According to the embodiment of the invention, the network camera is arranged at the position of the equipment, when patrolling personnel patrols, the code is scanned, the photographing signal is sent to the data center, the data center controls the network camera to photograph and stores the photograph, and a plurality of photographs at different patrolling time points form a photograph wall, so that the data center can remotely check the patrolling condition, effective monitoring information is prevented from being found out from huge video monitoring data, the workload of the personnel is saved, meanwhile, the triggering of photographing is triggered by the code scanning of the patrolling personnel, the real attribute of photographing is ensured, the personnel are prevented from shooting in advance and uploading false photographs to the data center, and the monitoring reliability is improved.
