As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a train traction control simulation system, which includes a console, a computer host (PC), a PLC module, a practical training unit and an execution unit, where the practical training unit includes a practical training control board and a terminal board. The working principle of the train traction control simulation system is as follows:
1. wiring test
Firstly, inputting a competition question on an operation console, and issuing the competition question to a computer host by the operation console; and the host computer receives the competition questions issued by the console, determines corresponding operation logic according to the stored mapping relation, and sends the operation logic to the practical training control panel according to the information which should be acquired by the PLC module corresponding to the operation logic. The practical training control panel is provided with a processor, and after receiving the operation logic, the practical training control panel can generate corresponding switching value signals which are reflected on the wiring board.
Then, the competitor connects the PLC module and the wiring board; if the personnel of participating in the contest wiring is correct, then the PLC module just can gather these switching value signals correctly.
Then, the PLC module transmits the collected switching value signal (whether the switching value signal is correct or not) to the computer host through the COM port. The host computer not only stores the mapping relation between the competition questions and the operation logic, but also stores the correct switching value signals (namely correct acquisition information) under the corresponding operation logic. Therefore, the computer host can judge whether the wiring of the competitor is correct.
And finally, the computer sends the judgment result of whether the wiring of the competition personnel is correct to the console, and the console displays the judgment result.
That is, in a competition test, a competitor can operate on the PLC module, for example, design a schematic diagram according to a competition question, determine a corresponding operation logic according to the schematic diagram, and perform wiring between the PLC module and a wiring board according to the operation logic. For a certain competition subject, when the operation logic designed by the competition personnel is correct, namely the designed operation logic is the same as the operation logic stored in the computer host, and the wiring between the PLC module and the wiring board is also correct, at the moment, the PLC module can acquire the switching value signal which is generated by the simulation of the practical training control board and corresponds to the operation logic. When the wiring of the competitor is correct, the corresponding devices in the execution unit work, for example, a relay is closed, and a status indicator lamp is lighted.
The PLC module sends the collected switching value signals to the host computer, and the host computer compares the received switching value signals with the information which is stored by the host computer and is required to be collected by the PLC module, so that whether the operation logic design and the wiring of the competitor are correct or not can be known, and the result is sent to the console. And the console displays the corresponding connection result.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the competitor only needs to perform wiring between the PLC module and the wiring board, and all other lines are connected in advance. As another embodiment, in order to further investigate the wiring capability of the contestants, the contestants may connect the lines between the practical training control board and the connection board and between the PLC module and the execution unit.
In addition, as other embodiments, the execution unit can be connected to a wiring board or a practical training control board; adopt the mode of fixed connection, perhaps let the personnel of participating in the contest connect to examine the personnel's of participating in the contest ability.
The following describes the process of the wiring test with reference to specific examples:

If the wiring of the competitor is correct, an x terminal of the x, y and z terminals on the PLC module is connected with an A terminal, a y terminal of the x terminal is connected with a B terminal, a z terminal of the z terminal is connected with a C terminal, at the moment, x is 1, y is 1, z is 0, and a status indicator lamp for displaying the pantograph lifting in the execution unit is turned on. The PLC module sends the collected information of x 1, y 1 and z 0 to the host computer, and the host computer compares the received information with the information stored by the host computer, so that the wiring of the participators can be judged to be correct. The information stored in the PLC module is the operation logic of closing the corresponding relays K1 and K2 and opening the corresponding relay K3, and the PLC module is required to acquire the information. The computer host sends the correct wiring information to the console, and an icon indicating that the pantograph successfully rises is displayed on the console.
If the personnel of participating in the race wiring is wrong, the PLC module just can't gather x 1, y 1, z 0 this information, is used for showing the pantograph in the execution unit and rises the status indicator lamp of bow and not light. The computer host can know that the match personnel are in wrong wiring through comparison, and sends the wrong wiring information to the console, and an icon indicating that the pantograph fails to rise is displayed on the console.
2. Actual operation test
On the basis of wiring test, when the wiring of the participants is correct, the locomotive traction control simulation operation can be realized by adopting the wiring scheme of the participants and utilizing the mutual cooperation of the console, the computer host, the training unit, the PLC module and the execution unit. When the wiring of the competition personnel is incorrect, the wiring part of the competition personnel can be skipped, and the locomotive traction control simulation operation can be realized by directly utilizing the brake equipment simulation unit, the real operation simulation control unit, the control console, the computer host and the execution unit.
When the competitor adopts the wiring scheme, the corresponding traction operation item is selected through the console and is sent to the computer host. The computer host sends the traction operation items to the PLC module, and the PLC module collects signals corresponding to the practical training unit (the signals are simulated in advance by the practical training unit according to operation logics issued by the computer host), performs corresponding logical operation, and controls the execution unit to act so as to complete the locomotive traction control simulation operation.
When the competitor does not adopt the wiring scheme, the corresponding traction operation item is selected through the console and is sent to the computer host. The computer host sends the traction operation item to the real operation simulation control unit, and the real operation simulation control unit acquires a corresponding signal of the brake equipment simulation unit, performs corresponding logical operation, and controls the execution unit to act so as to complete the locomotive traction control simulation operation.

the training unit comprises a training controller and a wiring terminal; the practical training controller is used for receiving the operation logic and controlling the terminal to generate a corresponding switching value signal according to the operation logic;
the competition operating machine is used for acquiring switching value signals on the wiring end and sending the switching value signals to the host;
the locomotive traction control simulation system further comprises a brake equipment simulation unit, an actual operation simulation control unit and a first execution unit, wherein the actual operation simulation control unit is connected with the brake equipment simulation unit, the host and the first execution unit and is used for realizing locomotive traction control simulation operation.
