A feasible route between each law enforcement support team location to the target location may then be determined by route optimization software. Typically, this feasible route may be the shortest feasible route of all feasible routes.
For any feasible route, the number of road segments, the length of each road segment, and the average traffic speed of each road segment existing on the feasible route can be predetermined, so that the one with the shortest time required for reaching the target location position can be screened out from A, B, C law enforcement support groups based on the above formula (1) and formula (2).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent user terminal 103 is pre-stored with support command words;
the abnormal information monitoring unit 1011 is specifically configured to, when receiving a law enforcement information sent by the intelligent user terminal 103, determine in real time whether the law enforcement information relates to an abnormal law enforcement behavior and/or the support command word appears, and if so, execute the triggering of the support group determining unit 1012.
For example, after the video information acquired by the acquisition device is uploaded, based on the image recognition processing technology, it can be determined whether the currently uploaded video information relates to an abnormal law enforcement behavior, such as fighting, and if so, the video information can be regarded as a law enforcement support request sent by the intelligent user terminal.

The information interaction, execution process and other contents between the units in the method are based on the same concept as the system embodiment of the present invention, and specific contents can be referred to the description in the system embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

The law enforcement information can be efficiently uploaded in real time through the private network on the law enforcement site, so that the embodiment of the invention is beneficial to ensuring the timely recording of the law enforcement information.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, a unified informatization platform can be established for health supervision and law enforcement management by utilizing the mobile terminal, namely the intelligent user terminal, and combining the advantages of the telecommunication 3G network, so that the modernization process of the comprehensive management of the health supervision and law enforcement is promoted.

the information interaction between the communication module and the law enforcement supervision and management service system is based on the private network;
the communication module is used for receiving a supervision law enforcement task sent by the law enforcement supervision and management service system, and the supervision law enforcement task comprises a law enforcement address; after receiving a trigger signal sent by the acquisition device, automatically and periodically sending the law enforcement information acquired by the acquisition device to the law enforcement supervision and management service system;
the processing module is used for triggering the acquisition device to start working when the law enforcement address is determined to be located within a positioning permission range of the current positioning position based on the positioning position monitored by the positioning module in real time;
the acquisition device is used for triggering the communication module when the acquisition device starts to work;
the law enforcement supervision and management service system is used for storing each piece of law enforcement information sent by the communication module in real time;
the third party communications platform comprising: china telecom;
the private network includes: a code division multiple access, CDMA, network;
a mobile positioning technology GPSONE is applied to the positioning module;
further comprising: a mobile law enforcement vehicle;
the information interaction among the mobile law enforcement vehicle, the intelligent user terminal and the law enforcement supervision and management service system is based on the private network;
the mobile law enforcement vehicle is used for controlling an internal vehicle-mounted printer to print the information to be printed when the information to be printed sent by the intelligent user terminal is received; the positioning position monitored by an internal vehicle-mounted positioning terminal in real time is sent to the law enforcement supervision and management service system in real time;
the vehicle-mounted positioning terminal is applied with a Global Positioning System (GPS) technology;
intelligent law enforcement software is installed on the intelligent user terminal;
the intelligent user terminal also comprises a display module;
the processing module is also used for triggering the intelligent law enforcement software to start while triggering the acquisition device to start working;
the display module is used for displaying the supervision law enforcement task based on the intelligent law enforcement software;
the intelligent user terminal is pre-stored with uploading command words;
the collection device comprises: a recording module;
the recording module is arranged in the intelligent user terminal;
the processing module is further used for triggering the communication module when the situation that the uploading command words appear in the law enforcement information collected by the recording module is monitored;
the communication module is also used for recording the time when the law enforcement information is sent to the law enforcement supervision and management service system each time; when a trigger signal sent by the processing module is received, the recorded law enforcement information between the last moment and the current moment and collected by the collecting device is sent to the law enforcement supervision and management service system;
the collection device comprises: a miniature camera;
the miniature camera is in wireless connection with the communication module;
the intelligent user terminal does not comprise the miniature camera;
the intelligent user terminal is only corresponding to a law enforcement officer;
