moving the kiln plate into the heating box 11, drying the kiln plate, moving the kiln plate into the spraying box 9, starting the high-pressure material spraying nozzle 102, spraying alumina powder onto the kiln plate, starting the second output motor 132 while the high-pressure material spraying nozzle 102 works, driving the kiln plate to rotate by the second output motor 132 through a second synchronous belt 137, and then transporting the kiln plate out of the spraying box 9;
the openings at the two sides of the spraying box 9 are sealed, the second fans 26 are started, the second fans 26 blow powder at the bottom end inside the spraying box 9 through the air supply pipes 27, the first fans 18 are started simultaneously, the air inside the spraying box 9 is filtered by the first fans 18 and then discharged, the powder in the air is filtered by the filter baskets 19 and left in the recycling bin, the first fans 18 are started for 5 min and then closed, the first cylinders 20 are started, the partition plates 22 are recycled into the connecting blocks 21 by the first cylinders 20, the recycling bin is communicated with the inside, the powder falls into the spiral feeders 24 in the conveying grooves 23, the spiral feeders 24 are started, and the powder is discharged from the side boxes 17.

the processing method of the kiln plate comprises the following steps:

step five: and then, the product A is moved into a heating box (11), the product A is dried, then the product A is moved into a spraying box (9), a high-pressure spraying nozzle (102) is started, alumina powder is sprayed on the product A, a second output motor (132) is started while the high-pressure spraying nozzle (102) works, the second output motor (132) drives the product A to rotate through a second synchronous belt (137), a product B is obtained after spraying is finished, finally, powder recovery equipment is started, and powder inside the spraying box (9) is recovered.
