then, when some meat products are detected, meat is added into the inner side of the mincing barrel 406, the motor 413 is opened to drive the transmission block 414 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission groove plate 411 to rotate, then the mincing blade 409 is driven to rotate by the transmission groove plate 411, the meat products inside the mincing barrel 406 are minced when the mincing blade 409 rotates, then the limit cover 402 is opened, then the mincing barrel 406 is rotated by overcoming the magnet 403, the top end of the mincing barrel 406 is placed into the opening to be aligned with the diversion groove plate 801 at the bottom, then the minced meat is received, then the thread fixing sleeve 412 is screwed to detach the motor 413 from the bottom sleeve 408, then water is poured from the cleaning hole 410 at the bottom of the mincing barrel 406 to quickly clean the mincing barrel 406, at the moment, the water is flushed into the top end of the diversion groove plate 801 with waste scraps, then the minced meat is placed into the inner side of the material tray 315, then distilled water is filled into the inner side of the material tray 315 through the water outlet pipe 313 when the control valve 312 is opened, so that distilled water can be mixed with minced meat, thereby increasing the contact area of the detection rod 314 and food, thereby increasing the detection accuracy, and when different additives are required to be tested for the influence of food, the additives can be added into the water storage barrel 311 from the discharge pipe 317 at the bottom of the mixing disk 316, then the rotating plate 318 is rotated to drive the discharge pipe 317 to rotate, then the stirring plate 319 is driven to mix the distilled water and the additives falling into the water storage barrel 311, then the distilled water and the additives are added into the material disk 315, then the food is detected by using the detection rod 314, thereby testing the food safety information under various environments, then after the detection is finished, the detected food is placed at the top end of the pressing groove plate 712 through the discharge port 707, then the air cylinder 705 is controlled to be pressed downwards, then the detected food is compressed, and redundant water is drained through the drain hole 713, not only can reduce the space occupied by the waste food, but also can prevent the water mixed with putrefactive germs from being directly discharged, and prevent the water from becoming a pollution source and causing harm to the health of people;
finally, the diversion trench plate 801 guides the cleaning wastewater and the compressed wastewater, the wastewater containing the grease after rough filtration by the filter plate 803 is absorbed by the grease absorption filter element 804 to prevent the grease from becoming a growth base liquid of bacteria and prevent the wastewater from polluting a water source, the wastewater is reused by filtering through various filter layers in the diversion box 805 to ensure that the water can be recycled and save water resources, the filtered water can reach the discharge standard and can be directly discharged, the wastewater generated by cleaning the mincing barrel 406 and the wastewater generated by treating waste food are guided by the diversion trench plate 801, then the wastewater is treated, the wastewater is guided into the evaporation tank 301 again through the circulating water pipe 810 and then is added into the material tray 315 again through the water collection inclined plate 310 to be further utilized, and finally the wastewater returns to the filter tank 806 for secondary filtration, thereby further improving the recycling rate of the water.
