrance is called out from the graphical user interface, the retaking operation entrance can be displayed in a pop-up window mode, personal characteristic information of a user to which the first beating instruction belongs, such as an avatar and a user name of the user, can be displayed in the pop-up window, and can be displayed by a graphical or animation special effect control, as shown in fig. 3, the pop-up window interface of the retaking operation entrance is displayed, and the personal characteristic information of the user to which the first beating instruction belongs and related retaking options are listed.
When the same audience user receives a plurality of first beating instructions sent by a plurality of users in the same time period, the first beating instructions can be added into a preset queue for queuing processing, so that the audience user can orderly process the first beating instructions. Of course, it can also be combined into the same first tapping command, and the one-time popup window is unified to show the back-tapping operation entry. The person skilled in the art is flexible in this respect.
It should be noted that the user sending the first tapping instruction may be a main user in a live broadcast room, or may be any audience user. The user receiving the first tapping instruction is typically an audience user.
Step S12, executing a virtual gift customizing flow in response to the operation event acting on the clap back operation entry:
and the user of the current live broadcast room selects one or more users to which the first flapping instructions displayed in the back-flapping operation entrance belong through the back-flapping operation entrance, the user selected by the user is taken as a target user in the live broadcast room, and a virtual gift customization control for the target user is displayed, so that the user customizes the virtual gift to be presented to the target user through the control, and the customization flow of the virtual gift is executed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the live broadcast room responding to the operation event of the snapshot operation entry includes the following steps:
step S121, loading the recalled snapshot operation entry in the current graphical user interface of the live broadcast room, where the snapshot operation entry includes a plurality of snapshot options, and the first snapshot option is adapted to execute the virtual gift customization process in response to an operation event:
the live broadcast room responds to the first beating instruction, the back-beating operation entry is loaded in the graphical user interface, the back-beating operation entry comprises a plurality of back-beating options, so that a user of the current live broadcast room selects a corresponding back-beating option for the user to which the first beating instruction belongs to perform corresponding back-beating interaction, for example, the back-beating operation entry and each back-beating option can refer to the example in fig. 3.
The shooting back option of the shooting back operation entrance comprises: the method comprises the following steps of selecting a back shooting option for customizing a virtual gift, a back shooting option for sending text information, a back shooting option for sending images and dynamic effects, a back shooting option for sending audio data, a back shooting option for sending a terminal device of a user to which the first beating instruction belongs to drive to vibrate, and the like. Those skilled in the art can provide one or more options according to different situations, and can design the types of the beating back options according to the requirements of the actual service scenario, which is not repeated.
Step S122, in response to the operation event acting on the first playback option, correspondingly executing the virtual gift customizing process, and displaying a plurality of virtual gift options:
when the shooting back option selected by the user of the current live broadcast room in the shooting back operation entrance for the first shooting instruction is the shooting back option for customizing the virtual gifts, the option is used as the first shooting back option to trigger the live broadcast room to respond to the operation events of the first shooting back, a plurality of virtual gift options are displayed in the graphical user interface, and the user can select corresponding virtual gifts from the virtual gift options.
The virtual gift options represent corresponding virtual gifts, a user can select the corresponding virtual gifts as target virtual gifts to give by touching the corresponding virtual gift options, and the types of the virtual gifts include: a virtual gift for displaying an animated special effect of a decorative accessory, a virtual gift for displaying an animated special effect of a text component, a virtual gift for displaying an animated special effect of an action special effect, and so forth. Specifically, the virtual gift for displaying the animation special effect of the decoration ornament may be the animation special effect of the glasses decoration ornament, the animation special effect of the cat ear decoration ornament, and the like, the virtual gift for displaying the animation special effect of the file assembly may be the animation special effect of a banner, the animation special effect of a special effect font, and the like, and the virtual gift for displaying the animation special effect of the action special effect may be the animation special effect of a face pinch, the animation special effect of a head clapping, and the like. Those skilled in the art can design the type of the virtual gift according to the requirements of the actual service scenario, and details are not repeated.
When the operational event is responded, the customization process of the selected virtual gift is initiated. Generally, the customization process of the virtual gifts mainly comprises the specific selection and confirmation operation of a user on a certain virtual gift. In one embodiment of the present application, the virtual gift may be extended to a virtual gift whose display position can be customized by the user, and the customization process may refer to the following descriptions:
responding to a virtual gift customization request of a user, a graphic user interface of a live broadcast room can display a positioning panel with a character model and a virtual gift, an audience user can adjust and position the relative position between the virtual gift and the character model through the positioning panel, after the audience user finishes positioning, the live broadcast room obtains the determined relative position data between the virtual gift and the character model in the positioning panel and sends the relative position data to a server, the server is triggered to determine the position relation between the virtual gift and a face model of a main broadcast user according to the data of two coordinate axes contained in the relative position data, the virtual gift is synthesized into the live broadcast stream of the current live broadcast room according to the position relation, and the live broadcast stream is broadcasted to the current live broadcast room.
Audience users pass through the positioning panel is current again virtual gift with relative position between the face model and confirm the location, in order to control the position that virtual gift shows in the live broadcast stream of current live broadcast room makes audience users pass through the location the position of virtual gift, and further with the main broadcast user of current live broadcast room carry out the interdynamic, promote the live broadcast atmosphere of live broadcast room.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, regarding an exemplary view of the positioning panel, in the positioning panel 90, the image 91 of the face model is typically loaded in the positioning panel in a position compared to the middle, the image 92 of the virtual gift documents the top level of the image 91 of the face model, the initial position of which is generally in the graphic 91 of the face model, the viewer user may, through a touch event, drag the image 92 of the virtual gift, and with reference to the image 91 of the character model, determining the relative position of the image 92 of the virtual gift and the image 91 of the character model, to locate the position of the virtual gift displayed in the live stream of the current live broadcast room, the confirmation control 93 is generally displayed in the positioning panel 90 below the image 91 of the face model, and, accordingly, a cancel control 94 for canceling the currently selected operation and closing the positioning panel 90 may be displayed in the positioning panel 90. Those skilled in the art can flexibly design the visualization mode of the positioning panel and the images and controls related thereto, which is not repeated herein.
The relative position data includes data of the two coordinate axes obtained by referring to the rectangular coordinate system in the positioning panel, and the data of the two coordinate axes generally refers to data of a coordinate system of a relative position of the face model and the rectangular coordinate system of the virtual gift in the positioning panel.
It can be seen that such a virtual gift with a user-customizable display position is generally provided, and when combined with the second tapping instruction of the present application, the interactive content corresponding to the interaction manner based on "one-tap", "one-stamp", and the like can be further enriched.
Step S123, after the current audience user selects a target virtual gift from the multiple virtual gift options, completing a virtual gift customizing process to subsequently encapsulate a virtual gift sending request corresponding to the target virtual gift:
and when the user selects the corresponding target virtual gift from the plurality of pieces of virtual gift information, the virtual gift customization process is completed, and the current live broadcast room encapsulates the corresponding virtual gift of the target virtual gift to generate a corresponding virtual gift sending request.

after the audience user finishes the virtual gift customization process through the back shooting operation entrance, the current live broadcast room calls the information of the target virtual gift to package according to the target virtual gift selected by the audience user so as to generate a request corresponding to the target virtual gift, and the request is sent to a server associated with the current live broadcast room so as to trigger the server to send the target virtual gift to the live broadcast room of the anchor user.
In an embodiment, the current live broadcast room sends a corresponding verification request to the server to trigger the server to verify the validity of the request, and further determine whether to perform the encapsulation operation for the virtual gift customized by the user, please refer to fig. 6, which includes the following specific implementation steps:
step S131, the server pre-checks whether the balance in the personal account of the current audience user is enough to pay the price of the virtual gift by sending a check request to the live broadcast room server, if so, the validity is met, otherwise, the validity is not met:
after the current live broadcast room responds to the virtual gift customization process, the verification request corresponding to the virtual gift is generated according to the target virtual gift selected by the user, the verification request is sent to the server, the server is triggered to inquire the price of the virtual gift in a corresponding database according to the virtual gift pointed by the verification request, the balance of the personal account of the audience user corresponding to the verification request is inquired according to the price, whether the balance is larger than or equal to the price of the virtual gift is judged, if yes, the server judges that the verification request meets the validity, and if not, the server judges that the verification request does not meet the validity.
In one embodiment, when the server verifies that the balance of the user's personal account does not satisfy the consideration of the virtual gift, a notification message for characterizing the insufficient balance is generated and sent to the user.
Step S132, detecting and checking whether the activity state of the current live broadcast room is in a split screen state of a plurality of anchor users for implementing video connection, if so, not meeting the validity, and if not, meeting the validity:
the method comprises the steps that a spectator live broadcast room checks the activity state of the current live broadcast room, whether the activity state of the live broadcast room is in a split-screen state of video connection implemented by a plurality of anchor users is judged, when the current activity state is in the split-screen state, the verification is judged to be not valid, and when the current activity state is not in the split-screen state, the verification is judged to be valid.
In one embodiment, when the current activity state is the split screen state, a notification message indicating that the current activity state is not suitable for virtual gift display is displayed in a graphical user interface of the current live broadcast room to notify the user.
Step S133, by sending a verification request to the live broadcast room server, the server verifies whether the program versions of the current viewer user and the anchor user in the live broadcast room are target versions, and if both are target versions, the validity is satisfied, otherwise, the validity is not satisfied:
the method comprises the steps that a program version of an application program of a current user is generated in a current live broadcast room, a verification request is sent to a server, so that the server responds to the verification request, the program version contained in the verification request is obtained, and whether the program versions of the two parties are the same or not is judged according to the comparison between the program version and the program version number of a main broadcast user in the live broadcast room, when the program versions are the same, the server judges that the verification request meets the validity, and when the program versions are not the same, the server judges that the verification request does not meet the validity.
In one embodiment, when the server determines that the verification request does not satisfy the validity, a notification message for representing that the program versions are different is generated and sent to the user.
Step S134, after confirming the validity of the above steps, performing encapsulation of the corresponding virtual gift sending request:
if the current live broadcast room passes all the checks, generating the virtual gift sending request for the target virtual gift package according to the target virtual gift customized by the user in the current live broadcast room, and if the current live broadcast room does not pass any one of the checks, not generating the virtual gift sending request for the target virtual gift package in the current live broadcast room, and displaying a notification message representing that the current customized virtual gift is invalid to a graphical user interface in the current live broadcast room.
Step S14, submitting the virtual gift sending request to the server to control the server to send the corresponding virtual gift to the anchor user, and sending a second tapping instruction to the anchor user to make it receive the corresponding perceivable information:

In one embodiment, the server determines whether the balance in the personal account of the user satisfies the price of the virtual gift to which the virtual gift sending request is directed, if so, executes the subsequent steps, and if not, sends a notification message for indicating that the balance does not satisfy the price of the virtual gift to the user.

In one embodiment, the server may obtain an animation description file of the virtual gift according to the virtual gift to which the virtual gift sending request is directed, where the animation description file generally refers to an image or an animation special effect of the virtual gift, so that the server performs live stream synthesis between the virtual gift and a corresponding live broadcast room according to the animation description file, and broadcasts the live stream to live broadcast rooms of all audience users and anchor users corresponding to the live broadcast room, so that the audience users and the anchor users obtain the live stream, and the live stream in the live broadcast room displays the image or the dynamic special effect in the animation description file of the virtual gift.
In a further embodiment, if the virtual gift is a virtual gift whose display position is customized by the user, in the process of synthesizing an animation description file of the virtual gift into a live stream, after the server acquires the relative position data, according to a face position of a main broadcast user who carries out live broadcast in the live broadcast room of the audience captured by artificial intelligence, the face position is used as an origin of a rectangular coordinate system of the live stream, so that the relative position data is used as a synthesis position in the rectangular coordinate system according to the origin, an image or an animation special effect of the virtual gift associated with the relative position data is synthesized into the synthesis position in the live stream, and then the image or the animation special effect of the virtual gift is synthesized into the live stream. Alternatively, the origin of the rectangular coordinate system may be a starting point of a corner of the image of the live stream, that is, the origin may be flexibly determined by a person skilled in the art according to the principles disclosed in the present application. Therefore, the relative position relation between the virtual gift and the character object in the live broadcast stream of the anchor user is well defined by the user, the expression capacity of the virtual gift on the simulated real interactive action can be enriched by designing the virtual gift into interesting actions such as face pinching, ear pinching and the like, the expressed information content is enhanced, the interactive interest is further enhanced, and the live broadcast room atmosphere is favorably activated.
In one embodiment, in the live broadcast room of the virtual gift broadcasted by the receiving server, the user personal information is displayed in a graphical user interface according to the user personal information of the user to which the virtual gift belongs so as to represent the sender of the virtual gift.
Step S143, sending the second tapping instruction to the anchor user, and outputting the perceivable information in the device:
and the server sends the second beating instruction to a main broadcasting user in the current live broadcasting room, wherein the second beating instruction comprises the sensible information, so that the main broadcasting user can obtain the sensible information and the user information after receiving the second beating instruction, the sensible information and the user information are output in equipment of the main broadcasting user, and the user information is subjected to visual processing, so that the user information is displayed in a graphical user interface to represent the virtual gift and a sender of the second beating instruction. The above exemplary embodiments and variations thereof fully disclose the embodiments of the virtual gift transmission method of the present application, but various variations thereof can be deduced by transforming and augmenting some technical means, and other embodiments are briefly described as follows:
in an embodiment, a streaming information display area is disposed in a graphical user interface of the live broadcast room, so that when the server broadcasts the user information of the user and the image or text information of the virtual gift to the live broadcast room according to the user of the sender of the second tapping instruction and the corresponding virtual gift, the live broadcast room generates the recording information of the second tapping instruction according to the user information and the image or text information of the virtual gift, and the recording information is visually displayed in the streaming information display area. And a plurality of recorded information can be pushed and displayed in the pipeline information display area at the same time, so that a user can determine the second beating instruction executed in the current live broadcast room.
In one embodiment, the user is allowed to configure the generation of the beating instruction, for example, please refer to fig. 8, the user configures one beat by opening a one beat setting window to display a corresponding configuration interface, a text editing control 60 for editing the text displayed in the text chat window or the graphical user interface when the user beats is displayed in the one beat setting window, the number of text words in the text editing control 60 can be generally limited within a range of 10, 15 or 20, after the user finishes editing through the text editing control 60, the user can determine the text content edited in the text editing control 60 by touching the submitting control 61, the opening control 62 and the closing control 63 are used to control the opening and closing of the one beat playing method of the user, if touching the closing control 63, the user will not participate in the one beat playing method during live broadcasting, and other users cannot send the first beating instruction to the user who closes the one beat method, if the opening control 62 is touched, the user opens the one-beat playing method, other users can send the first beating instruction to the user who opens the one-beat playing method, and the closing touch control 64 is used for closing the one-beat setting window.
In another implementation, in order to facilitate a user to quickly and efficiently select a user receiving the first tapping instruction, audience users in the current live space may be selected as target audience users by providing a preferred user area in the user's graphical user interface that shows a portion of the preferred users, taking the first tapping instruction issued to the target audience user, taking the anchor user as the initiator of the first tapping instruction as an example, the anchor user operates a corresponding one of the target audience users from part of the preferred users through the preferred user area, and triggers the live broadcast room to generate the first tapping instruction containing the perceptible information, and sending the first tapping instruction to the server, so that the server responds to the first tapping instruction, and sending the first beating instruction to a live broadcast room of the target user according to the target audience user pointed by the first beating instruction. Wherein, the part of the preferred users listed in the preferred user area can be audience users which are preferred according to the following modes:
ranking top quantitative partial preferred users according to an attribute of the audience users;
after sorting according to summarized data obtained by user behavior record data statistics of audience users, quantitatively optimizing the users in the front sorting part;
top quantitative partial preferred users are ranked according to viewer user activity level in the current live room.
Further, a virtual gift transmission device of the present application may be constructed by functionalizing the steps of the method disclosed in the above embodiments, and according to this concept, refer to fig. 9, wherein in one exemplary embodiment, the device includes: a perception response module 11, a gift-customizing module 12, a gift-packaging module 13, and a gift-sending module 14. The perception response module 11 is configured to respond to a first tapping instruction sent by any other user in the live broadcast room and output corresponding perception information, and call out a retake operation entry; a gift customizing module 12 for executing a virtual gift customizing flow in response to an operation event acting on the pat-back operation entry; a gift encapsulating module 13 for encapsulating the corresponding virtual gift sending request after the virtual gift customizing process is completed; the gift sending module 14 is configured to submit the virtual gift sending request to the server, so as to control the server to send the corresponding virtual gift to the anchor user, and send a second tapping instruction to the anchor user so that the anchor user receives the corresponding perceivable information.
In one embodiment, the gift-customization module 12 includes: the entrance loading unit is used for loading the called back shooting operation entrance in the current graphical user interface of the live broadcast room, and the back shooting operation entrance comprises a plurality of back shooting options, wherein the first back shooting option is suitable for responding to an operation event and executing the virtual gift customizing process; the event response unit is used for responding to the operation event acting on the first shooting back option, correspondingly executing the virtual gift customizing flow and displaying a plurality of virtual gift options; and the request encapsulating unit is used for completing the customization flow of the virtual gifts after the current audience user selects the target virtual gifts from the plurality of virtual gift options so as to subsequently encapsulate the corresponding virtual gift sending requests of the target virtual gifts.
In one embodiment, the gift-wrapping module 13 includes: the request sending unit is used for sending a verification request to the live broadcast room server, and the server pre-verifies whether the balance in the personal account of the current audience user is enough to pay the price of the virtual gift, if so, the validity is met, otherwise, the validity is not met;
the state checking unit is used for detecting and checking whether the activity state of the current live broadcast room is in a split screen state of video connection implemented by a plurality of anchor users, and if so, the validity is not met, and if not, the validity is met; the request sending unit is used for sending a verification request to a live broadcast room server, and the server verifies whether the program versions of the current audience user and the anchor user in the live broadcast room are target versions or not, and if the program versions are both the target versions, the validity is met, otherwise, the validity is not met; and a request encapsulation unit for performing encapsulation of the corresponding virtual gift sending request after confirming the validity of the above steps.
In one embodiment, the gift sending module 14 includes: a request sending unit, which is used for deducting the price of the virtual gift pointed by the virtual gift sending request from the personal account of the current audience user; the gift broadcasting unit is used for pushing the virtual gift broadcasting to a graphical user interface of a live broadcast room for display; and the instruction sending unit is used for sending the second beating instruction to the anchor user and outputting the perceivable information in the equipment of the anchor user.
Referring to fig. 10, a virtual gift request method of the present application, which is executed by an application program on the user side, includes the following steps:
step S24, sending a first tapping instruction for reminding a target audience user in a current live broadcast room of the audience user of the perceived interaction, so as to control a live broadcast room graphical user interface of the audience user to provide a back-tapping operation entry, where the back-tapping operation entry is used to execute a virtual gift customization process in response to an operation event of the audience user, and after completing the customization process, sending a customized virtual gift to a host user and replying a second tapping instruction:
a user of a current live broadcast room triggers the live broadcast room to generate a first flapping instruction containing the sensible information through a control used for selecting a corresponding target audience user to send the first flapping instruction in a main broadcast room, the first flapping instruction is sent to a server so that the server responds to the first flapping instruction, the first flapping instruction is sent to the live broadcast room of the target user according to the target audience user pointed by the first flapping instruction so that the target audience user responds to the first flapping instruction, the sensible information contained in the first flapping instruction is output, a flapping operation entrance is displayed in a graphical user interface of the live broadcast room, the live broadcast room executes a virtual gift customizing process through responding to an operation event of the flapping operation entrance, and a virtual gift sending request generated according to the virtual gift encapsulation is sent to the server, so that the server broadcasts the virtual gift and sends the virtual gift and the second tapping instruction to the anchor user.
Step S25, receiving the virtual gift sent by the second tapping instruction, outputting the perceivable information in the current device in response to the second tapping instruction, and displaying the virtual gift in the live broadcast:
and after receiving the second tapping instruction, the live broadcast room of the anchor user outputs the perceptible information in the terminal equipment of the anchor user, and the image or the animation special effect of the virtual gift is visually displayed in a graphical user interface according to the virtual gift corresponding to the second tapping instruction.
The above exemplary embodiments and variations thereof fully disclose the embodiments of the virtual gift request method of the present application, but various variations thereof may be deduced by transforming and augmenting some technical means, and other embodiments are briefly described as follows:
in one embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the virtual gift request method further includes the following pre-steps:
step S20, displaying a preferred user area in the current live broadcast room, for displaying part of preferred audience users in the current live broadcast room users, so as to select the target audience user from the preferred audience users, where the part of preferred audience users includes any one or more of the following:
the live broadcast room is provided with the preferable user area, and the preferable user area displays a part of preferable graphic or animation special effect information of the audience users in the current live broadcast room, so that the users in the current live broadcast room perform touch events through the controls corresponding to the corresponding audience users in the game user area, and the live broadcast room determines a receiver of the first flapping instruction.
Step S21, ranking top quantitative partial preferred users according to an attribute of the viewer user:
determining, from among the audience users, a part of preferred audience users in the preferred audience display area according to an attribute of all audience users in the current live broadcast room, where the attribute may be: the viewer user's historical spending amount in the live application, the balance in the viewer user's personal account, the user rating of the viewer user's personal account, etc.
The server determines the partially preferred audience users of the preferred user showing area according to one attribute of each audience user in the current live broadcast room, and broadcasts the user information of the determined partially preferred audience users to the current live broadcast room, so that one or more user information is displayed in the preferred user showing area in the live broadcast room.
Step S22, after sorting according to the summary data obtained by the user behavior record data statistics of the audience users, the quantitative partial preferred users sorted in the top are:
counting according to user behavior record data of all audience users in the current live broadcast room, acquiring the summarized data of all audience users, sequencing all audience users according to the summarized data, and determining part of the audience users with the preferred display user area by audience users with the highest sequencing order, wherein the user behavior record data can be as follows: the amount of the historical consumption of the audience user in the live application program, the number of the activities issued by the audience user in the live broadcast room and the like.
The server counts according to user behavior record data of each audience user in the current live broadcast room, obtains the summarized data of each audience user, sorts each audience user according to the summarized data, determines part of the preferred audience users in the display preferred user area from audience users in front of the sorted audience users, and broadcasts the user information of the determined part of the preferred audience users to the current live broadcast room so as to display one or more user information in the display preferred user area in the live broadcast room.
Step S23, ranking top quantitative partial preferred users according to the viewer user' S activity level in the current live broadcast room:
and sequencing according to the activity degrees of all audience users in the current live broadcast room, and determining part of the audience users showing the preferred user areas from the audience users in the front sequence, wherein the activity degrees generally refer to ranking data of activities released by the audience users participating in the current live broadcast room, for example, ranking data of the presenting times of virtual gift presenting activities released by the audience users participating in the current live broadcast room, ranking data of scores of singing activities released by the audience users participating in the current live broadcast room, and the like.
The server sorts according to the activity degree of each audience user in the current live broadcast room, determines part of the preferred audience users in the preferred user display area from the audience users in the front sorting, and broadcasts the user information of the determined part of the preferred audience users to the current live broadcast room so as to display one or more user information in the preferred user display area in the live broadcast room.
Further, a virtual gift request apparatus of the present application may be constructed by functionalizing the steps of the method disclosed in the above embodiments, and according to this idea, please refer to fig. 12, wherein in an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus includes: an instruction sending module 24 and a gift receiving module 25. The instruction sending module 24 is configured to send a first tapping instruction for reminding a target audience user of the perception interaction to control a live broadcast graphical user interface of the audience user to provide a back-tapping operation entry, where the back-tapping operation entry is used to execute a virtual gift customization process in response to an operation event of the audience user, and after the customization process is completed, send a customized virtual gift to a host user and reply a second tapping instruction; a gift receiving module 25, configured to receive the virtual gift sent by the second tapping instruction, output the perceivable information in the current device in response to the second tapping instruction, and display the virtual gift in the live broadcast.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, configured to run a computer program implemented according to the virtual gift transmission method or the virtual gift request method. Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a block diagram of a basic structure of a computer device according to the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 13, the internal structure of the computer device is schematically illustrated. The computer device includes a processor, a non-volatile storage medium, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system, a database and computer readable instructions, the database can store control information sequences, and the computer readable instructions can enable the processor to realize a virtual gift transmission method or a virtual gift request method when being executed by the processor. The processor of the computer device is used for providing calculation and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer device. The memory of the computer device may have stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to perform a virtual gift transmitting method or a virtual gift requesting method. The network interface of the computer device is used for connecting and communicating with the terminal. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 13 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In this embodiment, the processor is configured to perform specific functions of each module/sub-module in the virtual gift transmitting device or the virtual gift requesting device of the present invention, and the memory stores program codes and various types of data required for executing the modules. The network interface is used for data transmission to and from a user terminal or a server. The memory in this embodiment stores program codes and data necessary for executing all modules/submodules in the virtual gift transmitting device or the virtual gift requesting device, and the server can call the program codes and data of the server to execute the functions of all the submodules.
The present application also provides a non-volatile storage medium, wherein the virtual gift transmission method or the virtual gift request method is written as a computer program, and the computer program is stored in the storage medium in the form of computer readable instructions, and when the computer readable instructions are executed by one or more processors, the program is executed in a computer, so that the one or more processors execute the steps of the virtual gift transmission/request method according to any one of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a non-volatile storage medium such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
To sum up, this application makes audience user and anchor user can stimulate audience user in the current live broadcast room to give the virtual gift of self customization to the anchor user through the realization of the interactive mode of two-way beating instruction, stimulates audience user's consumption desire, simultaneously through exporting perceptible information in the equipment that receives the instruction of beating, strengthens the prompt effect of beating the instruction, and further stimulation audience user gives the desire of giving the virtual gift.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Those of skill in the art will appreciate that the various operations, methods, steps in the processes, acts, or solutions discussed in this application can be interchanged, modified, combined, or eliminated. Further, other steps, measures, or schemes in various operations, methods, or flows that have been discussed in this application can be alternated, altered, rearranged, broken down, combined, or deleted. Further, steps, measures, schemes in the prior art having various operations, methods, procedures disclosed in the present application may also be alternated, modified, rearranged, decomposed, combined, or deleted.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A method for virtual gift transmission, comprising the steps of:
responding to a first flapping instruction sent by any other user in the live broadcast room to output corresponding sensible information and calling out a rephotography operation entrance;
executing a virtual gift customization process in response to an operation event acting on the clap-back operation entry;
after the virtual gift customizing process is completed, packaging a corresponding virtual gift sending request;
and submitting the virtual gift sending request to the server to control the server to send the corresponding virtual gift to the anchor user, and sending a second beating instruction to the anchor user to enable the anchor user to receive the corresponding perceptible information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of executing a virtual gift customization process in response to an operational event acting on the clap back operational portal comprises:
loading the called back shooting operation inlet in a current graphical user interface of the live broadcast room, wherein the back shooting operation inlet comprises a plurality of back shooting options, and the first back shooting option is suitable for responding to an operation event and executing the virtual gift customization process;
responding to an operation event acting on the first shooting back option, correspondingly executing the virtual gift customization process, and displaying a plurality of virtual gift options;
and after the current audience user selects the target virtual gift from the plurality of virtual gift options, completing the virtual gift customization process so as to package a corresponding virtual gift sending request of the target virtual gift in the follow-up process.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of encapsulating the corresponding virtual gift sending request after the virtual gift customizing process is completed comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a check request is sent to a live broadcast room server, the server checks whether the balance in a personal account of a current audience user is enough to pay the price of the virtual gift or not in advance, if yes, the validity is met, and otherwise, the validity is not met;
detecting and checking whether the activity state of the current live broadcast room is in a split screen state of a plurality of anchor users for implementing video connection, wherein if yes, the validity is not met, and if not, the validity is met;
the method comprises the steps that a verification request is sent to a live broadcast room server, the server verifies whether program versions of current audience users and anchor users of a live broadcast room are target versions or not, validity is met when the program versions are both the target versions, and otherwise, the validity is not met;
after confirming the validity of the above steps, the encapsulation of the corresponding virtual gift sending request is performed.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after submitting the virtual gift sending request to a live broadcast, the live broadcast performs the following steps in response to the request:
deducting the price of the virtual gift pointed by the virtual gift sending request from the personal account of the current audience user;
pushing the virtual gift broadcast to a graphical user interface of a live broadcast room for display;
and sending the second beating instruction to the anchor user, and outputting the perceivable information in the equipment of the anchor user.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of submitting the virtual gift sending request to a live broadcast room is followed by:
and pushing and displaying the recording information about the second beating instruction executed to a stream information display area of the live broadcast.
6. A virtual gift requesting method comprising the steps of:
sending a first flapping instruction for reminding a target audience user of perception interaction to the target audience user in the current live broadcast room so as to control a live broadcast room graphical user interface of the audience user to provide a back flapping operation inlet, wherein the back flapping operation inlet is used for responding to an operation event of the audience user to execute a virtual gift customizing process, sending a customized virtual gift to a main broadcast user after the customizing process is completed, and replying a second flapping instruction;
receiving the virtual gift sent by the second beating instruction, responding to the second beating instruction, outputting the perceivable information in the current equipment, and displaying the virtual gift in the live broadcast room.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the preliminary steps of:
and displaying a preferred user area in the current live broadcast room, wherein the preferred user area is used for displaying part of preferred audience users in the current live broadcast room users for selecting the target audience users from the preferred audience users, and the part of preferred audience users comprise any one or more of the following:
ranking top quantitative partial preferred users according to an attribute of the audience users;
after sorting according to summarized data obtained by user behavior record data statistics of audience users, quantitatively optimizing the users in the front sorting part;
top quantitative partial preferred users are ranked according to viewer user activity level in the current live room.
8. A virtual gift transmitting device, comprising:
the perception response module is used for responding to a first flapping instruction sent by any other user in the live broadcast room, outputting corresponding perception information and calling out a rephotography operation entrance;
a gift customizing module for executing a virtual gift customizing flow in response to an operation event acting on the pat-back operation entrance;
a gift encapsulation module for encapsulating the corresponding virtual gift sending request after the virtual gift customizing process is completed;
and the gift sending module is used for submitting the virtual gift sending request to the server so as to control the server to send the corresponding virtual gift to the anchor user and send a second beating instruction to the anchor user so that the anchor user receives corresponding perceptible information.
9. A virtual gift requesting device, comprising:
the command sending module is used for sending a first flapping command for reminding a target audience user of perception interaction to the target audience user in the current live broadcast room so as to control a live broadcast room graphical user interface of the audience user to provide a back flapping operation inlet, the back flapping operation inlet is used for responding to an operation event of the audience user to execute a virtual gift customizing process, and after the customizing process is completed, sending a customized virtual gift to a main broadcast user and replying a second flapping command;
and the gift receiving module is used for receiving the virtual gift sent by the second beating instruction, responding to the second beating instruction, outputting the perceivable information in the current equipment, and displaying the virtual gift in the live broadcast room.
10. An electronic device comprising a central processor and a memory, wherein the central processor is configured to invoke execution of a computer program stored in the memory to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A non-volatile storage medium, characterized in that it stores, in the form of computer-readable instructions, a computer program implemented according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 7, which, when invoked by a computer, performs the steps comprised by the method.
