Through the mobile vehicle-mounted equipment, the mobile patrol personnel can receive task assignment information from the command center.
In a preferred embodiment, the generated and assigned task information may include an instruction of a command center, that is, command center instruction information, for instructing the selected mobile monitoring terminal to perform mobile law enforcement according to a preset law enforcement policy, specifically instructing a specific mobile patrol officer to handle a specific event; the task information may also only include a task instruction, that is, task instruction information, for informing the selected mobile monitoring terminal that the mobile monitoring terminal has an assigned task of performing mobile law enforcement, so that the selected mobile monitoring terminal performs mobile law enforcement according to a law enforcement policy set by itself, and specifically, a handling manner may be decided by a mobile patrol officer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for assigning the generated task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to the preset policy may determine the mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement according to the preset policy, and assign the task information to the determined mobile monitoring terminal.
Specifically, the position information and the state information of the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals can be acquired, and then the mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement is selected from the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals according to the position information and the state information; the mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement may be one of an individual mobile monitoring terminal, a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals within a preset range, and a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals in the same group.
As an example, in general, a mobile patrol car is equipped with a GPS positioning system, and a command center can check the positions and states of law enforcement vehicles and personnel at any time to decide whether to dispatch and command the corresponding mobile patrol car.
In case of emergency, the command center can dispatch the person or vehicle nearest to the rescue place to assist. Or the system can automatically select a mobile patrol car to handle according to the place where the alarm occurs and a GIS map.

The system monitors the motion and other information of the mobile patrol car in real time and feeds the information back to the command center in time.

In practical application, the command center can give law enforcement advice or instructions at any time in the process of mobile law enforcement, so that mobile law enforcement personnel executed by the mobile monitoring terminal can perform treatment according to the advice or instructions; the mobile law enforcement officer can also feed back own requirements to the command center at any time, for example, the law enforcement officer can ask for reinforcement or cooperation at any time, and can ask for technical support of the command center at any time. And the command center feeds back related information at any time according to the requirements of mobile law enforcement officers.

In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of mobile law enforcement, tasks are generated, sent to be treated and finally fed back, and the whole process can be automatically completed according to the preset strategy of the system. That is, the system may automatically determine whether law enforcement needs to be moved based on information obtained by the monitoring device. If necessary, one or more mobile law enforcement officers (patrol cars) are automatically selected according to the strategy to be sent to the site for disposal. The system automatically monitors and tracks the procedure throughout and provides law enforcement advice or instructions in real time. After the law enforcement is finished, the system automatically stores information such as task confirmation and the like, so that the follow-up processing is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the command center is applied to a command center of a mobile law enforcement system, the command center can be connected with a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals, the command center receives the alarm information sent by the mobile monitoring terminals, the alarm information can be obtained by monitoring a plurality of monitoring modules distributed in a preset area and corresponding to the mobile monitoring terminals, and then the command center can generate task information according to the received alarm information and assign the task information to the mobile monitoring terminals according to a preset strategy, so that the mobile monitoring terminals assigned with the task information can perform corresponding mobile law enforcement according to the task information and generate task feedback information to return to the command center after the law enforcement is completed, and the command center is informed that the assigned tasks are completed. The method comprises the steps that task information is generated through a command center according to alarm information sent by a mobile monitoring terminal, the task information used for informing of mobile law enforcement is allocated to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset strategy, mobile law enforcement is configured according to the alarm information of a monitoring video as required, the mobile law enforcement is configured according to the specific conditions of the alarm, tracking and real-time analysis are carried out on the whole process, and the comprehensive command scheduling and mobile law enforcement measures are matched to provide a multi-strategy mobile law enforcement scheduling processing scheme, so that various alarms can be processed respectively, and the demand of timely warning is met.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a control apparatus of mobile law enforcement according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a command center of a mobile law enforcement system, where the command center is connected to a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals, and the command center may specifically include the following modules:
an alert information receiving module 401, configured to receive alert information sent by the multiple mobile monitoring terminals; the alarm information is obtained by monitoring a plurality of monitoring modules which are distributed in a preset area and correspond to the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals;
a task information dispatching module 402, configured to generate task information according to the alert information, and dispatch the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset policy; the mobile monitoring terminal is used for performing mobile law enforcement according to the task information and generating task feedback information;
a task feedback information receiving module 403, configured to receive task feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal, and store the task feedback information.
In one embodiment of the invention, the task information dispatching module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the mobile law enforcement judgment sub-module is used for judging whether mobile law enforcement is required according to the alarm information;
and the task information dispatching submodule is used for generating task information according to the alarm information and dispatching the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset strategy if mobile law enforcement is required.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the task information dispatch submodule may include the following elements:
the early warning target determining unit is used for analyzing the warning situation information and determining an early warning target which needs to perform mobile law enforcement;
the early warning target information acquisition unit is used for acquiring early warning target information of the early warning target needing mobile law enforcement; the early warning target information comprises information of an area where the early warning target is located, information of moving time of the early warning target and information of moving path of the early warning target;
and the task information generating unit is used for generating task information for performing mobile law enforcement on the early warning target according to the early warning target information.
In one embodiment of the invention, the task information dispatching module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the task information assignment submodule is used for determining a mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement according to a preset strategy and assigning the task information to the determined mobile monitoring terminal;
the task information dispatch submodule may include the following elements:
the mobile monitoring terminal selection unit is used for acquiring the position information and the state information of the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals and selecting the mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement from the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals according to the position information and the state information; the mobile monitoring terminal for mobile law enforcement is one of an independent mobile monitoring terminal, a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals within a preset range and a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals in the same group.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the task information includes command center instruction information and task instruction information; the command center command information is used for commanding the selected mobile monitoring terminal to perform mobile law enforcement according to a preset law enforcement strategy; the task instruction information is used for informing the selected mobile monitoring terminal that the selected mobile monitoring terminal has the assigned task of performing mobile law enforcement, so that the selected mobile monitoring terminal performs mobile law enforcement according to the law enforcement policy set by the selected mobile monitoring terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the task feedback information receiving module 403 may include the following sub-modules:
the task confirmation feedback information receiving submodule is used for receiving the task confirmation feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal; the task confirmation feedback information is generated when the mobile monitoring terminal receives the assigned task information;
the task completion feedback information receiving submodule is used for receiving the task completion feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal; the task completion feedback information is generated when the mobile monitoring terminal completes the task information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile monitoring terminal may include a forensics device, and the apparatus may further include the following modules:
the law enforcement information receiving module is used for receiving law enforcement information transmitted by the mobile monitoring terminal in the process of mobile law enforcement, and storing the law enforcement information in association with the task feedback information; the law enforcement information is acquired by adopting the evidence obtaining equipment through the mobile monitoring terminal.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including:
the control method comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the control method embodiment of the mobile law enforcement is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes each process of the control method embodiment of the mobile law enforcement, can achieve the same technical effect, and is not repeated herein to avoid repetition.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)

1. A control method for mobile law enforcement is characterized in that the control method is applied to a command center of a mobile law enforcement system, and the command center is connected with a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals, and the method comprises the following steps:
the command center receives the alarm information sent by the mobile monitoring terminals; the alarm information is obtained by monitoring a plurality of monitoring modules which are distributed in a preset area and correspond to the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals;
generating task information according to the warning information, and allocating the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset strategy; the mobile monitoring terminal is used for performing mobile law enforcement according to the task information and generating task feedback information;
and receiving task feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal, and storing the task feedback information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating task information according to the alert information and assigning the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset policy comprises:
judging whether mobile law enforcement is needed or not according to the alarm information;
and if mobile law enforcement is required, generating task information according to the alarm information, and allocating the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset strategy.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating task information based on the alert information comprises:
analyzing the alarm information to determine an early warning target needing to perform mobile law enforcement;
acquiring early warning target information of the early warning target needing to perform mobile law enforcement; the early warning target information comprises information of an area where the early warning target is located, information of moving time of the early warning target and information of moving path of the early warning target;
and generating task information for performing mobile law enforcement on the early warning target according to the early warning target information.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the assigning the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset policy comprises:
determining a mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement according to a preset strategy, and assigning the task information to the determined mobile monitoring terminal;
the mobile monitoring terminal for mobile law enforcement according to the preset strategy comprises:
acquiring position information and state information of the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals, and selecting a mobile monitoring terminal for performing mobile law enforcement from the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals according to the position information and the state information; the mobile monitoring terminal for mobile law enforcement is one of an independent mobile monitoring terminal, a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals within a preset range and a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals in the same group.
5. The method of claim 4, the task information comprising command center instruction information and task instruction information; the command center command information is used for commanding the selected mobile monitoring terminal to perform mobile law enforcement according to a preset law enforcement strategy; the task instruction information is used for informing the selected mobile monitoring terminal that the selected mobile monitoring terminal has the assigned task of performing mobile law enforcement, so that the selected mobile monitoring terminal performs mobile law enforcement according to the law enforcement policy set by the selected mobile monitoring terminal.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the task feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal comprises:
receiving task confirmation feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal; the task confirmation feedback information is generated when the mobile monitoring terminal receives the assigned task information;
receiving task completion feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal; the task completion feedback information is generated when the mobile monitoring terminal completes the task information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile monitoring terminal comprises a forensics device, and wherein the method further comprises:
receiving law enforcement information transmitted by the mobile monitoring terminal in the process of mobile law enforcement, and performing associated storage with the task feedback information; the law enforcement information is acquired by adopting the evidence obtaining equipment through the mobile monitoring terminal.
8. A control device for mobile law enforcement is applied to a command center of a mobile law enforcement system, wherein the command center is connected with a plurality of mobile monitoring terminals, and the device comprises:
the warning information receiving module is used for receiving the warning information sent by the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals; the alarm information is obtained by monitoring a plurality of monitoring modules which are distributed in a preset area and correspond to the plurality of mobile monitoring terminals;
the task information dispatching module is used for generating task information according to the warning information and dispatching the task information to the mobile monitoring terminal according to a preset strategy; the mobile monitoring terminal is used for performing mobile law enforcement according to the task information and generating task feedback information;
and the task feedback information receiving module is used for receiving the task feedback information sent by the mobile monitoring terminal and storing the task feedback information.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the control method of mobile law enforcement according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of controlling mobile law enforcement according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
